The aisles were very narrow for passing and too long to get to the restrooms. You asked to check carryons at boarding, but the bag was not at the luggage carousels on arrival and no information given as to where to pick them up.

I truly can’t give a review regarding the food or entertainment it did not apply to my flight. But everything ran very smoothly.

I had the worst seat neighbors thry literally snored so loud and the man next to me man spreaded the whole time i couldnt sleep

Why is a fanny pack considered a third carry on? This shouldn't be regulated at the gate

The crew in first class did an amazing job keeping me comfortable, well fed and with plenty to drink. They work hard and deserve to be recognized

Mid flight we were bothered by a bee. Kind of odd, but a bee allergy made it a bit stressful. Attendants passed by our aisle during service multiple times. Otherwise, it was fine.

The airline said get there three hours before the flight if you do not have the new Real-ID. Except nobody is at the check in desk and i had to stand in line for 30-45 minutes for somebody to start checking in/accepting baggage.

This flight was delayed but otherwise comfortable except for some turbulence. The crew was minimally engaged with us but nothing particularly bad in our interaction. The pilot was incomprehensible mumbling whenever he got on the air - honestly, impossible to understand. However, there were two flights that multiple people were trying to connect to that were leaving in 10 minutes after our flight landed (one to Alaska and one to Oregon). The passengers in the back reported to me that they asked the flight attendents to assist them in getting out first to try to make those flights- they reported that they were told that this would not occur because "people aren't so nice". NOBODY from the flight crew announced that there were people who needed to catch a tight connection and to please let them off first. I was in row 16 and when I heard this, I made an announcement myself and worked to get those trying to make those flights out first. Unfortunately, a lot of people were already in the aisles and these folks were slowed getting out. But what is wrong with the Alaska team that they wouldn't help those passengers???? One of the things I love about flying Alaska is that generally the crews are special people who seem to enjoy their jobs (despite the challenges of working with the public) and try to assist however they can. I would have liked to see the Alaska crew make an announcement to assist getting passengers with a tight connection due to the delayed flight out first. I think that Alaska often stands out because of the niceness of the crews, but this was a fail. Honestly, a huge fail. Please do better next time. I really believe in Alaska and fly preferentially on Alaska, but that means standing out from the crowd to do the right thing in being kind when we can.

I was unfortunately placed in the middle seat. Very, Very cramped.

I have to eat gluten-free due to celiac disease, but so far no Alaska Air flight has offered a gluten-free option for the snack given out with free drinks. It seems like that wouldn't be too hard to do.

This a short easy flight. No food or drink but that was not an issue since we were only in the air for 35 minutes.

Seats were not bad enough and uncomfortable good legroom in the emergency exit row we were in, but we were forbidden to hold my grandson on my lap for a little while, and the stewardess passed us saying it was against regulations which makes little or no sense when you’re 36,000 feet. The food snacks were really bad. Tasteless tasted like wallpaper, but we’re supposed to be protein bars, and the announcements were all completely incoherent because of the noise of the airplane and the lowness and crackly nature of the PA system.. this was disgraceful. No one in our party could understand a word of what the captain or the flight attendant were saying —not a word! The landing was a little hairy in a pretty stiff crosswind -we bounced before the plane stabilized on the runway

Connection flights should be spaced out farther because too close I missed my connection.

Crew was nice, meal was good. Entertainment had to be rebooted 3 times and still did not work. Turns out there was residue on screen, it needed to be cleaned to prevent the touchscreen buttons from continuously activating. I had entertainment for the last 45 minutes of a 5 hour 45 minute flight. Really unacceptable for first class. Flight attendent indicated your cleaning solution creates this problem. Seems as if this is widely known, you should be using a different product or cleaning better. Really really disappointing which simply added to the wi fi on your planes with reliably never ever works.

Long flight but comfortable and not freezing as I have experienced on Hawaiian flights to the islands. They gave us blankets just in case. Nice touch.

NEVER MADE THE FLIGHT BECAUSE DELTA SAID THEY CAN NOT

Everything I mentioned earlier - the airbus was more comfortable indeed and the experience was further enhanced.

First class and monitors weren’t working for mine & my husbands. Eventually fixed, but quite annoyed as we bought first class. Also, No foot rests.

The gate attendants and the crew were terrible. Because of high winds, they needed to carry more fuel, so they had to get volunteers to take the next flight at 6 am the next day. They did a terrible job of it - our flight ended up taking off just under 3 hours of the scheduled time. I hope to never fly Delta again.

My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

Like the fact that the boarding was expedited. But the delay and chaos around the onboarding was not appreciated.

The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

Overall a good experience, but no wifi available for free or for purchase and we got wet from condensation or other water source during descent.

newer aircraft, ability to connect my headset via blue tooth for entertainment.

I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name, I believe it was Dimpti. She was stellar, also a mature Asian flight attendant, lots of flowers in her hair, just as amazing! But literally the crew was AWESOME . Only downside is there weren’t any charging outlets. Maybe I needed to ask a flight attendant , but it would’ve been nice to have one easily accessible.

My husband and I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lufthansa. At the Philadelphia International airport, the ground staff refused to board us because we didn’t have a current visa stamped on our passports for Frankfurt. We completely understand that this was our mistake. we should have double-checked the visa requirements before our trip. However, the issue that upset us most was how the situation was handled by the staff. They told us they would mark it as “boarding denied due to visa issue”, but instead they recorded it as “no show”. Because of that incorrect entry, our return flight was automatically cancelled as well, which caused additional stress and expense. Mistakes can happen, but we expected more transparency and accuracy from a reputed airline like Lufthansa. It would have made a big difference if the staff had been more careful and considerate in documenting the situation correctly.

