Long lines at checkin, was in line for +45 minutes, several people missed their flights, it was not the best time to be training attendants as it held up the lines
New airplane, friendly and engaging staff
Flew Alaska air - Plenty of leg room and much more than any qantas domestic flight! Empty flight and very short.
Flight was delayed. Inflight entertaining streaming system was not working. Too many people insist on not checking their luggage under, so we almost didn’t have space for our carry on by the time we were allowed to board.
My seat was great . The flight was smooth and on time both ways . The staff was friendly.
I enjoyed the crew members, they were very nice and smiled despite it being so early. I also enjoyed that they mentioned about the free movie watching option if you have the AA app.
I didn't like that they didn't offer any snacks such as pretzels or cookies. Other than that, it was a very comfortable flight.
American airlines lost my bag... Customer service in LAX is non-existent.
51/2 hour delay!! Should have brought in another plane.
The crew was helpful and fast in turning plane over.
Flight delayed from 1015 pm departure to 1135pm, so I had to making my arrival at 1am. Hard are the person picking me up. Despite the fact that they moved my flight they closed the Aa lounge at 10 and kick you out, even though they moved my flight

Flight was cancelled on our way back home from Gudalajara, was speaking to a representative for almost 2 hours to get me on the next flight the flight representative forgot to put me on hold and told everyone how rude i was, i was not rude i was just trying to get home. The representative couldn’t help me so i asked to be transferred to a manager, after 2 hours i was transferred and the manager hung the phone up. Long story short i called back spoke to another manager Yana and she was the rudest lady ever! She basically told me for waiting to long i will have to be placed on a flight 2 days after my cancellation flight. I started to cry because i needed to be home and she basically did not care so i took the date. Never again and i will warn everyone about this airline and their customer service!
delayed in piecemeal by 6 hrs before move to another gate. than mechanical delay and then cancelled. Arrived at hotel after midnight without food or drink. Substitute flight was next day noon - original offer was for late afternoon flight! That flight had poor service. Attendant dawdled so there were no drinks served.

Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport.
