Boarding was a nightmare (same reason I gave on flight from POA to São Paulo).

No entertainment system for a long flight (9+ hours), Checked baggage wasn't properly ticket as priority (due to loyalty status I have with the company). Flight wasn't operated by Azul, but by HiFly, in a very old and not updated Airbus

It was decent. I was sitting in the very back row of the aircraft, so it is difficult to gauge overall comfort from a notoriously undesirable seat in any aircraft.

Terrible Flight cancelled Long wait for replacement Lost my paid for priority seating Food options abysmal quality Uncomfortable seats

I have my tickets bought since June 2024 with extra space sits. Azul sends us emails every time to change flights. I was in vacation I naively did not think it would bring me any harm. Further, I am Diamond Client (Top fidelity club rank). During checking in this flight, I did not have the extra space, nor multimedia set (this does not affect me, I really do not care, I prefer to watch my own videos). My complaints have not being considered by the attendant, which said she was not from Azul and could not do anything and the she really did not care. She also said I should respect the other passengers. I have bought my tickets 6 months earlier, I had bought extra space, I switched flights thinking Azul was fair enough to keep my ticket settings, I am on the top of the fidelity class and I still have to listen to moral lessons of an attendant which does not even work for Azul. When an Azul employee came (the only information I have is her name is Chris) she validated the other company attendant. I have complained to Azul and still wait for an answer, but they keep calling me to renew my fidelity club, which unfortunately I already did days before my check in. Azul should pay more attention to proposals of switching flights (downgrading setting acquired in advance) and train better their employees and the employees of their associates. I have always had Azul as a top flighting company, after that experience I have changed my perception (and I won´t ever by extra space sits in advance, it must be changed and eventually you will receive a voucher you will never be able to used) and don´t participate in any fidelity program (they are only concerned to your fidelity with respect to them, not the other way around, you may even listen to a moral lesson in that case).

The flight we booked that left at 10 am was canceled without explanation at 4 am the flight they moved us to was 9 hours later.

The flight was supposed to be on a Airbus A330 Neo and it wasn’t. The airplane was pretty old, none of the entertainment screens was working.

The flight from CNF to VCP was delayed and I had to rush to catch the next plane. It was strange, since the boarding in CNF was done in due time.

Azul has become the new Avianca and Copa, they are using Airbus with very uncomfortable seats, no more Azul

On time. Nice crew, clean plane and a small snack

Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane

Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.

I liked the meatloaf the chicken was awful but the plane was on time and got there and the staff was nice.

Boarding was quick & efficient; they gave boarding groups due priority; staff & air crew were very cordial and helpful, pleasant flight.

As always, Copa Airlines is great to fly on. The flights are always on time, the staff are pleasant and helpful and it's always a wonderful flying experience.

Cops Airlines is fantastic! The level of care and professionalism provided by the entire crew was top rate.

We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

the food served was an embarrassment. No connection for charging the cellphone... What a crappy airline.

Great experience with a crew always thinking in the passenger

Very happy with my flight. I would definitely recommend it.

I booked a flight through Kayak to Brazil I have traveled to Brazil several times before Kayak Delta or LATAM never mentioned during the booking or in the pre flight process that the visa requirements to visit Brazil have changed earlier this year. I was unaware of this change and as such never got a visa and was unable to fly from JFK to Sao Paulo Add to this that Delta allowed me to fly from Boston to JFK which they should not have as I didn’t have a visa. It has been a terrible experience and a huge loss of money

Latam may be the worst airline in the world, far worse than even the lowest of low cost airlines in the USA. I wasted hours trying to PAY THEM TO CHECK A BAG! Then they misled me at the terminal, sent me through the wrong security line, the list goes on and on... Just absolutely terrible in every way. Avoid at all costs.

The plane broke down at the Lima stopover and they offered to put me on a flight the be t day but I had to be back in LA that morning and so I had to buy another ticket from Avianca and United for $2k I asked LATAM for compensation and received none. Very bad experience

I’m entitled to a refund per LATAM due to the mid flight itinerary change and being stuck in São Paulo for 24 hours and needing to get a hotel. The airline was dismissive and of no help.

