We had a lot of really rough weather but that was not Delta's fault. Pilot was amazing.

The ticket agents in West Palm Beach on Friday afternoon Nov. 7th were incredible in getting us on an earlier plane to Atlanta during the government shutdown. Had the taken our original flight we would have missed our connection. She did this on her own, We didn't even have to ask, and she did it all with a smile and showing genuine concern that we would be taken care of. We are very grateful and thankful. We fly often, and now we will be sure to fly Delta.

Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta

Everything went well and was good. Nothing exceptional, but no complaints either. Cheap seats are pretty comfortable.

They ended up paying for the bag twice, but the counter wouldn't take my baggage receipt. Left it to me to resolve. Not sure how to resolve the issue.

Non stop on long haul is the way to go. Great experience

Flight was crowded and the woman sitting on my left was large & kept crouching in to my space. You need bigger seats or smaller passengers to fit into the seats you DO have! Snack were OK. Would appreciate if airlines had more savory rather than sweet snacks, thank you!

Delayed flight (1hour) plus a long layover after an overnight flight with no backup plane available.

The boarding process needs to be refined. Sometimes the gate crew call out the boarding zone, and then flip to the monitor to show which zones are boarding. So unless everyone is gathered around to see the monitor there is usually confusion as wi which zones are boarding.

Really low quality food especially for an international flight. The crew also was surprisingly unpleasant except couple of ladies. I know we were not in first class but that’s no reason to treat customers as less.

Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.

Flight was in time, very smooth ride and surprisingly lots of legroom in the cabin so I certainly will fly with spirit again

The seats are the most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in. Don’t believe I’ll ever fly spirit again!!

Customer feedback I sent to Spirited today: “I will never fly Spirit Airlines again and will work hard to convince my friends and family to boycott/avoid Spirit Airlines at all costs. I booked three seats for me and my 8 and 10 year old children on NK 1222 from Orlando to Kansas City for 12/7/25 leaving Orlando at 10:37AM. This itinerary was abandoned by Spirit and we were rebooked onto Spirit flight NK 213 leaving at 9:06PM without any notice. Then the nightmare really began. Flight 213 was delayed a total of 12 times, finally leaving at 6:35AM the following day. The gate was changed 5 times and our electronic boarding passes were invalidated at midnight. The worst part was that the 12 separate delays were incremental making it impossible to plan for accommodations for my family. My kids missed a day of school and barely slept under the harsh lights with lots of noise on the filthy airport floor. The customer service agent at Spirit Airlines told us we would be emailed a voucher for a hotel which never happened. I asked about it multiple times and it never arrived in my email inbox. This whole unfortunate situation could’ve been avoided if spirit had taken a realistic approach and delayed the flight from 9 PM until 6 AM from the beginning. My son gleefully deleted the Spirit app from my phone once we landed and we will never fly with Spirit again.”

This was my first time on a budget airline and I couldn't even sit down all the way because my knees would embed in the seat in front of me. I'm only 6' tall with a 32" inseam. There's no upside other than y'all are cheap. I'm glad it was only a 2 hour flight. Lesson learned! I get why everybody talks down on budget airlines. The staff was outstanding, the flight went as well as possible, great pilot, great boarding, smooth sailing. Zero chance I'll be back though.

Crew are always very angry and dismissive like they seem they are being forced to work. In addition, there was a long line for the bathrooms, and only one was allowed to be used. No reason was given for only one bathroom being available; apparently, the stewardess was more interested in using the jumpseat instead of allowing the customers to use the bathroom.

It was better than expected. But there were two delays in taking off.

Boarding was easy. I loved that they sat our family together even though we didn't pay for specific seats. I thought $5+ was a lot for pretzels and wish they had a small free snack.

The gate agents for spirit at EWR wouldn’t give me my ticket to board when I arrived 50 min from the flight, saying that I wouldn’t make my flight. They tried to reschedule me to arrive at my destination 14 hours after the original flight, which included a 10 hr layover in another city. I rebooked with another airline and it took me a total of 5 min to go through security. Then I see a charge on my card for a $100 change fee that I did not approve. Beware of this horrible place and these horrible people

Seats are not very comfortable, maybe a little more padding for a 2hr plus flight
