Delayed because one of the bathroom doors wasn't working, 30 min later still wasn't fixed and ultimately they decided to go without it."

Cons: "My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Such cave men they are!"

Cons: "When I asked for a drink, after having fallen asleep and awoken just as the cart passed me, I was told just one minute, 10 minutes later, a flight attendant came by, they had food, I asked again for some water, was again told in just a minute, took 20 minutes to get water. The earbuds I was given didn't work, my own didn't work, apparently the seat I was in has a connectivity issue, so the sound kept blasting in and out and was horrible. I had to hold the connector in the seat. The food option was non-existant once the cart came to me, the only option was chicken, which was horrible. Overall, I was not impressed with the service or flight ...."

Got to the airport & our seats were split up by desk clerk & she didn't even inform us of seat assignment change. She also put 2 of us in the Exit row without informing us. Did not know we were assigned to Exit row until we boarded. Our overhead bins were full with other passengers carryons. This should not be. Why can't passengers use their own overhead bins. Stewardess would not help us, she said find a spot up front, if not you'll have to check carryons. Terrible."

The doors close 10 mins before even if it was the next gate the door would have been shut. Had to reschedule flight for not the same day or the next day but two days later! During flight my inflight drink was evening coffee and tasted old as if it had been sitting for a while. Was sat next to a sick ER nurse who was coughing and sneezing in and around the open cup. I was sick for 8 and half days following the flight."

It was ridiculous added stress on our honeymoon and my husbands first cross Atlantic trip. Made me never want to fly Luftansa/United transatlantic again (and I have been a milageplus card holder so that's saying something)"

Cons: "About 6 hours before my flight, I started getting text alerts about flight delays. First delay was one hour. As I was getting ready to leave for the airport, I received another alert that moved the time up 45 minutes. I panicked and I called Frontier. While on the phone, I received another text alert with flight delay of 2 hours. As I was getting ready to leave for the airport again, text alert 3 hour delay. This went on ALLLLLLL NIGHT! I didn’t know when to leave for the airport. Or if my flight was going to be cancelled. THIS GAVE ME SO MUCH ANXIETY! Uber to the airport was going to be $65 so I wanted to be sure I actually HAD a flight! I called and Frontier had no answers. One agent said there was a maintenance issue in Denver. I was flying out of SFO. If the flight was going to be cancelled, I would have to be at the airport to be booked on another flight with a different airline. And I would only be booked on another airline if it was a maintenance issue. If it was “environmental” I would get put on the next Frontier flight, which was the NEXT DAY! I called Frontier again. The agent said the reason changed from maintenance issue to environmental. He could put me on next flight tomorrow which was 22 HOURS OVERNIGHT IN DENVER. And no, they don’t pay for your hotel. This is just the flight. What?!?!? Unacceptable! He offered a “Frontier credit.” Absolutely not. Then he offered a full refund. At this point, I had had enough so I accepted. Now I was burdened with finding another flight on a different airline at the LAST MINUTE! While I was explaining this to the Frontier agent, he hung up on me. An email came through with a receipt for a Frontier credit for less than the cost of my flight! I called again. The next agent lied that it was full refund. She only changed it when I demanded she send me a receipt with a full refund amount. This was not a cheap flight. Unless you consider $315 ONE WAY cheap. I was able to find a last minute flight for only $500 ONE WAY. It could have been $1000 or more, considering I was booking it SIX HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE. All thanks for Frontier. This was the worst travel experience ever! DO NOT BOOK A FLIGHT WITH FRONTIER!!"

I was only able to check my bag to Denver, had to go to baggage and check in a second time, go through security again—a long line —took me 2 hours to get my bag and go through security. Frontier told me that kayak booked me on two separate flights with two separate tickets and because of that they couldn’t check my bag to my final destination. booking through kayak was a huge inconvenience"

The airline groups together those needing check in and those dropping off bags which makes no sense at all. Results in a long process. Nickel and dime you until the savings from a traditional airline is non-existent. Seats are uncomfortable, crew is unpleasant. No wifi or entertainment. And baggage is always delayed. Pay the money for a regular airline."

Cons: "No emailed itinerary or checkin notification - I blame Kayak for this (it seems to happen whenever I book through Kayak) and will no longer book flights through Kayak. Frontier sucks, but you already know that going in so you get what you expect."

Cons: "Seats are increadebly uncomfortable. $3 for a soda, not even a bag of peanuts is offered here. No entertainmet, no movies, no wifi. Not even a magazine No tray where to put your food or ipad. no pillow, no blankets. $40 for a carry-on bag $20 to pick your own seat at checkin."

Cons: "This is the most cramped plane I've ever flown and she's very uncomfortable seats unable to recline, no movie for 5+ hour flight! Out of snacks, overall sucked! $80 each way added for 1 suitcase each/2 people, I will not fly Frontier again"

Pros: "Seats smaller than they used to be, no pay for view for a movie, cabin was hot, seat cushioning paper thin, pay extra for carry on and checked bags, sales pitch for Frontier credit card to literally captive audience, overall miserable flight."