Everything was good, except the seats in economy were so close together, you could barely get out when the seat in front of your was reclined. If the airlines keep jamming in more and more seats, it will become intolerable. I will look for another airline that considers customer comfort and does not keep adding more rows of seats for more profit.

Flight attendant moved my bag without notifying me and was rude to me when I asked him about it. There was no reason to move it.

Flight was on time, crew were excellent. For some reason our originally selected seats were changed. We had to re-choose our seats when we checked in online and options were limited. One of our two checked bags we placed on the wrong carousel. It was only be shear luck that I saw it. That cost us 20 minutes of wasted time. So much for the “priority” tags. They are meaningless, and have been ever since they were implemented. I wish you would do the save some money and stop using them.

Plane was delayed for 3 hours, due to situation within aa control. Information was shared poorly. We sat on tarmac for over 40 minutes after the 3 hour delay.

American notified via app that the flight was delayed. However, when I went to the gate, they were already boarding and had not updated communications that they had pulled the flight time back. They made the entire flight re-check in which by this time I had lost my exit row seat and ended up in a middle seat. As a 4 decade flyer of American and Exec Plat, my expectations for the company are that the customer service would be better. This unfortunately is no longer a strong point for any of the major airlines including American. They are basically city buses flying at 30 thousand feet.

Very good, boarded and took off on time and landed early

Boarding and Delays The boarding process for my American Airlines flight from Copenhagen to Philadelphia was a bit tricky. We experienced a gate change that required a long walk to a new area of the airport. Additionally, boarding was not via a jet bridge; we had to take a shuttle bus to the plane and then carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. Furthermore, the bag drop didn't open until about 12:20 PM, which was only three hours before our scheduled departure. This meant I couldn't drop my bag off early and had to wait outside of security in order to drop off my bag and use the kiosk. The bag drop self-service kiosks also didn't open until about 12:00 PM when an American Airlines employee unlocked them so that we could print out our boarding passes and bag tags, which further created a backlog. The flight was delayed by over an hour because we had to wait for one of the tires on the plane to be changed. Flight Attendant Professionalism On a positive note, the flight attendant was very professional when handling a passenger who was sitting in the wrong seat. Even though the passenger was persistent and reluctant to move, the flight attendant calmly ensured the assigned passenger could take their seat. Kudos to the flight attendant for keeping his calm and composure, not allowing the issue to escalate, and handling it well under pressure while a line of passengers waited in the aisle to board. In-Flight Service The in-flight service was also fast, prompt, and efficient, although service had to be suspended for the last two hours of the flight due to weather and turbulence, which was outside of the crew's control. Limited Flight Options Please note that American Airlines only operates one flight per day in and out of Copenhagen. This means there are limited options available if your flight is delayed or canceled, which is something to take into consideration when booking.

Quick flight again no one illness why there were multiple delays and changing of the gate number.

Fine. Nothing to write home about. The plane left on time, and arrived on time.

Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.

Flight was 3 hours delayed. They gave our plan to two other routes. Need to knock that off.

The flight was on time and the landing was very smooth. The crew and flight attendants were all very friendly and professional.

Plane was super cold. No entertainment unless you were with mileage program Getting off the plane was super slow

It was my first time in Jetblue flight in 10+ years(?) and the experience was horrible. You were better before. There were ATC delays sitting/waiting in the tarmac for 2 hours, I understand that this isn't Jetblue's problem but how the matter was handled poorly is. Cabin was so warm and hot couldn't get it to cool down for the entire waiting period worse, even during cruise flight. Start, the passengers were spoken to and treated like a little children with no respect. Constant/multiple annoying tone/voice PA announcements of mentioning "... only big/large suitcases are for the bin and small ones need to be placed under the seat, etc,..." I see that flight was delayed and crew were trying to get the plane ready to board as soon as they can but the way they presented was lack of better word, condesending and scolding tone to cattle. It was definite unpleasant, unwelcoming flight experience I have ever had with Jetblue. Whatever happen to smiles and fun employees , pleasant/helpful gate agents, flight attendants, crews, where have they gone? It was dissapointing flight experience overall from everyone. Sorry for the direct transparency.

Flight was cancelled as JetBlue could not find a pilot. Communication was poor and they did nothing for stranded passengers. Flight they rebooked us on was 4 days out.

JetBlue cancelled the flight. We had to rebook on another airline.

JetBlue cancelled the flight along with hundreds of others, for no apparent reason. no recourse, no rebooking options. never booking with them again

Jet Blue cancelled my flight after I had boarded. They attempted to rebook me for a new flight two days later. I was able to rebook with a different airline, but not until the next morning. As such, I was forced to get an expensive hotel and missed important work meetings Monday morning. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will be pursuing full reimbursement for my hotel cost.

You did a great job rescheduling my cancelled flight. However, you made me pay for two seats for $118 even though the seats on the original flight were free. I think that was a very unfair thing to do.

They cancelled the flight after 5 hours at the airport and the only flight they offered was for the next day with a 7.5 layover in fll. This was not going to work for me as this was only a weekend trip and getting into providence at 10 pm a day later caused me to lose Mo ey on hotels money on airport parking a dog sitter etc. they wouldn’t offer any type of a voucher or anything else. All they did was refund the flight which didn’t help me with all the money in time I lost. I was going to see my very sick father

They lost my luggage and refuse to help. Terrible airline. I've never experienced worse customer service in my life. Pretty much just told me too bad that I lost all my luggage, not caring that I am stuck in Europe for 2 weeks with absolutely nothing.

I especially liked the lead crew officer. His boarding and safety announcements were made with a bit of novelty and humor. The flight also left the gate 10 minutes early and we landed about 20 minutes early… It was a delightful flight…

As with all airline's seats, a little more padding would appreciated. Especially on longer flights.
