10 hour delay with minimal updates. Couldn’t leave terminal and then ended up on redeye with a dirty broken plane. It is literally impossible to reach customer service via gate agent, app, phone, text or email.

I thought that I had pre-purchased carry-on luggage and was surprised when I tried to check in that I did not have it.

Flight departure was 90 min delayed, and the boarding experience was confused, stressful, and generally poor. Additionally, the wifi on the plane was malfunctioning for all but the final 15 min of the flight into ILM.

Great experience and In love flying in and out of Provo airport

You get what you pay for. It’s like a bus but flying. No frills, no snacks. Leg room was fine, boarding was good.

Overall good. Plenty of legroom and fairly comfortable seats. No issues with capacity and the overhead been even though most people brought several carry-ons on. I don’t think Breeze really enforces the pay for a carry-on rule.

Surprised at how much I enjoyed Breeze. Paid for the Nicer upgrade which made it closer in price to a flag ship carrier but with more comfortable seats and much more leg room. Crew was polite and since we brought our food no loss there. Would make the point that the ‘have to pay for a carry-on is BS’. Most people did not and had several. Still was plenty of room in the overheads.

Comfortable seating, adequate space available, nice to have USB port, polite crew.

My experience is typically great with Breeze. This trip wasn’t any different.

This was my first experience with Breeze. The plane was cleaner and more comfortable than any other I've experienced. The process of boarding was streamlined. We boarded early and arrived at our destination 45 minutes early. The only hiccup was my ticket was rejected by TSA PreCheck and I got sent to the back of a very long line at Fort Myers. I entered my information when I bought my ticket, but it apparently didn't connect to my permanent profile. I'll correct that for next time. I was expecting an Allegiant experience, but Breeze was much more upscale. I really, really enjoyed it.

On time on a day with lots of weather cancellations on other flights. Thank you for getting me home during a winter storm!

Don't change gate multiple times make people run across the airport. Announce delays in a timely manner. Have maintenance crew ready. Don't delay and keep passengers on the plane for 3 hrs. on tarmac.

The attendants were kind and helpful. A sugar-free drink would have been very welcome.

Little warm on the plane and delayed for an hour

UGH I HAD TO MISS MY FIRST FLIGHT TO TAMPA CAUSE OF THE 10 MINUTE DELAY OF THE ORLANDO TO MIAMI ONE SO THEY HAD ME GET ANOTHER TICKET. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL BECAUSE IT MADE ME MISS MY CONNECTING FLIGHT FROM TAMPA TO LONDON AND FORCED ME TO MISS A DAY AT MY ROOM IN THE UK.

Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa

It was fine. My connection in Charlotte to go to WPB was too late and I had to spend the night in the Charlotte Airport in the mini suites.

Boarding was organized and timely. Food was mediocre, especially for first class travel.

We were 4+ hours delayed. AA is absolutely obnoxious. They just kept pushing back the time to the point where we did not get into Vegas until after midnight when we were supposed to arrive like 845pm.

My last flight on 25 Dec, it’s Christmas Day, everyone happy and very good mood. I really enjoy traveling with Americans Airlines from Miami to Minneapolis my home town after long flight from lhe to Doha then Miami. Thank you again to make my travels comfortable and relaxed. Best regards

All very good except they didn’t load our walker so haven’t gotten it yet

For the cost you can't e too critical, but the inablitiy to recline the seat and minimal cushioning in the seats made for a less than comfortable flight. Other than that we had an ealry departure and arrival, boarding was smooth.

Extra legroom with my upgrade bundle. Clean aircraft, on-time departure, early arrival. Good value for the price.

Spirit loves to pick and choose when to harass you about your personal item. I’ve flown numerous times with the same bag with no problem yet flying out of Orlando they forced me to pay $99 for a carry on and then ran out of overhead space. Do better!

Horrible experience. First and last time using this airline. Made an announcement that boarding will start in 15 minutes, canceled the flight 5 minutes later due to no airline staff. Had to book another flight on Delta since Spirit had no other flights arriving to my original destination the same day. I wouldn't recommend anyone to fly with Spirit. No wonder why it consistently ranks high among worst airlines.

Flight was delayed from 10:09pm back to 12:41am and actually took off closer to 1am as they were waiting for an additional flight attendant. Plane was new and crew was fine once we got moving but the delay was rough. Also Spirit (have flown this twice) lands at the satellite gates at BNA and there is a ground shuttle to get you back to the main terminal that adds outdoor elements, extra walking and about 20 min total to the arrival timing. BNA may eventually connect this concourse in a better way as they grow but it’s notable.

Spirit has improved a lot since I flew with it in 2011. I give the airline a huge thumbs up!!

Customer feedback I sent to Spirited today: “I will never fly Spirit Airlines again and will work hard to convince my friends and family to boycott/avoid Spirit Airlines at all costs. I booked three seats for me and my 8 and 10 year old children on NK 1222 from Orlando to Kansas City for 12/7/25 leaving Orlando at 10:37AM. This itinerary was abandoned by Spirit and we were rebooked onto Spirit flight NK 213 leaving at 9:06PM without any notice. Then the nightmare really began. Flight 213 was delayed a total of 12 times, finally leaving at 6:35AM the following day. The gate was changed 5 times and our electronic boarding passes were invalidated at midnight. The worst part was that the 12 separate delays were incremental making it impossible to plan for accommodations for my family. My kids missed a day of school and barely slept under the harsh lights with lots of noise on the filthy airport floor. The customer service agent at Spirit Airlines told us we would be emailed a voucher for a hotel which never happened. I asked about it multiple times and it never arrived in my email inbox. This whole unfortunate situation could’ve been avoided if spirit had taken a realistic approach and delayed the flight from 9 PM until 6 AM from the beginning. My son gleefully deleted the Spirit app from my phone once we landed and we will never fly with Spirit again.”

I didn't eat, so I can't rate the food. Delayed set off was beyond

Flight was on time. Friendly crew. Gate agents in the other hand were very unfriendly.
