Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

"Checking was smooth, staff generally all friendly, boarding a bit disorganized (I heard no announcements), plane clean and modern, etc. Check-in could potentially have been this easy though because the flight was pretty empty. You have to pay for everything including blankets, pillows, headsets to enjoy the (free) entertainment, any food, etc., but that was expected, and I have no issue with that. However, not even offering any water during the flight is crazy on an nearly 8 hour flight, especially for our kids. You can go ask for it, but they are not coming through to offer you any, presumably because they are trying to sell you drinks."

At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

One of the agents at the gate when I went to get my seat indicated that I paid for a "cheap ticket" and that I should take whatever seat they have left. I was given 46E. I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

Despite purchasing my flight months prior, and arriving at the airport with plenty of time to to check in, I was told that I was going to be bumped from my flight because it was overbooked, which would mean that I would miss my international connection. After waiting for everyone else to board on a tiny flight, there suddenly was a seat available and they let me board, but they managed to not put my bag on the flight, which means I have no luggage. Lastly, despite checking in more than 7 hours ahead of time for the international flight, I was given a middle seat and was told that I would have to pay $40 if I wanted to switch to an aisle/window. The middle seat was cramped and uncomfortable, particularly for 8 hours (after 7 hours of connections and waiting in airports). UGH."

I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Pros: "There was one male steward who was not friendly at all.....I felt he was giving me bad looks....I felt uncomfortable."

Pros: "The staff was very nice. Only bad incident was the misinformation on getting the D Tax. We went early to the airport to do it but could not get it because of erroneous information form the check in agent."
Cons: "When we checked our bags the check in agent did not let us take out bags after getting the boarding pass so we could get the D Tax refund at Customs. She said it was not necessary. She was wrong. French customs wanted to see the merchandise which we no longer had. When we complained at TAP we were told do it in Lisbon. Again in Lisbon we could not get the D tax because that custom agent wanted to see the merchandise which was being transferred to our Lisbon - Newark flight. We loss refunds of over $400. This problem ruined a perfect trip."

Paying $1000 for a ticket and then being told you don't have a seat is absolutely unprofessional and rediculous. We were traveling home from europe and had 2 other connections we had to make. After 3 hours they were able to transfer us all to another flight back to the states and then lost my dad's luggage. Horrible experience! Will not travel TAP again!"

Pros: "Crew did a good job of keeping their cool when my flight was canceled and merged with another. After 4 hours of delay because the Pope was traveling to the same place we were and having to hand out all new boarding passes to confused and anxious passengers, the crew were always friendly and helpful."

Cons: "This airline consistently overbooks all of their flights. I bought my ticket 3 months prior and checked in 10 hours beforehand and was put on standby along with 5 others in the same situation. When we spoke to the TAP people at the gate they proceeded to tell us that they are used to this and it happens on every flight!!!!! I cannot believe that their is an airline that is so greedy that they purposely overbook their flights! It almost ruined our entire trip because we almost missed two connection flights and they did not care at all."

"The crew was trying their best during the flight, but the boarding process was a mess. Taking away water bought at the airport from families and children at a hot gate with no AC is illogical and unacceptable. The water was bought after 3 security checks and the boarding process takes an hour during which toddlers have to stand in lines while no one else is boarding. in the meantime a RAM official is allowed to walk in the gate holding his water bottle. Someone needs to explain why people can't keep their water bought at the airport during the boarding process. Passengers can be asked to leave their waters behind once they are asked to walk into the plane not while they are waiting. Also, not only people were hot and thirsty while waiting for boarding, but they also had to sit in the middle of screaming and unhappy children crying because they are hot and thirsty. The boarding process was inhumane and needs to be organized in a much better way. It is also very ironic to ask passengers to keep their 6 feet distance while the plane is overbooked and all seats are filled. Based on my experience with RAM on my last trip, I would not recommend it to friends and people I care about."

