Meanwhile since we already missed our connecting flight from Portland to Bellingham they rescheduled us from Portland to SEATTLE to Bellingham later that night but while stopped in Boise we managed to get on a flight directly to Seattle and our son picked us up there instead of Bellingham. We were told our checked bags would go to their tagged destination so we drove to Bellingham to collect them. Not so. Luggage is missing."

I found out that "officially", the plane was "on time" because the plane closed the doors on time. Also, same thing from Seattle to San Jose, we were delayed 30 minutes due to a tire that needed replacement. Again, "officially" we were on time, because the doors had closed and we were just sitting inside the plane."

I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

They are understaffed, and they don't have anyone in the secured area to even ask questions too, let along check in passengers that are transferring from other airlines. Also, there wasn't anything showing the passengers that the flight was delayed until 10 minutes before the flight was supposed to leave. I knew it was late, only after the agent from a different airline did many searches into my connecting flight, and I also asked my check-in agent at Sun Country, I had to ask! That information was not given willingly."

I only chose them for economic reasons and wish I had just paid more for a better flight experience."

Pros: "The flight itself was great, the only problem was when we landed we waited on tar mat for almost hour. Already a 4 hour flight so it added additional hour. Otherwise check in , flight and baggage claim was great."

I saw Budget employees standing around doing nothing. On a side note the inside of the car was coated with a white cleaning solution, windows were dirty, and windshield fluid was empty."

I booked my trip from October 5-16 2017 and our vacation together won’t start until a day later. Some may say it’s only a day but I say different and I should be compensated for my loss as well as so many other people that were traveling with me. My overall experience with this airline was horrible! I won’t say I’d never use them again because you never say never BUT they will be my last resort!"

Cons: "The guy puked halfway through the flt and not one single flt attendant came even though they were serving drinks repeatedly to the dr sitting in the row in front of me. Also the flt was delayed as we waited almost an hour for people trying to connect which made me more upset since I was rebooked on that later flt because although my previous flt was there half hour before departure, we didn't have a gate to use which caused me to be 15 mins late for my original flt. Did they wait for me?! NO! I was rebooked. It's unfair that they stole an hour of life from every other passenger to accommodate a few. Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

Let's start with booking and the lack of knowledge, inability to listen and respond in an appropriate manner, and the fact that after I asked to speak to a manager due to the previous issues with the agent, and after being transferred all I needed was some understanding and support due to a family emergency and instead I get a short rude push back and then hung up on by the manager after I expressed my struggle and desperation for help. The lack of empathy and just the overall experience was beyond horrible, and if it wasn't for the desperate situation I was in I would have never used your services."
