Pros: I flew from Bali to Doha and then Doha to Dulles after an 8 hour layover. Both flights operated a Boeing 777. The planes were spotlessly clean both flights. The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
Cons: Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way.

Pros: B777 Dreamliner is dreamy. Lots of overhead luggage space. Decent leg room (could always be more). Great individual entertainment screen for long transcontinental flights. Flight staff was a mixed international crew, very friendly, unpretentious, polite and just nice compared to other airlines. The planes they use seem very new. Would definitely recommend Qatar Air over Aeroflot any day.
Cons: Food was decent for airline food but nothing to rave about and as with most airlines uses too much plastic packaging. Although I was pleased that some of the flights used metal flatware, but still too much waste in the industry in my opinion. Also, the headphone jack was not compatible with my headphones. The type used on the 777 is the dual pronged one. I did not have an adapter so had to use the crappy headphones that are provided.

Cons: Although for some technical reasons the flight was considerably delayed, there was no action taken either by Qatar Airways or Geneva airport authorities to make the waiting more confortable!! The passengers of economy class and business class were all stacked in the same space (it looked more of a hangar...) Access to this space was only possible by stairs (No elevator - No escalator !!) No drinks offered, not enough chairs to sit and wait......etc The main blame is to put on Geneva Airport Authorities. This airport is a total mess From the moment one arrives at the airport area (access - parking - ..) till the moment of boarding... It should be boycotted by major and quality companies such as Qatar Airways and many others.

Pros: My flight was canceled and Virgin Atlantic gave us a free room in the hotel Ramada. My next flight was at 18:55 and I asked Virgin Atlantic agent am I allowed to stay in the room until time for my flight comes, he confirmed yes and gave me breakfast, lunch, and dinner voucher. However, next day around 12 I got call from Front Desk that I have to leave my room right away because it's time to chack out and If I want to stay longer I have to pay. I called Virgin Atlantic agancy again and the agent run my information and said to me I can stayin the room longer. After that I called front desk to confirm that but they said they didn't hear anything from Virgin Atlantic and I have to leave the room by 1pm. All of this was really unpleasant!

Cons: I didn't make it to Siem Reap because the first leg of the trip from IAD to London was cancelled by Virgin Atlantic after it was fully boarded. The excuse was that a flight attendant had food poisoning and was unable to fly and so the entire flight was cancelled. The Virgin team seemed unconcerned and showed NO sense of urgency to try and get people rebooked. Their solution was to rebook everyone on an evening flight the next day. If a passenger was only going to London, that was probably fine. But for people with connecting flights -- or like me with multiple connecting flights -- that wasn't acceptable.

When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners.

(On my outbound flight from Atlanta to D' dorf an oversized seat neighbor literally flowed partly into my seat, making matters worse.) A major concern: stewardesses support the general fashion of darkening the cabin in the interest of movie watchers and general quiet. What about my right to daylight, especially during a day flight from D' dorf to Atlanta? It's helpful against jetlag. 11 hours in a darkened pipe followed by arrival at night time are unhealthy. The film program is not intetesting enough to justify this decision.

Cons: I purchase tickets using credit card points and was not allowed to have seat assignments until 24 hours before the flight. This is NOT going to work for me in the future
Cons: The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with.

Cons: After waiting patiently through a 3 hour delay we were inbound to Minneapolis. We were set to arrive at 9:45 pm and there were multiple 10 pm connections. Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed.
Cons: Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being.
Pros: Great ground staff and flight crew, except they should as warn and apologize regarding the limited gate as access so far from the check-in.
Cons: Signage is terrible. Delta sign out side is obscured as and too small. Construction is no excuse for the confusion. Delta is not readable on the overhead signs and airport is too dark at night. Everything is hard to find.
Pros: I am liking the new Delta terminal at LAX. The flight crew was nice pleasant and helpful. The pilots kept us informed.
Cons: The Delta Sky club was small and over crowed. If you go take the first seat spot you can find. It doesn’t get bigger. I have high hopes for the new combined lounge between the terminals. The flight itself felt like an older 737-800 while it had power there were only two and the two others in my row snagged them. I was in Delta Comfort and have to say the extra leg room isn’t a lot.

Cons: Planned my trip for my birthday/10 year anniversary. The first leg of the trip, flying from ft Lauderdale to atlanta was ok except for the pilot having to circle around bc he was too close to the airplane in front to land. This made us supposedly late to our connecting flight which by the way was not supposed to leave before 8:10. My husband and I arrived at the gate about 10 minutes before only to be told that the door was locked. Needless to say, we weren't the only ones. When we got up to the desk, the attendant was extremely rude. I was having a conversation with my husband about a dog that had just passed us . She immediately made her way into the conversation asking me what i was saying. I told her I was talking to my husband about the dog and under her breath said : " I'm sure you were." I then told her that i was more than sure about what I was talking about. We get booked on another flight and my seat was the only one without a working monitor. We asked the suitardess to see o If there was anything that could be done They tried to reset it to no avail. Since we didn't say anything else, it was forgotten about. My husband shared his screen with me so that I wasn't totally bored on the flight. Not the way I wanted to start off my birthday but I'm glad that nightmare is over Delta really needs to retrain their employees on customer service bc it leaves a lot to be desired!

Cons: Delayed for 2 hours due flat tire. They should've checked tires before we boarded. Cabinets were almost full. I had a hard time to put my skateboard and backpack in a cabinet. Attendant didn't help out at all! It took over a minute to figure out to fit my stuff in there like Tetris. One passenger was upset that I took his bag out. It was frustrating when attendant didn't help to store my bag.
Cons: Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim.
Pros: Staff are very friendly. The agent inadvertently gave me my boarding pass twice instead of mine and my wife's, TSA pre-check in Atlanta caught the error and made the security check process so fast and efficient by asking me to skip the line whenI got my error fixed.
Pros: Delta always has a nice professional crew. We were served within a reasonable time and I felt comfortable the whole flight.

Cons: Not only was the flight delayed, but there was confusion at the gate for boarding of even first or business class. We had to carry our luggage down 2 flights of stairs to get on a bus, which then transported us a very long ways away on the tarmac. Then it was an older model plane and the engine noise, even though we were up front, was extremely loud! It was somewhat worrisome. The food was terrible and by the end of the 90 minute flight our rears were sore from the poor seat cushioning. Not a good experience at all. All of this was after a terrible experience and delay just trying to connect flights within the German airport and the security delays that probably would have made us lose our flight if it wasn't delayed. There needs to be a better system if you are not staying in Germany but just connecting flights from the same airline!

Cons: The plane was extremely small and uncomfortable. There were only two lavoratories for 60+ people, the other two being reserved only for the 10+ people in first class. As a result, throughout the whole flight there was a long waiting line in the plane's aisle, causing the crew to complain angrily in German, thinking we wouldn't understand what they're saying, because they couldn't go through easily.
Pros: I always try to fly LH, but do so only if there is a deal available. This time I was especially impressed with the ground crew service in Frankfurt who offered assistance that I would have been too self-conscious to solicit, and it made all the difference.

A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages
Pros: On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight.

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues.

Cons: Both ways up and down I struggled with over-head luggage space. We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!
