Pros: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."

We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

There were no signs and several passengers tried to board without the stamp only to be sent to the passport check line. Very frustrating. Also, there was no organization so everyone just rushed forward when boarding was called. They should consider boarding by rows to make it a more orderly process. Finally, there was no leg room at all. I realize airlines are trying to squeeze every passenger in that they can, but this was ridiculous. I'm 5'11" and my knees were pinned against the seat in front of me."

No internet--big drawback on overseas flights. On our trip there, one bathroom was a mess, plus out of toilet paper. Told the stewardess, and they closed it for a while--took some time for it to be attended to. The entertainment choices are VERY slim--don't know why a more extensive list of choices could not be made available."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

I was thrown my food on my table. I asked for the pasta option because I do not eat beef. She said: "That's what we have, we do not have more food. You are flying economy class". I was mistreated badly."

Cons: "Mistake Kayak or its subcontractor made in listing the name of my wife incorrectly. This created a real hassle in getting a boarding pass in her name"

Cons: "Rarely served drinks, 1h 30 min delayed flight, therefore missed connecting flight, mo assistance at all from crew regarding alternative connections, I will never fly with Iberia again"

Cons: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Pros: "The entertainment system with movies was great, with plenty of choices and good sound. The crew was very good. Legroom on the seats was good. They kept the temperature in the plane just right. We could board first because we had a 5-year-old child."
Cons: "Flight was delayed an hour leaving Chicago, and arrived an hour late in Madrid. The screen was not updated in Chicago to let us know what was going on. It's a mass of people at the gate, with very little systematic lining up. One luggage piece did not come out on the carousel in Madrid. We had to wait 1.5 hr at the airport to confirm that they would send it to our Madrid hotel. Hopefully it will come. The food was mediocre. Pasta for dinner with little to no meat. Not even fruit. They are clearly saving money on the food."

Pros: "Took forever to board. Had to take a bus to plane. Last on, no overhead space."

Pros: "My flight went smooth and on time. I think we were early. The service is impeccable. Most in-flight meals are pretty crummy if you get one at all. The flight I took wasn't packed somthere was plenty of room. Even if it was there was still a fair amount of space. The entertainment was way better than the ole " everyone get to watch the same thing. Wi-Fi, new releases, even some classic 80's. if you get bored on this flight you really don't deserve to fly internationally."
Cons: "I"lol have to fly them again and find some fault. They worked on my flight and my Mother flew with Iberia and had the same good impression."

Cons: "Puse un reclamo pues me cobraron 150€ por un perrito de soporte médico y no me han respondido al respecto."

Pros: "The flight was smooth."
Cons: "They were very unhelpful in flight changes and schedule changes. I was very disappointed in all the travel agents we spoke with. They were all very unhelpful except for one lady who helped change our reservations. I will not be flying Iberia, British Airways, or Americans airlines ever again. My experience was terrible."

Cons: "Plane had to turn around due to a malfunction. We were waiting with no updates for hours. No information, food or water were provided for kids or adults. Second plane took off 6 hours later, missed connection."

Cons: "I could not cross my legs and my purse would not fit under the seat. Very uncomfortable flight. Fortunately they had a good selection of movies and TV shows to watch"

Cons: "the food was not like you would expect in Business Class, there was no pasta less although I was on raw 3!!!"

Cons: "3 people in my group; not seated together; given different boarding groups; I was TSA pre-check, they weren't. Food was horrible. Plane was cramped and DIRTY. In flight entertainment useless since small screen was too far away for me to see. Despite Iberia flight number, this was an American Airlines plane and crew."

Cons: "The entertainment cost money for the flight and the transfer procedure for luggage in Boston was unclear and poorly organized. One of our bags was lost."

Pros: "The crew was fabulous! And the ride was on time and had plenty of entertainment."
Cons: "My only complaint is that the seats were very tight in the economy class. We were packed like cattle. I know these were the "cheap" seats but for almost $1500 I would hope for a bit more comfort."

Cons: "No instructions on how to make connecting flight."

Pros: "Boarding and disembarking were the best things about this flight. The piloting was smooth too."
Cons: "Stewardesses were unfriendly and rude. Long flight, without individual entertainment on seats. Old plane, extremely cramped. The meal request made when booking the flight was not honored. Upon arrival to US customs, was told I was not on the passenger list (thus clearing customs was a bit touchy)."

Cons: "My bag was lost. Still waiting for it."
