B1 crew crewmembers that are engaged in lightering, Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) activity, wind farm activity, private air/sea crew and other similar crewmember activities;
Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

Long story short I spent another $2300 to book a new flight with delta and I will never use United ever again."

Big problem was passengers – not the airline's fault, but I spent the flight gagging in the cloud of passengers' BO and flatulence, trying to ignore the loud, drunk people behind me, and wishing the seatmate who spent the entire flight throwing up felt better. Cons: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. Cons: "The nickle and diming of this airline kind of sucks. Paid an extra $60 on top of my flight for my checked luggage, then they also wanted more money to pick my seat. Cheap ticket turns pricier very easily with them. If you don't buy a seat, they stick you in the back in a window seat. If you're 5'2, I'm sure that's not a problem. However, I'm 6'2 and it was a problem. The blood circulation in my legs was minimal for three hours. Not to be all doom and gloom, the flight arrived 30 mins early."

The interior bag is permanently filthy from rolling around uncovered, and the bag stand is broken beyond repair. When I left, the bag was securely strapped down with extra padding around the clubs. I received them dirty, broken, and unsecured. Upon my return home, the golf bag is now missing. The gentleman at the Frontier desk was doing his very best, but there were several travelers with missing bags and he was the only one trying to help anyone. Horrible service beyond the man that took my claim of lost baggage. I would never suggest someone traveling with golf clubs through Frontier. There is about $4,000 worth of equipment that I am now missing with no certainty of recovery. I'm going to hope for the best and follow-up meticulously."

Had to buy a last minute ticket on another airline at $550 per ticket for my daughter and myself total $1100. Luckily we are still getting home for Christmas, but no thanks to Frontier. Soon, in addition, to all the extra fees, frontier will start charging a fee for "guaranteed to get to your destination". Frontier flights are cheap, but they do not guarantee to get you to your destination in a reasonable amount of time."

Once again they changed the gates going out and once again a flight delay coming back. They switched from a larger plane to a smaller plane, so now I have to wait another 3 hours in the airport! No offer to find me another flight (Colorado Springs I later found out could have been an option but by the time I found out, it had left). They charged me more for my baggage coming back than they did flying out just a few days before. If this had been the first time this happened, I would have blown it off, but I have had this happen to me too many time with Frontier to believe it is a fluke, but rather that is how they operate their business. I'm done flying Frontier!"

Frontier was my favorite and my kids but after three bad trips in a row I will never fly them again...and I tore up my Frontier credit card - the miles are not worth it.
