Getting luggage in place used to be a simple and minor issue, now it occupies much of the time, energy, and attention of the cabin crew as well as the gate crew. I realize this is making money for Delta but the cost is being paid by people being hit in the head with luggage and the crew's unavailability to deal with other issues."

They openly stated "It's always easier up front, isn't it?" They were openly rude and impatient with a group of passengers who clearly needed their interpretor and refused to provide any guidance when they group was nervous about missing their connection due to the delayed flight (they did actually miss their connection and were left to "look at the boards outside.") I personally experienced direct rudeness that was simply beyond what should be considered acceptable. A gentleman attendant was pouring ice into his bucket and due to a leak in the bag, she was pouring water all over my entire jacket sitting on my lap. Stunned by this, I loudly asked him to please stop and proceeded to ask for napkins. His response was "it's just water, it's not a big deal." I responded to say, "it's actually on my enitre jacket and I need to check that it didn't hit my laptop in my bag" and the response was "it's just water...you don't need to yell at me." I genuinely was frustrted but by no means was yelling. I was handed napkins and when he finally saw just how much water he had poured onto my jacket (the entire half of the jacket was soaked)...the response from the attendant was "Oh, now that I see how much it is...I actually am sorry." Implying..he previously actually wasn't sorry at all. I say with FULL certainty that had I been sitting "up front" or in first class...the apology would have been immediate and freely offered and would not have come with a degree measurement of damages. I am a loyal Delta flyer and more and more so I'm finding it hard to stay loyal to an airline with staff that continues to disappoint and concurrently creates such difficulties throughout the booking process."

So of course they find you another flight in LA which is a good 3+ hours away so you can spend another 3 hours to get to your gate to wait 2 more hours to go to take of so you can reach your destination making you late for work and making you call out. Just because they wanted to make sure every single seat was filled."

We won't be flying United again."

Cons: "The lady at desk to board the flight made me check my carry on. I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."

No communication from crew about the problem until 5 minutes before taking off. Updating passengers would have been appreciated."

The first one was because they still had plane maintenance to do (3 & 1/2hour delay) The second, they forgot to transfer the the log book when it was full and they had to scan 26pages while we all waited with a bunch of pissed off business men who were yelling and booing the pilot:(. The third flight was delayed so much that I couldn't fly out till the next day."

The pilot stated that Sky Harbor doesn’t have deicing services which I personally know to be false because southwest and delta both have deicing services and their is a deicing location at the airport. Instead we waited for the sun to thaw the airplane and further waited for a fuel truck afterwards. Only the first three rows have reclining seats that you pay extra for. I only recommend frontier for SHORT commutes, as the seats really are that uncomfortable with very little padding. NEVER AGAIN!"

No more flights on Frontier for me."

The flight attendants noted quickly hat yes that was here seat to fly in, not the patio customers flight. So they compensated me in Pringle’s and a glass of red wine for the inconvenience. I personally will never fly nor recommend this airline. It was worth paying a first class ticket to Austin then having to rush and now kiss the entire rehearsal for my best friend."

They're charging for any drink except water. I'll avoid this airline whenever possible."

I think you also have to pay for air circulation on the plane. We sat on the runway for an hour, and the plane was about 95 degrees for the entire time we were on the plane. My requests for the captain to turn on the air were ignored, and we were all left to sweat it out. You have to pay for everything except water, and even getting water is a difficult task! About an hour in, with no carts going by, I went to the back of the plane to ask for a glass of water. The flight attendant, who was literally standing next to the water cart, told me to wait for the service component. I'm 8 months pregnant, was uncomfortable and parched from the roasting plane. I asked why she couldn't just pour me a quick cup right there, and she said "you're just going to have to wait like everyone else." Turbulence ensued and an hour later the attendants made their way to give people their free water. No seats on this plane recline, no leg room. Just awful. Never ever flying this airline again!"

But it was how rude the lady manager was when I also only had cash on me. They wanted to charge me an extra $5 to go do a pre paid card. this was 20 mins before flight left. They must get on the same paid either charge both ways or no way. especially $60 per bag"

There were finger smudges of grease and something sticky all over the back of the seats in front of us. There was food bits and trash all over the floors. The chairs are quite possibly the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat in. Don't expect a snack or even an offer of water. You have to pay for every sip! The flight attendants (there were 4) only job was to collect trash. I literally observed 1 attendant walking down the aisle doing a crossword puzzle! we were seated near the back, And the entire flight the attendants sat in the back gossiping and chatting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY FRONTIER!"
