The plane was uncomfortably hot all flight long despite notifying the flight attendants. The one restroom ran out of soap in the first hour of the 11 hour flight. They quickly ran out of a choice for lunch option and snacks. I fly Turkish Airlines frequently and I usually am satisfied, but this was exceptionally bad experience."

As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. The crew is what always make the experience delightful! Thank you again KLM."

My impression is that they may be deliberately overbooking flights. I was given a seat assignment at the gate, however I didn't like the uncertainty of not knowing wether or not I would be boarding until the last minute."

A reasonable level of service for the price, and the plane was on time."

Cons: "I flew with 1 child and 1 infant and there was no help, not at check in, not at boarding nor from the crew on board. I requested a bassinet before the flight over the phone and didn't get it. There was an issue with the infant ticket and the United check in agent was incompetent to fix it, which made us late for boarding. No one helped me at boarding with taking the stroller from me. On board the crew members were annoyed when I ask for some hot water for a baby bottle. And it's sad that children don't get a kid's meal ( which we received flying with many other airlines) and have to eat the uneatable adult meal. That was my first and last time flying with United."

Pros: "There were extra seats due to few passengers. We were very timely in leaving and landing. The dinner was good. I had pasta with spinich and a red and white sause. Very tasty and hot. They came around with plenty of water. The ticket price was very reasonable."

I woke up in the middle of the night and went to 3 open seats and laid across them. It was dark and I did not realize that I had moved to Economy Plus. The flight attendant told me that I should not have been there, that she could have charged me for the difference in the seat. Prior to this I felt pretty good about the flight. There was no reason for her to treat me that way. It was apparent that it was a mistake and not done purposely."

Like sitting on a plastic frame with a piece of fake leather over it. Entertainment was awful. Oh wait, non existent since it was an “out of country” flight so there was no access to movies (that you had to PAY for). Otherwise you got to watch Matthew Perry in some taxi game show over and over and over and over on a monitor in your face that couldn’t be shut off. United is my last choice in airlines. But we did get to the destination safe and on time."

Boarding was a mess with little method but they did allow families with children on early. Exhausted, with toddler in tow, I was excited for the plane to get going to turn the lights off but no, first there was dinner service. Really? At 1am? Finally, lights out at 1:45 and we could sleep only to be awoken 2 hours before landing with breakfast service. And they weren't even quiet about it. There were no individual tvs in coach and the wifi doesn't allow any streaming (plus it's $50 for the flight) Can't wait for the 6 hour flight back"
