The flight was a direct flight, so no hassle of layovers.
Boarding was very slow and resulted in a late departure and late arrival to our destination. The crew stood around and chatted with eachother during the boarding process rather than helping to expedite. The seats of the plane could not recline and had chinsy arm rests that the children on the flight could not help but play with - resulting in a constant rattling noise throughout the flight. There was garbage left in tray tables and seat pockets. Lastly, it took around 30 minutes for the luggage to reach baggage claim. Our flight was scheduled to arrive at 3:55; we arrived at 4:10 and got our bags at 4:40. Overall, a very poor experience.
Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)
Why is it legal to "sell" exit seats? You're supposed to have someone capable of opening the door in an emergency. Selling the seat to an elderly or frail person puts others at risk. This needs to stop. Your jet fuel is cheaper than it's been in six years, yet I'm sure you would love to charge for the use of the lavatories.
Flight there delayed 2 hours return flight over an hour. Had to buy my seat when checking in? This is of course in addition to paying for luggage - even 1 bag. Have to pay for even a water or soda while on board. No entertainment. Tiny seats - can't be a large person and fly with Frontier.
AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.
We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.
If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us, please send us an
and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
The fares displayed in KAYAK ads found on other sites include all taxes and fees for economy class travel and were found
by KAYAK users in the last 72 hours. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and days.
Fares are subject to change and may not be available on all flights or dates of travel. Some carriers charge
additional fees for extra checked bags. Please check the carriers' sites.
Hacker Fares sell tickets to/from a destination via different airlines and are subject to the booking
requirements and terms of each. Any changes made to one of your tickets will not necessarily afford
rights to change the other ticket. Fares change frequently and are subject to availability.
International travel may require proof of return flight.
