I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate."

I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers."

Cons: "Expect to pay $85 euro for a carry on bag that they will ask you to check in. This is our returning trip with the same set of bags for the round trip to Paris. At the gate we were asked to check in the other carry on bag which we bought right before the trip making sure it fit the new small size req. Still that was put into check-in. We ended up with no carry on luggages with us boarded. Only to find quite a lot of bags that are much bigger than ours were allowed to be in the cabin."

Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

Despite taking off nearly an hour and half late, we were only about 45 minutes late in arriving. What was so great about this flight was that it was NOT full. I had an entire row to myself so I could stretch out and sleep. If I was in a regular coach seat, I would not have been comfortable for the entire trip. The crew was pleasant and helpful."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Pros: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Cons: "Gate agent refused to let me carry on a suitcase that I have carried on dozens of flights (this specific suitcase) and I understand overhead limitations (I have more than 4 million air miles just between United and American Airlines). This was an A320 and I was about #10 getting on the flight. Space was not an issue. This added an hour to a 25 hour day to wait for luggage at LAX. And BA gives the agents an edge in that their test fixture has rounded corners to that a 22 inch suitcase that has hard square edges at the bottom (or wheels that make it square) won't fit in it. So the agent just points that it doesn't fit and you have to check. I was not happy from Paris to London."

When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin."

The gate agent was accommodating and checked them at no charge, but that could have been an expensive proposition if she wasn't perceptive. All food and drinks on this flight are for purchase vs. complimentary"

He this was our seventh plane ride in two weeks and nobody else has given us a problem.. After 10 days on the Camino DeSantiago the extra stress was not welcome.. We had to call British Airways and then the booking company (Webjet) to finally get things sorted out. British Airways counted our flight from JFK to CDG as a "no show" but in reality, we had just missed our connecting flight because of so many delays at JFK. We had received no notification from Webjet or British Airways of these changes and were told that our taxes were refunded for the return tickets."

Why is it too big now? They really had no answer other than they told me I had to check it. The lady was verbally aggressive with me about it. After I was backing down only because I was afraid of losing my flight she then requested a CC saying I had to pay for it. I was literally pulling things out of my bag holding in my hand for my flight. She insisted I had to pay for it. I pointed out that my ticket included 2 bags to begin with and I only used one she said it doesn't matter because its to big for the plane I have to pay. I'm beyond furious now as I'm dropping stuff out of my hands trying to manage everything. I'd like to point out this is just a small gym bag and its a lot smaller than my carry on suite case which I'm frustrated. I'm pretty much pissed off the whole flight to only be more at the end. When the plane lands and I'm getting off I notice every single person has a carry on suite case all of which are much larger than my gym bag. My freaking gym bag fits in the tiny locker at the gym. I HATE BRITISH AIRLINES they only succeed at swindling money from you."

We told the agents three times our flight was boarding, however, they were almost nasty and would not expedite us. they finally started to call our flight and we were pulled from the line, even then it was very disorganized how we were processed. We had to run through security and the long terminal and along with others in our flight that had been in line, were the last to board as the flight was delayed waiting for us. One of the worst experiences ever. They really need to do something about their check in process as we were not the only ones subjected to these delays. The plane had technical problems landing and had to be towed in but thank God we made it."

My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

It is stressful to have to do it after landing, with no real place to write. The flights were both fine, but the layover in DFW was a nightmare. Thankfully we landed 30 min early, but we only made our connection with a few minutes the spare. We ran through the airport, and had to ask many people if we could go ahead of them at the security. We didn't have time to use the bathroom and buy water/food. I understand this is not the airline's fault, but I would recommend extending the minimum connection time at this airport."

Perhaps it was just the luck of the draw, but the seats had much more legroom than my first flight to Paris as opposed to the return to NY. The flight crew were all courteous and pleasant. Leather seating with readily available pillows and blankets for all was a nice touch as well."

So it was FOUR HOURS LATE arriving, including an extra hour on the ground in Bangor because they'd lost their landing slot (tho they lied about "bad weather" at JFK) ... a succession of lies and incompetence. Headphone jack didn't even work at the seat ... the movie was a US film dubbed into French anyway! Gawd what incompetence. A letter Fedexed to Doug Parker, AA's CEO, was not even acknowledged.... and I do 35,000 air miles a year on AA. THE WORST."

Cons: "A little more leg room would be nice."

