Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful, I had a nice spot on the plane, and it went very smoothly, especially considering the circumstances. I was supposed to be flying to Seattle later on, but I had to change my flight last minute because of the virus. The whole Delta team was very understanding and considerate and it made the process much less stressful."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a later time the day before and there was a lot of changing of gates and running around, but I understand that everything has been hectic and I don’t blame that on you, I know you’re all doing your best."
Cons: "I’m a pretty big guy so this won’t apply for many other people . But the seats didn’t have much space . It was a very uncomfortable experience. I have taken many other flights and this one was one of the worst."
Pros: "Quick and easy boarding"
Cons: "Clean the cabin more diligently. There was a open unfinished cup of soda and cookie wrappers in my seat back compartment"
Pros: "nice crew and newer plane"
Pros: "Nice crew, easy process"
Cons: "Everything was fine"
Cons: "If you can get it he people at the desk to stop making announcements while there are announcements being made over the airport PA system that would be great. Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out."
Pros: "Departure dealyed more than 2h."
Cons: "Flight crew begging for good score/rating. They literally did nothing. No service. No nothing. Why would you get a 5 when you literally did nothing. Maybe a 3 at best. But pleading for a 5. Sorry. You get a 1"
Pros: "Wow. I have been flying American and United for years. Delta is friendly, competent, professsional and enjoyable. They treated us like friends instead of like cattle. It was great! Great job Delta. Oh, and for the first time in 50 years of flying my bags arrived sky first. Yes! They get it!"
Cons: "Perfect experience. Well done. Treat people like friends. Simple. Works."
Cons: "Flight was delayed a bit due to a couple passenger booking/misc issues. 1st class didn’t get gate bevfood service. Oven was busted so my meal wasn’t available. Entertainment console had all channels functional except — not really an issue I just really wanted to have ESPN playing in the background"
Cons: "Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher..."
Pros: "Everything met my expectations"
Cons: "Left A bag behind in NY"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable but crowded. Was nice to have the built in screen for entertainment."
Cons: "Did not like being bumped to a flight with a five hour layover in SLC. Travel day was already very long. We booked the flight originally based on the shorter layover of an hour and a half. Seemed very inconsiderate."
Pros: "The seat was comfortable"
Cons: "Seats could be a couple of inches wider"
Pros: "Very smooth and friendly TSA personnel at the security point. Very friendly and respectful of the military. My husband is a Vietnam veteran."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth"
Cons: "Awful flight attendant that was rude in not passing a snack to us and then not handing a bottle of water to me when snacks were being stroked to the passengers. When asking her why she didn't provide us a snack she said that this is a plane and when the captain says we have to land that she doesn't have to pass out snacks. The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Pros: "The seats felt roomier in this smaller plan than the bigger ones and one of the flight attendants was lovely!"
Cons: "It was so dirty! The flight attendant who spoke over the PA mumbled and was not clear at all in anything she said. Maybe she was tired and had a long day but she definitely didn’t seem to want to be there. I didn’t know that you got a receipt with your seat number on it because it wasn’t explained and that was my first time flying Delta in years. Overall one of the worst flights but thankfully it was fast!"
Pros: "very nice and willing stewardesses"
Cons: "tragic little place for legs, lack of space"
Cons: "Being late"
Pros: "People were great"
Cons: "Air vents and the side of aircraft felt like it was loose and falling off."
Pros: "Everything was very standard, good crew, good gate agents, smooth flight."
Cons: "I purchase tickets using credit card points and was not allowed to have seat assignments until 24 hours before the flight. This is NOT going to work for me in the future"
Cons: "The boarding process is quite confusing with all the different categories of people prior to the actual listed "zone" boarding. As an example, if you have a "Zone 2" boarding pass, you think you will be second to board when in reality that means you are second to last to board. After those who need extra time, those with small children, active military, premier, whatever.... all that covers about 2/3 of the passengers. Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."
Pros: "The flight was good. It crashed zero times. I was pleased not to check my carry-on bags. They were attentive in calling for wheelchair assistance for me."
Cons: "Seats are consistently too small."
