Given some type of snack. Had staff that hated their job and life in general. Have regular overhead bins. The bags have to go sideways and even then, they barely fit. The seats in the front - what would be considered business class were nice. Nothing extra but nice for a short flight. But the regular seats were so close I have no idea how people even fit it them.
Our gate was changed twice, but since they were super close it wasn't an issue. We were delayed 90 mins or so, which wasn't great, but sometimes that's just what happens. Communication was the issue. We weren't kept informed about delays--with more information I would have gotten a real meal, taken a "bio break" and purchased a new book. Because another. flight was being updated more frequently about their delays, I thought ours would be shorter and stayed close by. It left me feeling more frustrated than was necessary.
Your feedback should include a "not applicable" button. There was no food, nor entertainment on our flight. Also, a snack on a short flight will be nice to have
Boarding at BDL gate 24 was confused, but balanced out by friendly, responsive gate attendants. The crew were friendly and made for a straightforward flight. Seats were fine, but the aircraft needs to go in for cabin maintenance. The air nozzles overhead were all loose and could not be closed or adjusted.
Head rest did not move, very uncomfortable. Staff was great. There was no entertainment, would be nice not to have to pay for snack.
Worst airline - on our flight down from MCO to EYW, there was a huuuuuge delay. We were supposed to take off 12p and it was pushed back to almost 2:30p. We boarded the plane and then sat on the tarmac forever because we were "over" weight and had to burn fuel. Rather than ask guests to volunteer and leave, they kept us on the plane. Finally a family decided to off board and take their luggage with them. Shortly after, we left the terminal but then the pilot told us we may have to sit at the end of the runway for 15-20mins to burn more fuel. Which we ended up doing and of course it started to rain. We finally took off 2:50p. We were supposed to land 1p and didn't land until 3:45p. Basically had time to scramble off the plane, grab our luggage, request transportation to our hotel, unpack, rinse off and hustle over to our 6:30p dinner ressy. It's a shame Breeze is the only non-stop airline from MCO to EYW. For this, not sure I'd ever go back to EYW - most def will not take Breeze again.
Flight was rescheduled from (originally) early Saturday departure to a late Sunday departure. Then the late Sunday departure was delayed again (weather) and got in very late. We’ve enjoyed Breeze a lot, but this particular experience was a little disappointing.
Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off
The return flight was soooooo much colder than the departure flight to Connecticut! I appreciated the layover because I didn't have to change planes. The staff and the service were the best! Everyone was so professional and accommodating. Having internet was great, but for the movies the flight offers through the app could be updated. THANKS EVERYONE! I fly BREEZE every opportunity I can get.
The flight was comfortable with the usual slight turbulence. Macadamia Nuts would be great snacks to purchase in flight.
Internet was a bit expensive and did not work ask that week otherwise a good flight
Any flight to ORD after about 2pm this summer has been challenging. Flight was delayed getting in (coming from ORD) and that led to it not leaving before a ground stop due to lightening before they could fuel the plane, and so forth. They made up some time but we were still late in arriving at ORD, and that led to missed connections.
Food was ok, but not as good as I have had before on AA.
Pretty good. The food was just mediocre, the boarding and crew were good.
My flight got switched and my prepaid bag didnt transfer over properly so I paid to check ANOTHER BAG. I was placed in a middle seat and it was just miserable. At least it was a bulkhead row so I had legroom. The flight just never seem3d to end
Was not able to watch most shows on the entertainment site. They would not load
On Wednesday, July 30 we were in mid flight from Manchester to Charlotte and we turned around because the right engine was malfunctioning. That was the last flight out of Manchester that night. I was rebooked for Thursday, which became a weather event Friday. There were no seats left on the flight from Manchester to Charlotte. Consequently I didn’t leave Manchester until Saturday morning and we flew to Chicago so to say the least my scheduled flight and return to Iowa was three days off and it messed with my business schedule. Consequently cash flow. I would like some sort of acknowledgment of this event.
Dreadful experience. Our flight was delayed more than 8 hours due to a maintenance issue and the assistance from rebooking was poor. I was travelling with a bad knee and needed assistance waited in one place more than 3 hours before someone came with a wheelchair. The woman next to me was a 91 year old great grandmother who had waited more than 4 hours. There were moments of support from the staff but it appeared as they were going against the direction of management. It was apathy, lack of ownership and dismissive responses with small moments of kindness and understanding typically from grey haired, female, veteran staff..
Couldn’t get the door on the plane to close leading to a nearly 2 hour delay. But, hey at least they didn’t cancel the flight.
The flight was fine and the crew awesome. The problem is ORD and AA. Computers went down, ORD fell apart and a 40 min flight turned into a 3 hour trip. Guess the answer is to not try and fly to ORD after noon. But, as I said, crew was awesome and did everything they could to lesson the flight time.