Pros: "Cabin crew were quite good. Food was fine for airplane fare with excellent ice cream mid-flight. Airplane was spotless. Entertainment was very good. Plenty of carry-on storage on this 787-9. Customs and airport (DFW) experience was very good. Baggage claim and return for connection were prompt and rapid."
Cons: "Seats were tight in basic coach. As typical at CDG airport (other than the government subsidized Air France facilities), check-in and security is a nightmare. Clearly the worst airport in the world."

Cons: "When I booked the flight, I hadn't realized that British Airlways had contracted the flight out to be operated by American Airlines. The flight was delayed in Paris and I ended up missing my connecting flight through JFK to DC. Though we were told on the plane that we would be given assistance upon landing and helped in an expedited manner through customs, instead I was briefly informed I had missed my connecting flight, handed an envelope, and told I needed to now travel to Laguardia Airport. No other information or assistance was provided. I was not given a reason why I needed to travel an hour in NYC traffic to switch airports nor was I given any help through customs. The shuttle I was told to take was unable to take me to the correct terminal, so I needed to get on a secondary shuttle. Again, after a 7 hour international flight, little assistance or aid was provided. I was barely able to make it through security in time to catch the new flight. Additionally, the actual flight from Paris to JFK lacked basic in-flight entertainment that almost any international flight would have. I will not be traveling on American Airlines again, and I am hopeful that Kayak and BA will be more clear in the future."

Pros: "Good price and thankfully it wasn't a full flight."
Cons: "The shared TV's in the middle. I didn't like the option, so I tried to watch a movie on my laptop, but the person in front of me pushed their seat back which made watching next to impossible."

Cons: "it was not clear that finnair was being operated by american airlines. when I arrived to the airport in Paris, they couldn't locate my flight on finairr or american. my flight was missed and the staff on both airlines (finnair and partner american airline) were soo unhelpful. I have never missed a flight, I travel for work, in the air, more than on the ground and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. I was super disappointed that even after all the mistakes, no one would help me find a new flight and I had to pay for another one. Even after calling finnair several times and pleading for some answers or help."

Pros: "I suppose the food / wine was okay."
Cons: "The plane was one of the oldest I have been on in years. The center aisle overhead bins were not even big enough for luggage and there was one TV every 5 or so rows. We were at the mercy of the crappy movies American Airlines chose for us. Most flights these days have individual entertainment and at a minimum room for luggage. The plane was old, dirty and not up to date. Never flying American again. Extremely disappointed with the service on the flight, as well. A little more than halfway through the flight, the woman in the row next to me began reading the airline magazine. Her window shade was up and the sunlight caused a horrible glare on the magazine pages that beamed like a laser over everyone near by. My friend seated next to me and I both have extreme sensitivity to light that causes migraines. I asked the woman to close her shade which at first she did about an inch or two. This didn't do anything to help the glare so I asked again and she refused to do anything more. I explained it was giving us migraines and she didn't seem to care. I asked the flight attendant to help navigate the situation, which was just as useless. She said she could ask but not force her to close her window shade. While I understand that AA can't control that some people can be selfish, I find it incredibly hard to believe that the crew can't intervene when a passengers actions are making other people physically ill. Our only other option was to be relegated to the last row, next to the crews stinking pile of garbage that had been accumulating for the first five hours of the trip. Almost every crew member we interacted with was completely apathetic to the situation. We spent the rest of flight nauseous and with splitting headaches. But I sure hope my row mate and fellow human being in 32A enjoyed the article about the dinosaur flea market in Bolivia This entire situation could have been mediated by the flight attendants who chose to disengage. Furthermore, when we were deceding to land, overhead bins were still open, and people were starting to stand up to gather their belongings in the overhead bins. Again, the apathetic flight attendants were no where to be found. Overall, disappointing experience. Glad to never have to fly them again."

Pros: "Good foot room."
Cons: "The Crew were incredibly rude, and the pilot was unapologetic for being late coming back. They offered little to no comfort. They replied rudely to people when they asked them to repeat themselves because they couldn't hear. They were not very helpful and seemed annoyed and irritable. The plane was uncomfortable and the screens in front of me were useless because they were so low quality. The air craft has an option for fax but has no USB charger or port for a 10 hour flight. The aircraft I was on was not fit for that long of a distance."

Pros: "the airlines did try to accommodate by giving us optional flight when our connecting flight got cancelled"
Cons: "No meal options for vegetarians for breakfast. They just gave everyone a turkey sandwich. Rude, frustated and sarcastic staff"

Cons: "The bag hanging down from the bottom of the seat in front of me."