Pros: "We were delayed one hour in Mexico city but when we were in flight the crew definetly made up for it. The crew served us a great meal with drinks of choice as quick as possible followed by a hot cup of coffee cookies and kept coming around to check if we needed any thing els. Way to turn things around Delta."
Pros: "Crew Entertainment Service"
Cons: "Boarding on most airlines is a bit chaotic they always call out zones and often they aren't listed on your printed ticket otherwise was ok"
Cons: "Took forever to board and get off the plan."
Pros: "Left on time, got here early and the capitan was just super nice"
Pros: "I like the fact that I was issued a credit for my flight. It was booked in error and had to be cancelled."
Cons: "I don't know how to use my credit."
Pros: "Nothing. Delta is the worst. Delta is awful. Don't fly Delta."
Cons: "I wouldn't know how our flight to Sioux Falls was. Delta left without us, after they made us late. We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."
Pros: "Happily, the flight was completely non-eventful."
Cons: "The food and snack choices are quite limited."
Pros: "I liked the plane being on time & a smooth flight. The crew was great too."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very helpful and been nice."
Cons: "I didn't like that my delta studio screen did it work. I had to find other ways to pass the time for 5 hours"
Pros: "Who could ask for more?"
Pros: "Plane and flight were ok"
Cons: "The restaurant in CHS took 15 minutes to tell me they didn't have what I'd ordered thereby denying me the chance to a real meal all day. I wish they'd put real meals back on the flights"
Pros: "Food was nice and plenty. Great movie selection. Very polite crew."
Cons: "The seat was a bit uncomfortable and not big enough."
Pros: "Food was OK, ice cream at mid-flight was my favorite thing. I liked the choice of movies. Drinks are also good but why not include pure cranberry juice? It goes great with vodka."
Cons: "Boarding is ridiculous. Everyone who is not some kind of VIP is asked to line up and is treated like cattle. 5-feet tall woman holds above her head a sign with the zone currently boarding. Nobody can hear or see anything. Why not use the big LCD displays at the gate??? In the plane they had to restart the computer system as some TVs were not working and it took longer than they said. Toilets were kind of stinky and I could smell them from my seat on row 26. Blankets are way too thin for the blasting AC."
Cons: "Our flight was originally scheduled for departure at 7:45 PM. We got an alert stating that the flight was going to be delayed but we were already almost to the airport when I received the first message on my smartphone. We received three additional alerts making our total wait time at the airport 5½ hours before we could approach the gate and board the aircraft. Seating in immediate gate area was not comfortable. Boarding was chaotic at best with very little control and guidance provided by Delta staff. The audio over the PA system was difficult to decipher much of the time. The only other available boarding status information was presented on the screens stationed near the gate and indicated PREMIUM the entire time during our boarding process and was never updated. We literally had to scramble through the crowd to get to the gate desk and get our boarding passes validated so we could board our flight with our group of passengers. Our seating on board the aircraft was thankfully good which is why I rated Comfort as Okay. We were saddled with one more delay after the flight left the gate and taxied briefly down the runway and then sat there for almost an hour. My suggestions to improve customer satisfaction based on my experience would include the following 1. Provide extended alerts for passengers travelling especially if the anticipated delay is known to the airline more than 2 hours before scheduled flight time. 2. Improve seating in the waiting areas near all Delta gates. 3. Re-orient all staff in proper boarding process and utilizing all available resources properly to provide clear and intelligible (not speeding) overhead audio messaging and current boarding status prompts on displays. 4. Maintain or replace audio equipment if necessary to help improve quality of audio messaging in all boarding areas."
Cons: "Hello allow upgrades to first class if they're available even when the flight takes off -on my flight in to Atlanta the pump three people up to first class and love them to sit in on my flight home to sit still empty what's up with that ?"
Cons: "1. Boarding order is not by seating making boarding very inefficient"
Pros: "The flight attendants were so nice and accomadating. Even came by to refill our waters! I've never been on a flight with such friendly flight attendants!"
Pros: "First time I've seen Delta have zone boarding areas near the gate, kinda like what Southwest does with their boarding numbers. Kinda worked, kinda still a mess. One crewmember was nice to my son at the end of the flight, offered to get him into the cockpit for a photo op."
