Small, tight seats
They gave me and someone else the same seat luckily it wasn’t a packed flight and was able to move to a row that was empty
All the EXTRA fees. Will likely fly other airlines moving forward. SUPER NARROW SEATS! No wifi.
There's no "complimentary" snacks on Frontier. Which is fine, their flights are cheap and comfortable and the snacks are affordable. I also don't really appreciate having to pay for a carry on. I knew about this so made sure my bag would be considered a personal item, but I just don't know how I feel about that as a backpack may not even fit under that seat. But again, the flight was cheap. So, I don't know.
Some questions aren't relevant to my flight. The pilot negotiated turbulence, and we arrived early.
Attendants were so nice as kind
They went above and beyond to make my travel experience an enjoyable one.
That they are not more like them on other airline carriers.
Crew was lovely. Attentive but not annoying.
Not until the cabin doors closed did I realize the plane didn't have an individual entertainment system.
We left late and then got stuck on the tarmac for almost 45 minutes upon returning.

Long boarding time, very long disembarking time. We were told we had to check our bags at the gate when we found there to be enough headroom above us for our bags after.

Due to the earthquakes, the film festival I was going to was cancelled. Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future.
Late, slow, de-icing in Detroit took nearly an hour!
