WiFi did not work despite my attempts to get it up and running. This was very frustrating as passengers all around me were streaming football games, movies, and accessing email and text messages. One flight attendant suggested it was my seat, but that makes no sense, given WiFi doesn't work that way. On another note, I rarely have a good experience with aainflight.com.

Id like for them to not have lost my bag. And maybe be a little nicer to me, given the fact they lost my bag.
Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
The airline company should manage their crew for the plane on better schedule so people don’t have to wait in the plane. And this flight that I had had no snacks offered, and if you would like a water, you had to come see somebody and ask for. If airline would let people know that they are no longer providing or offering any food. At least people could bring their own if they wish.
On time departure was much appreciated. However, as a frequent flyer and American Advantage member, I was as disappointed not to get an aisle seat.

Our gate was changed several times, and the gate agents were just as in the dark as all of us in knowing when our plane would arrive at PHL.

The boarding process was slow and we had a delay on the tarmac, not the fault of the airline. They had ZERO food options available for purchase which shouldn't happen.
Plane was delayed for 3 hours, due to situation within aa control. Information was shared poorly. We sat on tarmac for over 40 minutes after the 3 hour delay.