Cons: "Very little legroom. My knees just barely fit in the aisle."
Pros: "Service and friendliness was awesome."
Cons: "No drinks served, sorry flight."
Pros: "Enough said"
Cons: "half-broken screen, couldn't access anything on the left side"
Pros: "Good flight, comfortable"
Pros: "Very good boarding process and on time for out international flight."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Pros: "The crew was kind."
Cons: "The cabin was way too cold and no blankets were provided due to COVID. No blankets I get, but the cabin temperature made 3 1/2 hours seem like 5."
Pros: "Mechanical difficulty and ineptitude -twice at repairs. Undisclosed landing complications due to runways issues in Phoenix resulting in missed connections."
Cons: "Reasonable arrangements were made for hotel, shuttle, and meal voucher, but the airport was virtually closed for the night and getting to ground transportation nearly impossible. Thank the airport cleaning service who were the most helpful"
Pros: "The plane, Embrair 175 is very comfortable."
Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "Be on time 2.3/4 hour delayed no weather issues or mechanical"
Pros: "It was a red-eye flight and the crew kept the lighting low and the cabin quiet."
Cons: "More snack variety than pretzel nibbles."
Pros: "The crew were nice and accommodating."
Cons: "The seat was not comfortable, my back was hurting from a very short 2hr flight."
Pros: "Getting home"
Cons: "Not being delayed. Not waiting an hour for our bags once we got off the plane."
Pros: "The crew were nice, glad I paid for the extra legroom."
Cons: "The food was only so-so, but it’s only a short flight so you can’t expect too much."
Pros: "pleasant crew"
Cons: "waiting on runwat for 30 minutes"
Pros: "On time boarding taking off and landing in Grand Rapids. Crew was very nice and let me keep my whole can of soda."
Cons: "I think things would run so much smoother if the plane was loaded from the back to the front. That way you don't have to wait as long for people to put things in the overhead and then sit down."
Pros: "Speedy check in and security check in. Seats in plane comfortable. Staff wonderful"
Pros: "Direct flight. Larger drink serving."
Cons: "Our seat row didn’t recline. Row in front of emergency exit."
Cons: "Our departure flight was cancelled several times and we were not given an explanation. Poor communication and customer service."
Cons: "We never took off"
Cons: "We have to wait inside of the plain 45 min"
Pros: "Being able to check flight progress while in the air."
Cons: "We did not appreciate the game of needing to pay for seat selection after having already paid for tickets. We were not provided with TSA-PRE despite providing our known traveler numbers in advance. Boarding selection protocol seemed opaque, complex, and geared towards inviting us to pay extra for priority boarding. Before boarding the plane, we were not able to find out whether any food would be served and the extent of what might be provided. After getting on board, we were offered the chance to buy food. The complementary food was a cookie and a few ounces of soda or juice. Movies were available, but not headphones for listening to them. Leg space under the seat in front of us was reduced to make room for life vests."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Flight attendant had some attitude as if they were not enjoying their work."
Pros: "The gate attendants and on-board crew were lovely. Pilots provided info which was great and made up some of the long delay."
Cons: "There is not enough space to list everything. I paid $800 for a normally $300 flight, then paid an extra $75 for the ability to board early so I could store my very small roller carry-on. The in-bound flight was 2 hours late and even though I could track that easily, and assumed our flight would also be two hours late, the AA website insisted the outbound flight would be on time. So like everyone else, I went to the airport. And it wasn't until just before the original departure time that the update was indicated. Really?? If I knew the flight was going to be two hours late, that means AA knew, and didn't care enough about their passengers to advise them. Then when we boarded, my bag was taken away for gate check because the flight did not allow roller bags. After I paid extra. How can AA not advise you when you book your flight that roller bags would not be allowed?? Talk about a money-grab. I unfortunately have a return ticket and am not wealthy enough to throw it away and book on another airline, but I would if I could. I will never fly AA again and I will share my story far and wide."
Pros: "Great flat beds, entertainment, noise cancelling headphones. Awesome 3 course meal."
Cons: "Could have made the bar area more exciting ... as Virgin Atlantic bars do."
Cons: "Plane was delayed over an hour!"
