Food was just ok..had snack box :( Crew was very nice
Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.
Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.
Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!
Delayed. It's not our first flight with them either, it's actually our 3rd and all 3 were delayed by hours each time. It was a myriad of delays. On one flight we boarded after being delayed for a little over an hr, only to be told we were going to sit in the plane for another hour before departing. Once landed, we waited another 40ish min to get to our gate. On another flight, flight was delayed just under 3 hrs but atleast we got to wait it out at the airport terminal. Its just a bad experience overall flying with Alaska Airlines.
We had to take the train to our next gate but had time to eat a meal. When to our next gate and asked employee about gate and got informed that gate had been changed so back on train to next gate. So thankful she was there and informed us of gate change. Because of the issue the boarding was slow but employees were there and busy helping all and keeping it organized.
The crew the employees were friendly and excellent. There was a problem with the plane and they had workers there immediately working on it. They made sure the people that had immediate connects knew what gates they had to get to and had them leave the plane first. Very thoughtful.
Very pleasant and the flight felt like it went by quick
All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.
It is very bad they do not give you money back
Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.
A little bumpy ride . No food was being provided due the the turbulence. That was ok it was a short flight to my standards.
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. KLM/ Delta has not streamlined or made it efficient as it was boarding in Detroit . The food was mediocre The crew was unfriendly and more focused on getting things done quickly rather than service with a smile .
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.
The crew was wonderful and attentive. The seats near exit row were restrictive. Offer healthy snacks please
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
