I was supposed to be on a later flight. When I showed up at the gate, the woman working there was extremely helpful getting moved up to this earlier flight.
I realize they are still working out kinks with the new boarding process, but by the time I boarded in group 5, most of the bins were full. All airlines should better enforce small bags and jackets going under the seats until everyone has boarded.
It was canceled. Supposedly weather. But there was no snow in Baltimore. At least we found out before driving to airport
I appreciate the staff who allowed me to board though I arrived a little late! Regarding the assigned seating, I had booked my flight before this change and wasn't aware of the change at the time, and so I didn't select a seat at booking as I didn't realize it was relevant. Better communication about the change would have been helpful for preparing.
Okay, not wonderful. Short flight. Wi-fi didn't work properly. Stuck waiting for a gate to open upon arrival for 20 or so minutes.
They sent a notice that they were boarding an hour early. We had to leave the club and run to the gate. They said sorry, that came from corporate and was a mistake. They did not have enough seating because the flight before it had not taken off on time. They moved our gate and delayed it for an hour.
Near 4 hour flight with only 1 service. Had to use call button to request water. Internet and power not working until into flight. Internet would stop working during flight.
My flight was delayed 50 minutes and we were rushed to board to then sit for 15 minutes until the pilot arrived. Unacceptable since we could have waited to board. Also the delayed flight was updated AFTER we boarded to more than the 10 minutes as originally stated.
The quality of Southwest Airlines continues to degrade each time I fly with them. If it were not for the free luggage, I would probably choose another airline. Their prices are a little bit competitive, but way too high for the quality of the service. Southwest is not unique in this way. Domestic flight in the United States of America has continued to be a lower and lower quality product. Very sad when you compare the quality of domestic airlines to that of many international airlines around the world.
Pricing, boarding time communication, over priced baggage and overall service is lacking, seating unconfortable
The airplane rattled near the left wing as if several screws were loose. Then after we landed in Fort Lauderdale, we had to sit and wait on the runway for quite some time. It was very scary and TOTALLY unacceptable!
I was in the airport when I'll check the status of my flight and it was canceled and without any reason. The worst of the worst ...
Spent seven hours in the airport with spirit pushing he flight time back two hours every two hours only to then have it canceled without explanation. The employees said, “They’ve been doing this for the last five days.” Would have been great if they told us to expect that when we arrived.
Absolutely terrible, flight was cancelled and we missed our cruise. Will never fly Spirit again.

gate agents with the different rules at the different airports. made me pay for my bag as a carry on instead of a personal item, yet it fit under the seat on the way from Indy to Ft Laud