Cons: "Never knew flying domestically with a company named American would be so impossible. A true joke. Never had such difficulties traveling about. Super unsatisfiee and will not be traveling with them again. I urge everyone considering to purchase other airlines as well."
Pros: "On-time arrival; competent crew"
Cons: "Nothing; the flight was OK."
Cons: "Diverted and delayed. Got home 8 hours later then I should have."
Pros: "change to larger aircraft meant more room."
Cons: "change to larger aircraft caused significant delay without option to disembark while maintenance was being done. Also time between connections was too tight."
Pros: "Plane was nice, seemed fairly new. There were two outlets for my row installed on the supports of the row of seats in front of us. Looked like it was made for plugs from a number of countries. Pretty nice feature. Headrests has an adjustable pillow that you could use to cradle your head for sleep. Didn’t use but seemed interesting."
Cons: "Seats too narrow. There weren’t especially narrow. In fact, I’m sure I’ve sat in narrower ones. This is just a feature of every economy seat I suppose, but it’s still a negative. O"
Pros: "Flight was on time."
Cons: "Awful, dirty, tiny plane with no amenities."
Pros: "Couldnt check in because kayak booking didnt give the right info for my flight. Kiosk couldnt find me....so much stress..."
Cons: "Had to stand in line to talk to finnair, aa, and used the kiosk 3 times. Nobody could help, ticket info wasnt right."
Cons: "WEBJET.COM HAS BEEN OF ZERO HELP IN ASSISTING US WITH FLIGHT CHANGES. THERE IS TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY IN CORPORATE AMERICA NOW. WHEN BOOKING WITH KAYAK, MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT BEING RE-DIRECTED TO ANOTHER SITE. IT ONLY SPELLS DISASTER IF YOU HAVE ANY CHANGE IN YOUR FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS."
Cons: "Surprisingly, AA provided the worst experience of the overall itinerary, compared to Aer Lingus and Iberia. The AA plane was outdated, cramped legroom - despite having purchased an "upgraded seat" and departed 1hr late"
Pros: "crew was great"
Pros: "The flight staff"
Cons: "The worst flight I have taken in years. The flight was delayed several hours. It was extremely hot on the plane and not enough air. Food had a bug in it when I opened the package. My bag was lost."
Cons: "I did not like that the airline would not give a seat on an earlier flight so that I would not have to spend so many hours in the Chicago O'Hare airport. I did not like that the airport only allowed me thirty minutes of access to the internet. As a result, I could not work while I had to wait for my flight. Finally, I did not like that the airline lost or delayed my bag."
Pros: "On time dep/ arrival"
Cons: "Incompetente of Ground agent. Uninterested flight attendants in business class. Luckily it was a n In revenue ticket. Would never pay for that level of service."
Pros: "The crew were pleasant and friendly. They tried the best that they could given the circumstances."
Cons: "My flights were delayed so I missed my connection. I had to fly a red-eye from San Fran to Boston getting in at 6AM with meetings that started at 10AM...had to BUY a day-pass at the Admirals Club (I feel this could have been provided as it was mechanical issues that caused the delays). THEN my trip from Boston home were delayed so they switched me to another flight and then THAT one was delayed twice so I actually got home later than if I had taken the original flight! Overall the flights really sucked!!"
Pros: "The flight was short and on time."
Cons: "Airlines should board from the back first. That would eliminate all the jostling of passengers already seated in the front, as well as the clogging of aisles as passengers trying to load their bags into overhead bins or under seats bar the way for passengers with seats behind the people blocking the aisles. It would also make it easier for flight attendants to get to passengers who need assistance. Seats are too narrow for the size of most American passengers. The people next to me on both my flights took up part of my space and pressed against me because their upper bodies were too large to fit in their seat space. Paying to check a bag on a domestic flight is very irritating."
Pros: "Plane full, like traveling in a cattle car, jammed in, My minimal contact with flight crew was fine, flying these days on any airline in coach is the same, American neither the worst or the best, in flight movie was the trolls, horrible movie"
Pros: "Flight was on time, seats were comfortable."
Pros: "Plane was on schedule luggage taken as I boarded and help available as needed. This is very important for an 80 year old. Thanks for a great trip. Sue"
Cons: "No complaints."