Then it stopped. The crew was less than helpful and when they did give it their attention they simply reset the screen which then continued to power cycle for the next 5 hours. On the way home, enough folks complained that the crew reset the entire system and then it worked for the last hour"

The screens on the back of the seats work inconsistently. No wifi. And this was on the Dreamliner! not the worst flight I’ve been on but negatives definitely outweighs positives."

Cons: "Flight was overbooked. Had an issue getting my ticket 2.5 hours prior to schedule flight departure. Flight was originally scheduled to leave at 4:30. It was first delayed to 8:50 p.m. Then further delayed to 10:00 p.m. Plane left Casablanca much later than 10:00 p.m. which caused a very late arrival to IAD airport, 2:30 a.m. Boarding was a disaster. Stayed in line for over an hour not knowing if the plane was going to take off from Casablanca. No water was distributed and no communication was shared with the passengers until the crew announced boarding."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and efficient. Seats and food were fine. Flight was smooth and on schedule.. Generous free checked baggage. Rare today!"
Cons: "Boarding was a bit chaotic with passengers made to wait in the jcorridor for 10-15 minutes until boarding continued. Board when the bus is waiting and plane doors are open! On board my 787 flight, the tray tables were very hard to close, the entertainment system didn’t work, and the bathroom, while not filthy, could have been a little cleaner."

Cons: "Didn’t even have an option to pick a seat even though I tried through various venues (when purchasing tickets, setting a preference after buying, when checking in, in the airport after checking in); completely disorganized airline with no communication or customer service. Would never recommend this airline to another person even if it is the cheapest option. Can’t trust the airline to get you to your destination as they claim"

Cons: "Once again, there were some issues because I am pregnant. There was continued confusion and duplication with the release of liability forms, and then there was an unfortunate incident wherein my water was taken away prior to the boarding area with a promise that I could get more in the boarding area. This turned out not to be the case. Luckily, there was a very kind staff person who ran onto the plane and retrieved a bottle of water for me, but this should not be the policy."

Cons: "They are a little stingy showing you the booze but perhaps that's because it was ramadan. The BC lounge in casablanca has no alcohol during ramadan but did have wine at least when it wasn't ramadan (the 1st leg of our journey)."

Cons: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."

Cons: "My video screen broke in mid flight. The beverage service did not have any white wine. Furthermore, we were not allowed to board with water that was purchased in the secure area of the airport. And, on the plane sufficient water was not distributed to passengers during flight. Overall, a very uncomfortable flight."

Cons: "I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you."

Pros: "On return trip, boarding was better and crew was more attentive than outbound flight. There’s still room to kick it up a notch—hot towel service, better food options."

Pros: "Flight was a quarter empty so I could spread out a bit more. Food was better than most Airlines, including US Carriers. Didn't lose my bag or damage it."
Cons: "Check-in took 35-45 mins. See one person working while the other 3 sat around. On CMN-IAD leg i Got two cups of water with meal. Asked twice after meal and both flight attendants said ok but never returned with any. 2 hrs later I got up to get some water and went to galley and asked FA's for some. They didn't speak, they acted like I was bothering them and one pointed to the cups and water bottles...directing me to get my own. Never had that happen before and I fly often. US Air carriers typically have water Service at least once an hour. This flight it only occurred during meal Service, which was twice during entire 7.5 hour flight. Flight going IAD-CMN wasn't any better. I fell sick due to dehydration on the flight. Had same issue with not getting water on flight. Don't think I'll book Royal Air Maroc again."

Pros: "The airline itself is pretty decent. The food is good enough. The dreamliner is a joy to fly. Entertainment at the seat is pretty good as well. The crew was friendly even though their english was quite hard to understand on the PA system. What I do like is that the crew does not sit there badgering you about cell phones and the like. Boarding could definitely be improved. It is like one huge gaggle of people when they ask to board. At least the flight operates on time."

Long security lines at Casablanca, the food was mostly bread and carbs-very little protein or vegetables, entertainment system was broken the entire flight, flight attendants rude and do not respond to call lights.
