When try let him board early and took his luggage they also did the same for me as his wife and it was a great experience to know they care for both of us."

Pros: "Either BA or American Airlines didn't know that We got switched by BA TO AN EARLIER FLIGHT TO JFK!. When we arrived in PIT we almost missed our flight to JFK. The American desk agent at check in had to walk us thru security because of this. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK."