Pros: "not bad, I upgraded to first for the leg room, I'm 6'6", so it kinda worked out."
Cons: "Very old plane."
Cons: "The weather was bad in Dallas preventing our landing. Our plane had to be diverted to be refueled which caused us to miss our connecting flight. There was no one at the counter to help us, but one of the crew told us to call the 800 number which told us our connecting flight was in the air. When we finally found someone to help us, they rescheduled us for the next flight out 11 hours later. When we asked about accommodations, we were told there would be none since it was weather related. Then we were told we could "look for a cot", but she didn't know where any cots were."
Pros: "Flight was on time"
Cons: "Wished the airline would have checked my bag rather then leave it at the gateway Time was wasted if you had a connecting flight"
Cons: "Small plane now for the same price and no food like before in the same route"
Cons: "Narrow seats . No plug in for music or phone .. Bare minimum for same cost as better flight"
Pros: "I liked that the middle seat was open on my flight and that they checked my carry on for free because the plane was filled."
Cons: "I didn't like the minimal leg room. Also, there is no way to try and work on a computer anymore because of the lack of room."
Pros: "Seating allowed for social distancing and wasn't full. Crew was great."
Pros: "I like that I was finally able to come home"
Cons: "The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10."
Pros: "Best Airline."
Cons: "Nothing, flights are always great in my experience with United."
Cons: "Plugs would be nice. Food isn’t great and drinks are more expensive than other airlines"
Cons: "Nothing. Everything was great"
Pros: "We were early. We sat together"
Cons: "Too strict on check in baggage weight"
Pros: "Smaller plane was awesome. Flight service great. Checkin easy."
Cons: "We are okay with seat area but would ask that united freeze seat backs. The inconsiderate bumpkins in front of us put seat back and then leaned forward the whole flight. we could not even put our tray table all the way down. Coke spilled all over us in turbulence as liose tabke bounced significantly more than if set in place. Give people rude, freeze saet so cant recline or remove tray tables so we dont hurt ourselves due to rude people."
Pros: "The speed we traveled"
Cons: "I have a medical condition that requires me to take medicine during the flight which my wife administers for me and they would not sit us together even thoe when I purchased tickets I requested seats together"
Cons: "Ride was bumpy"
Pros: "Fast and friendly staff from check in to landing. Southern folk don’t rush you and actually listen to consumers concerns."
Cons: "None...nice, short flight"
Pros: "Check in, arrive ahead of schedule"
Cons: "No entertiment, no snack only little bag of pretzels"
Cons: "We were delayed by more than 6 hours."
Pros: "On time Nice crew"
Cons: "Pure sugar snack"
Pros: "First and foremost, our flight arrived 25 minutes early! Nuff said!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed by an hour"
Pros: "We got there safely with our stuff."
Cons: "The stupid led by the unwilling."
Pros: "Boarding was quick and easy."
Cons: "Flight attendant never smiled once. She got short with the lady in front of me. Just looked like she doesn't like her job. You could tell she didn't want to be there. I never did hear the Captain speak. The crew just seemed unfriendly to me. Service at the airport was great!"
Cons: "my daughter and I didn't even have seats together...and the plane was not full. We spent $69 and $77 to get seats together and the seat backs didn't work, no TV screens, and my expensive purse was soaking wet when I retrieved it from under the seat. So gross. And of course the food was gross...but that's to be expected, I guess."
Pros: "Ease of security and boarding. Friendly and accommodating staff. No concerns at all."
Cons: "Everything the customer service reps were very rude and condescending. United is awful I'm not sure how they are still in business. The rep refused to help me because she was getting off in 10 mins."
Cons: "Lots of turbulence. Horrible landing...very abrupt."
Pros: "Missed connection in SF to Medford due to other planes at our gate not allowing us to de-board on time to make my connection to Medford ...!!"
