Cons: I paid $108.00 in advance to reserve my two seats each way. $27 each way per person. I made it clear that I wanted an aisle and window seat each way. I was told that I was given this but I received a window and middle seat. Could not change last minute.

Cons: Getting off the plane ( We were stuck on the plane for at least 1 hour and twenty min. )

Cons: Arrived to the check in counter 40 mins before our flight because our park-n-fly shuttle was running late. The clerk would not print our passes because it was past the 45 minute limit. She showed zero sympathy and offered a flight 16 hours later with a $90 fee. We are now out of $90 for the flight, $130 for a rental car to drive to our destination and will be arriving late for a funeral. Wish I could review how the actual flight went but we never even made it on the plane. DEVASTATED.

Cons: They almost made me miss my flight if it wasn't delayed I would of missed it and on top of that they lost my bag with all my clothes shoes and my blood clot and my cegulitis medicine that I have to take twice a day

Pros: My first flight on Spirit was great.

Cons: The wifi didn't work, and this wasn't the first time thier wifi was out. I've been flying on jetblue frequently lately and that's my only issue. Everything else was good.

Cons: The crew was SO loud. I did not sleep at all on this night flight.

Pros: My experiences flying with JetBlue have been consistently great! Delays happen & are of course out of the crew’s control, but offering free snacks while we waited & the efficient boarding process, along with the free movie & TV choices on the seat back screens, make the process great!

Cons: My only issues have been with LAX itself & staff there (nothing crazy, just less than stellar service & somewhat rude staff occasionally) but flying with JetBlue has been awesome.

Cons: The flight attendant didn’t allow me to put my only one personal item I had (with no carry on) to the locker! He allows people from other seats to put their laguagges into my compartment!

Cons: Avoiding the 40 minute taxi at departure, and finding better staff. We encountered the worst gate attendant and rude crew members who didn’t sympathize us traveling as a party of 7, with two young infants and one disabled adult.

Cons: The frontier flight is affordable but then you get charged for every little thing like both a checked bag and even a carry-on bag. They didn’t offer a drink of soda for free

Pros: The anouncements in Islip explaining the boarding process and warning people about bringing carry ons that they did not pay for were clear, loud and understandable. Crew was great.

Pros: The crew was nice and boarding was easy. The plane was on-time. That was the only good things. Seats didn't recline and there was very little leg room.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the cheap price unless you plan to bring no luggage or pick your seat. After getting charged for each piece of luggage plus carry on and choosing our seat the price was much higher than it would have cost had we gone with another airline that included these items. Disappointing.

Cons: The check in lines were chaotic and I had already checked in online. I just needed to drop off my baggage, so to save time due to my early flight I paid more for the curbside check-in.

Cons: Gate agent was too much. A family had not been required to pay for carry ons on their outbound trip but she required them to pay $250. English was not their primary language. The mother apparently swore in Spanish- agent threatened to call police. Disagreed with FA, kicked off family.

Cons: Our flight was delayed leaving Orlando to Atlanta at the last minute. By the time it was all said and done, we didn't leave the Atlanta airport until 3:30 am since we had to deal with the luggage issue. I'm more so upset at the fact of our luggage being lost over anything. Which is definitely Spirit's fault. So we basically paid $55 extra for an over weight bag only for it not to show up. Not to mention the poor customer service from the attendants at the airport. Never flying Spirit again!!!

Cons: Spirit Airlines was a mess, we got told the wrong information to stand in a line that was too long, and we were not going to get through even though we were an hour before our flight. I went back to the lady, and once they called our flight at the 50 min mark and said that we need our bags checked now. The line agent again told me to go and wait in the line, only to wait and be told we missed our window which was what I was trying to tell the lady earlier. To add fuel to the fire, it seemed three of the people were arguing and then switched to Spanish when it got heated. Lucky, we were able to go out on Delta an hour later without issue and went well. I'll never fly Spirit again for it was a horrible experience and that's from someone who flies's various airlines and 160,000 miles a year! After many years of flying this is my first complaint. However, I would warn others to spend the extra few dollars to go with another airline when traveling.

Pros: I liked the price of the flight... That lasted until I realized that I would have to purchase "upgrades" such as carry-on (and opted instead for checking a bag since that oddly was cheaper)

Cons: Our flight was delayed over two hours due to weather for our incoming flight. Understandable, however, they gate agents never gave an explanation (also, all screens other than the one at the gate did not say our new departure time, only that it had a "new time"). When we were in the air and beginning out descent, we suddenly felt weightless and then very heavy in our seats. I looked to the left, out the window, and another airplane could be seen at our same altitude beyond our wing. For an idea of how close the other plane was, hold your thumb and forefinger two inches apart at arm's length. That's how big the other plane was from my vantage point. My mother in the front of the plane got motion sick from the maneuver (if it hadn't woken me from sleep, I probably would have been too). From my seat a few rows behind the wing, I could see the air brake panels come up on the wing. In addition, customer service has been a pain to deal with. Would not fly their airline again - would rather pay more and go elsewhere.

Pros: Loved being able to watch the World Cup final match on the plane! Wish the plane continued letting us watch TV while folks were deplaning though. :) The pilot was funny - always a plus.

Cons: One of the crew members, Bill, called me and the women in my row "sweetie" and "honey." While I assume he was trying to be Southernly cordial (I'm a southerner too), calling women you don't know these names in a professional a space is inappropriate. I also had wished there was either a USB port or a power outlet to recharge my devices.