The flight was late. Please do not delay next time.

I couldn't travel, now I can't get a refund and to change the date I have to pay an absurd fine.

Boarding was confusing with a delayed flight because there was no English translation

My biggest complaint is the comfort. I am not tall and there was no legroom. It was very uncomfortable. During my transfer in Sao Paola, the flight was slightly delayed so boarding was confusing because there were no instructions in English.

Bought a ticket that included a bag and they still charged me to check it in, latam is the worst airline.

I never got this flight. You sent me to Chile!!! And from Chile I got the other flight to São Paulo... I've arrived 7h latter than I was supposed to arrive because of Delta delays.

Last seat of Bussines Class it does recline but passenger seating behind kept pushing since they did not have space once my seat was reclined

I like the crew they're very friendly. I don't like. on five hour flight they not offered snacks. Any drink. Not even coffee

Not even water is offered on the flight. You cannot lean back on the seats and the seats are so narrow you can’t avoid rubbing elbows with the person next to you.

I couldnt recline the seat. Other than that crew was very attentive and helpful. Thsnk you

I had to go to the boarding counter for them to enter my return flight as it’s not with Avianca. There was a long queue as there were lots of people being called to the counter.

This low cost airline looks and fells more like a local bus. In a 6 hour flight not being able to recline a seat is torture. The only thing available with no charge is a glass of water provided by, mostly, rude staff. Our luggage didn’t arrive

6 hour flight and have to pay for everything 100 dollars to add a carry-on bag is insane

Did not fly with Pakistan International Airlines. Have never flown with Pakistan International Airlines.

Boarding, crew were excellent, food was ok and entertainment need to improve

Usb plugs for charging your phone does not work in every flight. uncomfortable chairs even in higher categories.

Customer feedback I sent to Spirited today: “I will never fly Spirit Airlines again and will work hard to convince my friends and family to boycott/avoid Spirit Airlines at all costs. I booked three seats for me and my 8 and 10 year old children on NK 1222 from Orlando to Kansas City for 12/7/25 leaving Orlando at 10:37AM. This itinerary was abandoned by Spirit and we were rebooked onto Spirit flight NK 213 leaving at 9:06PM without any notice. Then the nightmare really began. Flight 213 was delayed a total of 12 times, finally leaving at 6:35AM the following day. The gate was changed 5 times and our electronic boarding passes were invalidated at midnight. The worst part was that the 12 separate delays were incremental making it impossible to plan for accommodations for my family. My kids missed a day of school and barely slept under the harsh lights with lots of noise on the filthy airport floor. The customer service agent at Spirit Airlines told us we would be emailed a voucher for a hotel which never happened. I asked about it multiple times and it never arrived in my email inbox. This whole unfortunate situation could’ve been avoided if spirit had taken a realistic approach and delayed the flight from 9 PM until 6 AM from the beginning. My son gleefully deleted the Spirit app from my phone once we landed and we will never fly with Spirit again.”

Flight was on time. Friendly crew. Gate agents in the other hand were very unfriendly.

To be Honest they canceled my flight and didn't have other options. Until 4 says later and I have a 2yr old very disappointed.

Excellent experience when I am looking for a budget airline where the main expectation is getting me from point A to point B with no frills.

Terrible seat, no in flight entertainment. No complimentary food or drinks. Seats really hurt my back after flying spirit for the day.

It was delayed, and the airport had cockroaches jumping on our bags. The flight crew was great, the seats were pretty comfortable.

Again, when I use Kayak I expect to pay the total amount and that´s it. Someone added an additional charge few days later after purchasing the tickets.

I didn’t mind being delayed due to weather, but continuing to post (and not update) that we would be delayed until after the flight was already supposed to have taken off was a bit much. In the future, please announce the delay even if the time is still unknown.

Spirit is a very uncomfortable travel experience. It’s cheap but you are squeezed into the seats like canned meat.

Friendly employees, good seat, on time, Great flight. Pilot and attendants greeted passengers as we deplaned. However, I could not ever understand what the flight attendant was saying on the mic. It was too fast, and too loud.