Pros: "The first plane had enough leg room"
Cons: "That the plane needed to be changed due to something being wrong with it. On our flight from cancun, Mexico to SFO we had to stop in Houston to change planes. One of the guys working at the security check point was very mean, raising his voice to people, grabbing their and also my stuff out of their hands, some of my stuff fell on the floor and got stuck in the rolling thingies. I hope I found all of it, not sure. I'm not sure how this happened, shouldn't planes be checked thoroughly before heading out!?!? This all is a big mess and very upsetting (literally just cried for 20 minutes). Sincerely, Sabrina Jungclaus S.email@example.com"
Pros: "I had a terrible time flying from IAH to Pensacola with United. I was flying on Christmas Day and there were not enough employees from United to help the customers. One of United employees completely disregarded me when I needed help, and I ended up missing my flight."
Pros: "Due to weather delays "not able to accommodate" Service representative had an attitude. I understand there are a lot of issues, but it's their job in customer service and if anyone should be upset it should be the customer for not being able to make their flight as scheduled."
Pros: "Quick and easy flight. Just over one hour from take off to landing. Both airports are easy to navigate."
Cons: "Barely had enough time for the flight attendants to get everyone a refreshment."
Pros: "I was late to get to airport-- the airport is small-- I hauled and managed to get checked in and got to gate 15 minutes before take off. There was no one at the gate door. I went to another gate and she tried to call the attendant at the door. She didn't respond because her phone was at the desk. I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."
Pros: "My flight was on time. I appreciate that."
Cons: "Narrow seats. Literally no leg room for me. It was a terrible time for me, especially since I was in the middle seat."
Pros: "I have nobody sitting next to me"
Cons: "The 20 min delay"
Pros: "We ended up with the exit row seats - awesome, especially for my 6'6" husband."
Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."
Cons: "The food was not satisfactory. Soon after take-off everyone received a skimpy packet of breadsticks. A while later a meal (lunch) was served. It was very good. Many hours later everyone received a packet of pretzels, etc. About an hour before arrival everyone received a sandwich in a plastic wrap. It was close to inedible. Beverage service was very good. However, the amount of food served was unacceptable. This seemed like a budget flight. Very different from the flight to Europe on a Lufthansa plane. This was on a United plane. Will make me think twice about flying to Europe on a United plane."
Cons: "The seats had no infotainment system No food Cramped"
Cons: "Delay of over 3 hrs!!"
Pros: "Flying in America gave me no problems. Things only got terrible after we left Denver."
Cons: "Flight was delayed not enough information. Missed connection."
Cons: "At EWR there were a lot of travelers but 1 agent until another one showed to help travelers at the kiosks. You ask for help and everybody asked can't do the kiosk, you have to wait. I have a lot patience but when it's a bunch of us and it take 20 minutes to get someone to help you, it's wrong."
Pros: "Great flight attendant"
Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable, very firm, back of seat was like leaning against a piece of wood. OK for this short flight, longer flight would have been extremely uncomfortable."
Cons: "The flight attendant was very rude and made my experience very stressful."
Cons: "Smooth flight, on time, safety procedures followed"
Pros: "had a 4 hour delay due to plane issue. staff was helpful though, kept passengers up to date, and allowed us to deboard when the wait was 2.5hrs+ and go back to the gate for snacks."
Cons: "Man in front of me smelled so every time he moved the odor came back to me and since I was stuck in the last row it had no where else to go!"
Pros: "Boarding was smooth ans efficient. Crew was attentive and nice."
Cons: "I paid for 2hrs of wifi, yet was unable to access it as the service was "temporarily unavailable" for the remainder of the flight."
Cons: "on the way there we had TV. On the way back we had to take a different route (which added more time for the trip)and we did have a TV on the head rest or even movie showing. Also one snack that has three crackers isn't worth handing out. It would be nice to be able to enjoy the snack."
Pros: "Seats were fairly comfortable and each headrest had a small tv screen in the back."
Cons: "Access to tv was $7.99 and I couldn't find a way to connect my headphones because the controls for the tv were on the armrest that the passenger next to me was covering with their arm, midsection, etc."
Pros: "Good Speedy trip very awesome Pleasant helpful people"
Cons: "when I suggested window seat I thought I would have it throughout the entire flight that was pretty much the only disappointing thing about the whole trip"
Pros: "Courtesy and smiling faces"
Cons: "I was sitting in the last row facing the economy class, the divided curtain wasn't wide and thick enough to give you some privacy."