Cons: "I was so appauled at the lack of customer service that Frontier Airlines lacks. I did not even take my flight with Frontier due to hidden fees, $99 change fees, carry on bag fees etc...I just called Southwest and they gave me a new ticket the night before my flight for LESS than what my fees would have been with Frontier. I also got 2 free bags and could bring a carry on. Not to mention they actually serve drinks on their flight. I was so disappointed with EVERYTHING about your airline company. The worst part is....a supervisor from Frontier said they would call me back in an hour (I wanted to discuss with my husband if it was even worth it to pay the fees or not) and he didn't even do it! It shows how much you guys don't care about your customers or business. As soon and I noticed he wouldn't call I just called Southwest and explained my situation and I was off the phone in less than 10 minutes with a new ticket and FREE BAGS!! I will NEVER fly Frontier ever again."

Cons: "Start with the aborted takeoff when the pilots slammed on the brakes and we were propelled into the seat in front of us.. I can accept that as a safety measure BUT the attitude of the Frontier Gate reps after the plane returned to the gate was ugly. I am an experienced traveler and the last time I was treated that badly was by Eastern Airlines in Miami years ago. The baggage charges are horrendous. Then I saw passengers loading multiple bags into the overhead. I have to believe experienced Frontier passengers are not paying the fees, hiding their bags until loading and then taking them onboard. NEVER AGAIN if there is any alternative."

Pros: "On time, enough room in seats and seat belts weren't too tight. My fight attendant gave me hot water with lemon upon request at no charge. (I had a cough. )"
Cons: "Lightening storm on the flight to St. Louis caused an hour delay awaiting our luggage. I brought my own food, knowing you have to pay extra for that."

Pros: "Very fast check-in, boarding, and flight. Extremely cheap ($25 incl. tax, $50 with a checked bag). Professional and courteous crew and staff."
Cons: "$25 for a checked bag."

Pros: "Crew was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Flight ran right on time."
Cons: "Seats (17C and 17D) were not very comfortable (minimal cushioning on seats and backs, no cushion on arm rests, and seats do not recline). Also, there were two pieces of used gum in my seat back pocket (yuck!)."

Pros: "Liked that it was cheap and that it got me to my destination."
Cons: "The flight was significantly late (both of my Frontier flights were), the seats had no padding, the tray-tables were half-sized so that you couldn't put a laptop on them. I would not recommend Frontier to anyone unless they absolutely cannot afford another airline. There are affordable airlines that do cheap flights well. This is not one of them."

Cons: "It was late, uncomfortable, and the ticket counter refused to help. Never again."

Cons: "Everything is extra. This was the least expensive flight we found but after the hidden costs it would have been the most expensive. Carry on $40 each, check bags $35 each, even a cup of coffee wasn't included. Then after all that it was the least comfortable flight I have ever taken. I will never fly this airline again!"

Cons: "No leg room in 1 A . Paid $25. To be cramped in front seat. Over charged for my bag. I will never fly frontier again following this trip."

Pros: "The best part about the flight was when we landed in Dallas."
Cons: "The most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. The seats were very hard and could not adjust. There was no information about the flight provided at any time during the flight except for when we were preparing to land. Compared to American Airlines (which we flew with on our way to Denver), Frontier has no comparison. There was absolutely no entertainment provided, and there were additional costs and fees at every turn. Not only do they charge for any and all refreshments, they also charge you to have a carry-on bag. The flight was also very very loud. The cabin rattled and roared for the entire hour and a half flight. We will not be flying Frontier again unless some major upgrades are made."

Cons: "The gate was very rude and refused to get a supervisor. The flight was closed early.we did not get home for two day .purchased another flight from American cost 500.00. Still did not make the connection. Still at the airport attempting to return to STL. Horrible costly experience."

Pros: "The guy next to me on the flight was really nice as were the flight attendants."
Cons: "I was charged twice for my bag. I had one bag. I went to the kiosk to get my ticket and was almost finished. I swiped to pay for my bag as a carry on and an error message came up and said to see attendant. I did. There were three people there who had no idea what was going on. I tried to explain what had happened and they kept interrupting me and telling me I probably was going to miss my Friday evening flight as it was overbooked. They asked me if I'd like to check my bag and I said sure. I agreed because I never finished my kiosk purchase or agreed to pay the fee on it. The attendant takes my card and swipes it. Then said "It looks like you paid twice. Call this number" and hands me a paper with an 801 number on it. The gate and departure time changed several times. We wee supposed to leave at 7:30 and didn't leave until after 8pm. This was an awful experience and I won't be flying Frontier again."

Pros: "Boarding was timely and efficient. The Crew was friendly."
Cons: "You pay for f*cking water! WTF! Seats don't recline seats are uncomfortable No Direct TV anymore No in flight magazine pay for 1st piece of checked luggage pay for carry on you pay for seat selection, I like window seats $$$ Frontier USED to be my favorite airline. Back to United and Alaska I guess Overall, just a terrible experience. If I had the time I would picket their check in area warning passengers about their upcoming nightmare."
