Cons: "My son had to go to the bathroom shortly after we landed. Which he had to since the seatbelt sign was turned on when we were landing. He really couldn't hold it any longer and he is 4. I was sitting in the last row next to the bathroom and I attempted to get up to take him. The stewardess was very rude and told me to have a seat. I said he is about to pee in his pants and I sat down. Well sure enough he urinated on himself. He was so upset because he thought the rude stewardess would get bad at him. He also didn't understand why he couldn't go to the bathroom. So he urinated on the floor of the aircraft. So I left with my 4 year old boy covered in urine and in tears along with my 6 year old and my 2 year old who was having a tantrum at the same time. This made my mother's day complete. I felt as if the staff on this flight was very rude. No one even said sorry or cared about what had just happened. Even a happy mother's day greeting would have been nice. To add on our flight to Philadelphia we we're delayed for 3 hours. We have three children 6 and under and ended up arriving at about 3:15am. Your airline did absolutely nothing to make us more comfortable and am overall very dissappointed in JetBlue."

I am a very good Custumer of Jet blue and I am so happy that Jet blue flies to my country I do everything I can to support that. However another lady ask my uncle 60 dollars for a weelchair and left him without the weelchair because he did not pay her. No one there to help us out because Avana controlled everything. Please fire Avana now. I love Jetblue but Avana needs to go. She is one of the evil customer service person I ever met in my life"

Paperwork had to be done by hand and single supervisor working on another flight that she needed to get on ground before she could work on us. Everything extra. Need to pay step fees to get decent seat, reasonable amount of luggage, and even water. By the time you add all this up, not a bargain. Also they don't participate in TSA pre check so had to wait on lines even with this."

Only taking credit cards too. There are many older people on these flights that do not even have credit cards.... so they may not have water? Cheap flight!!??? nope, add everything together and with flight attendants that don't want to be there and a captain that let us sit on the tarmac for a good 15 minutes before thinking he should tell us what's going on. That was my first and it is my last Spirit flight! And i am telling everyone that i know not to fly Spirit. Some people I have told have stories of their own and said they won't fly Spirit ever again too."

Cons: "My flight from Phl to lax was cancelled on 6/28 due to weather. I'm not holding the air line accountable for the weather however I was given two options for the next day flight. I chose of course the same as previously scheduled direct flight from Phl to LAX I was told I would receive a round trip voucher for the inconvenience and I would addition receive an email confirming the modification within 15 mins. Long story short never received the email and I called the air line Spirit and was informed I was booked the wrong flight and the flight I wanted was booked. I was really to work with the air line to fly into almost any line into Cali but after 4 1/2 hours on the phone with the air line I was unable to change my flight. So now I have to take a connecting flight the total time traveling will be over 10 1/2 hours not including arriving 2 hours early to avoid missing my plane for the busy tsa lines. Nevertheless I would be satisfied if their representative would at least take accountable for their mistake and kept telling me that I booked connecting flight vs the direct flight. I was given a lossy $50 voucher which doesn't even cover luggage round trip. I have a flight schedule on 6/14 with the same air line which I'm strongly considering canceling due to the air lines negligence and mistake; however mostly because of the poor customer service the lack of acknowledgement of taken accountability for their mistake."

Then we had no gate at the arrival due to a late take off. They told us we'd be delayed instead of how long or a general idea. The pilot knows about how long we would be there. The tower tells him what aircraft is pulling out next and an estimated time. Just a little more open communication."

Cons: "When providing us alternative travel arrangements, Spirit staff took the easiest alternative flights rather than looking a little longer to provide alternatives that more closely matched our original travel agenda. Instead of a direct flight from Philly to Atlanta with a two hour travel time, we were offered a 6 hour ordeal with two stops, Boston and Charlotte."

