The flight was direct, anytime a flight is on time, and there's not a layover that risk yet another delay is a win!!

I had to cancel my trip due to medical reasons. I have been unable to cancel online through either Kayak or Alaska Airlines.. I am trying to get my insured trip reimbursed by XCover. They are requiring a notice of cancellation or not using to get my refund. Please help me get that information. I have been unable to get this information from either Kayak or Alaska Airlines.
A TV Screen and movies would have been a great addition. The Alaska Terminal at JFK is TOO BIG!!! You need to go up and down 3 escalators to get to your gate and to baggage claim -- and all this while you are carrying your backpack, other bags, etc. I don't know what they were thinking. You can easily miss a flight if you don't add in at least 30 minuites to get to a gate.
Flights were on time, which made making connections do much better. Well organized
Ended up sitting in front of a child who kicked the back of the seat and screamed for most of the flight.

another delayed flight. no one at the desk kept us updated. we found out by an email as the desk was not even staffed up to expected takes off
The flight was delayed due to staff shortage and they efficiently fixed the problem with only 20 minutes delay time. All went smoothly (especially the landing) and passengers were great. Best job landing ever - never felt a bump!
Internet connectivity still seems to be touchy on these flights, making it difficult to rely on it for getting work done.
Delta is always late. Ruined our first day of a short vacation. Timing is important. We pay to stay on an itinerary
Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway

First The flight got delayed because one of the crew members was late and we couldn’t board until she arrived. Then we all boarded and got held in the tarmac for another 30 min.
Crew was absolutely fantastic and we’re so welcoming and friendly ❤️
Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.

I love the free entertainment. It makes the trip go by quickly. I also love that the flight was not 100% full. There was a seat open in the middle. I hate traveling on flights that are jam packed and they are asking people to give up their seats or the overhead bins are full and you have to check your bag. It just makes the flight difficult. Thanks Delta!
The bus ride from the terminal to board the plane is uncomfortable and stressful when making a connection.
