Had worst experience with check in and baggage check attendant I’ve ever had in my life with airline attendant as well as what I feel was poor communication skills and customer service, along with inaccurate information or willingness to assist in correcting. Had to check three bags an ALL my belongings due to saying my bag was too large for bins overhead, or willingness to check them at the gate if so. BOTH my bags are typical carry on size or smaller, and never had the issue. I preferred to check one bag due to convenience on the trip, but not my personal bag. Anyway, had to check them, pay to check them, and then the flight was very light on people, plenty of luggage larger or same size as mine aboard, and no others had to check theirs. And PLENTY of space for the luggage onboard. So unsure why was singled out, like this, but had to check some fragile items and electronics, personal items including some financial information and checks, computer etc So just would like an explanation, and confirmation that your staff was correct, or that this shouldn’t be an issue in future flights for me, as I do travel a good amount, and would fly your airlines again in the future, if this was not the way it happen going forward and was a mistake or one off event. Appreciate our reply and clarification on the policies and costs associated with my flight.
Absolutely terrible. Didn’t notify us of a delay until after we arrived at the airport, ended up spending the whole day at the airport and it got delayed 3 more times. The whole delay ended up being 5.5 hours. Never flying Neos again
Air was not working while grounded and we were waiting in the heat for almost 2 hours until takeoff. It was way too hot to be on the plane for that long, especially with the same hot air circulating with people coughing and sneezing. We were all sweating. Flight crew was great and flight was very smooth in air as well as takeoff and landing. Also, wifi was not working and we were not able to watch anything. Screens were not working. There were no earbuds given out even if we wanted to watch something. That was very disappointing as it was a very long flight and we had 2 young children with us.

In-flight service was very good. Plane had spacious overhead bins and incorporated windows with an automatic dimming feature eliminating the need for traditional plastic shades. Boarding was halted and the crew did not communicate a reason. We waited on the gang plank for 30 minutes after showing boarding passes without being given a reason.
Our flight with Neos airlines was great. The price was very reasonable, the staff very professional and accomodating. The flight was comfortable with more leg room than most airlines I have travelled with in the past. The food and service while on board was good. I would travel again to Italy and back with Neos if given the opportunity.
We never got to the flight due to ferry cancelation due to bad weather and could not contact with anyone for support and advice. We'll appreciate your support now in our attempts to get refund
Seats too much and for the price we paid eve thought economy we still had to pay $169 to check a ba that’s ridiculous and also my daughter needed water so she can take her medicine we push the boton for the attendant to get us water they never came we push it 3 times no one came and ask what we needed . Am not happy with the service at all I will not fly with TK anymore
Boarding experience was a mess- both to and from Istanbul airport. No one knew anything. They asked everyone to line up according to their sit numbers- it was unbelievable. Business class had a separate line, but it was hard to find- I had to go through all that mess before finding it. Would not recommend
Excellent food and service on my international flight. Most notable is the food provided by Turkish even for coach passengers is very good.
They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
the flight was cancelled and I was rebooked twice, once 26 hours later, then another 24 hours later. In total the flight was delayed for 40 hours. Never again will I use kayak or Turkish Airlines for my travel.
Worst experience with boarding once we left the wheel chair even traveling business we had to wait with all the crowd for the bus to take us to the plane then climb the stairs with our bags When you pay extra for comfort and convenience and you don’t get any is disappointing
Food is very turkish. No regard for other natinalities taste and preference. The entertainment can be improved- it was the same menu on 10/8/25 and 10/25/25. The boarding is the worst in the airline industry- I suggest you ask your staff to and watch how other airlines do it.

I liked the overall flight experience. However, Turkish officials could do a better job at guiding non-Turkish speakers to their connecting flight gates in such a huge & vast airport.
Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
The toilets are very small for a long trip like this. There is no space whatsoever. Totally unusable,
This airplane is much better. Not worn out like the one we flew with fr NY to Rome. Flight attendants were ok.
Poor. The airlines left my luggage in Miami. It took 2 1/2 days to get my luggage at my destination. I was forced to buy clothes and daily items for days. There was little concern to get my bag to me which highly impacted my trip. Seats were cramped as well. Would not recommend this airline to anyone.
This was our return flight. It was slightly better than the one we took to go to Rome, mainly because the food was slightly better and more abondant. On our LA-Fco flight the food was way below average. Also, it felt like the legroom in Economy was smaller than other airlines we used in the past - my knees were touching the seat in front of me.
There was so little leg space in middle seat that the blanket/pillow accessories and my feet could not fit. Knees were 1 inch from seat in front and when person in front reclined, it was uncomfortably invasive in my space. I am not large, 5’5” and 130 pounds

The seats are very tight and uncomfortable. The recline position did not work.
Flight was on time, there were no issues. It was also direct to SFO. For an international flight, I call that a win.
Flight was on time and pretty standard. No Hiccups. I have no complaints, which is a lot to say about a 12 hour flight.
On both sides of my itinerary, the planes were old, the seats did not work, the seats were filthy, and the crew were unfriendly

1. The website didn’t allow me to checkin from London as I have Bangladesh passport with US permanent resident card. This pushed me to sit with my wife in the middle of two aisle seats, terrible experience! 2. BA should allow within 24 hours to checkin with other passport holders to choose better seats. A 2nd verification of travel documents can be done at the desk about immigration status. 3. Food options were poor for vegetarian passengers, try to introduce healthy options avoiding carb-dense food ingredients.
It was perfect. The service was exceptional. I would never want to cross the Atlantic in anyone else's sardine tins.

It was ok. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and then again on arrival. The explanation given felt feeble.
The gate at London Gatwick had confusing signs for the different zones and the staff seemed harried because people didn't know when it was their turn to come to the desk. Plus, with there were too many carry-on bag travelers, myself included. The charge scheme for checking bags is frustrating. If you travel light, you want the freedom to leave as soon as you deplane. When you are forced to gate-check your bag simply because the flight is fully booked, you lose whatever time you'd hoped to save because you're still stuck waiting for your bag to come off the conveyor belt.
3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing
