Friendly crew once you’re on the plane.
Two flights canceled due to weather - that’s understandable. The website, app, twitter help, and phone numbers not working for info or to rebook = unacceptable. Seats in premium economy are cramped and tight.
Flight was okay. Did not get my bag after landing at Mumbai airport. Have to wait 24 hours to get it. Very inconvenient.
Comfortable seats Great raspberries and blueberries. Delicious.
Flight was cancelled. I found out as I was entering Nairobi Airport. The British Airways staff at JKIA were clueless regarding what to do with 200 passengers. It was chaotic, with no one appearing to know what options were available. It was a long night, and if my wife had not re-booked me on another flight out, I might still be there. Terrible customer service.
The ground crew was very curt and non helpful. Apparently there was a rule that laptops had to be in the checked baggage. The ground crew could have been more courteous with passengers for whom this was a great inconvenience. In my specific case, the person checking me in labelled my bad "Long Stay" instead of "Priority" because they misread the instructions on the computer. The person would not listen to me and would not re-check his potential error....I fly British Airways all the time and that did not seem to make a difference in his demeanor
Landed in foggy night. Crew fantastic. On time. Cabin clean
Plenty of space for a long flight, left and landed on time. Overall very pleased
Only complaint is that there was not dairy-free friendly food option for either meal. I figured this would happen so I brought my own food and was glad I did
business class is the same as eco...very poor...LH aslo have regional line, much much better.
Even though I bought my ticket through British airways, they made me check in through Iberia. No one told me beforehand so I waited in line at the BA line for about 20 mins and was told by the ticket agent to go to Iberia instead. Also, two medium delays. Not major but I did feel like I spent more time on the plane than I should have

From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew.
The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!
Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