Pros: "We didnt receive our suitcase in GA (12/22). we waited at the airport for 3 horus and they couldnt figure out where the suitcase went. Then we filled a claim form. my Fatherinlaw was in the car waiting for us for 3 hours. We went home and realized my meds are in the suitcase. I called a few times but they still couldnt track the bag. We had to go shopping for clothes because we had a party that night and I had to buy cosmetic, clothes, toilterites, etc. it was a waste of time. Time I could be spending with my family. Me, my husband and my inlaws called a few times next day (12/23) asking for an update but no one had a clue where the bag is. At this point, we had no idea where to bag is so we had to go shopping again and buy more clothes for next few days. Again, more time, money, gas in car, other people time that had to drive us invested… it was very frustrating. I take a lot of meds which makes me anxious and this created a huge stress on my Christmas vacation. All of my gifts I got for our family was in the suitcase. This was a very frustrating time for me and my husband, not knowing if the family will have gifts ontime. Also, my laptop charger was in the suitcase so I had to take days off from work. We called again a few times on 12/24. we called in again and no answer. We drove all the way to the airport and spoke to a really nice lady. We were at the airport for hours. She couldn’t track the luggage so we went home disappointed. Keep in mind, this was Christmas eve and I could have spent all this time shopping, driving to the airport, to busy stores. By this time I gave up on the bag and accepted we have lost it… I was very very upset because all of my gifts, new clothes I got for the vacation, my cosmetic, my husband’s electronics… We had more than 3K worth stuff in the suitcase. I couldn’t even get hold of the customer service to talk to someone. This was Christmas eve.. and my husband was still trying to call someone. Finally got hold of someone and they said that the bag was in Philly and will get to the house next day 1pm. Ok, great, atleast they could track the bag… Anyways, 1pm next day, no bag..we tried calling all day, but no answer. Finally my husband got hold of someone and they said that the bag will be deliver Xmas night. WOW! But ok. Whtever at this point. We waited all evening.. then called again. They didn’t answer. Finally around 10pm they answered and told my husband that we are 5th in line for the bag delivery and they wont be able to get to us until late in the night. My husband agreed to the time. They called us 230am and asked to verify address which I am glad they did because they had a wrong address. Anyways, my husband was on the phone texting/ calling for directions and finally the bag came at 4am…. The suitcase was damaged. Gladly nothing was missing… HOWEVER, the frustration for the whole week made my Christmas trip a really bad one… I am very big on customer service so it frustrates me that we were not able to contact anyone to get answer.. I understand that the luggage could get lost but not being able to track it for days while you are on vacation in a different state??!!! It was the most frustrating thing me and my family had to deal with."
Cons: "When purchasing my flight with Spirit, I did it for the price- like most people who buy tickets with this airline. I knew I would be charged for my carry on bag, but did not think it would amount to $45.00. My biggest issue with them is that my flight was delayed 3 hours... every single time I fly this airline my flight is delayed. There were no weather issues at all, just always seems like Spirit can't get their act together. I would rather pay more (which I ended up doing by the extreme charge for a carry on bag anyway) for another airline then deal with delayed flights and lack of communication by Spirit airlines ever again."

Cons: "I've been using Kayak since the first couple yrs the site was live. I've built up a lot of trust for Kayak over time and have recommended to a lot of friends in multiple countries. Recently, I purchased a ticket on Spirit through Kayak and had something happen that have never happened to me. I arrived at the airport and was charged an additional $112 for a carry on and 1 checked bag. I realize now that this is a Spirit policy, but not only will I never fly that shitty airline again, I will be extremely hesitant to use Kayak for my travel needs. I trust that Kayak clearly states all policies that should be a concern to its users and I have always believed in the prices that you displayed. This is obviously not the case and by working with an airline like this, it ultimately discredits a once reputable site like Kayak. All those yrs of building trust and just one trip puts it all back at zero and opens up opportunity for your competition. Bad business moves and partnerships will lead to more of this. Cons: "When we stop at Atlanta there was know there to open the door of the plane. We waited over an 1/2 hour. Then when it was time to reload passengers the system was down and it took over a hour. Our arrival time was 12:30 we did not get to Los Angeles until after 2:30 west coast time. Me husband with dementia was very upset and confused. It was not a pleasant flight."

I had to plead and beg to get two of the last 5 seats left on the plane and get my lawyer involved! Flight had no food, no entertainment, nothing! Old plane. I then received an email just a couple weeks before our trip saying the airline cancelled all flights from New York to Cancun effective immediately and my only option was to take a refund. The problem was, it was a 2 month wait for the refund and I only had 3 weeks before the trip. We did not have the extra money to lay out while waiting for a refund, and as a result had to miss a wedding in which my fiance was supposed to be a groomsman. I understand flight plans change, but was handled very unprofessionally to cancel flights already booked, considering the hundreds of other people who must have been put into the same situation."

Showed up at airport for flight from NYC to guyana and was told to go home and come back the next day. Nothing works in the plane(crew call button, television or reading lights). Seats are old and very dirty with food and everything else on them. Even better was my flight from Guyana to New York as we were about to takeoff a passenger realized she was on the wrong plane so we had to return to the gate and let her out."

We waited 4 hours before the airline could confirm that other flight arrangements could be made on another airline the next day. We left the airport at 12 am. The airline did not offer to put us up at a hotel and everyone had to make there own arrangements for a hotel, pay out of pocket, in a foreign country in the middle of the night. on top of it all, I paid dynamic for my check in luggage when I purchased my flight, but since I was put on a flight with another airline I had to pay again to check in luggage. Very poorly managed airline."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed over an hour. Because of duplicate seating assignment we were forced to sit in the crew seats in the back of the plane. These seats do not recline and have a lot less leg room than other seats. Last, upon arriving in JFK we were forced to stay on board the plane over an hour waiting to park and unload. The absolute worst flight I've ever experienced."

Cons: "First they reschedule the time at odd hour. We sucked it up and went to the airport at 4am and only to find out the flight was canceled despite the confirmation from the airline a day before. We were a group 11, all of us confirmed directly with the flight a day before and yet the agent denied they notified a month ago. We saw all other passengers the same situation, no one was informed."

Cons: "The airline changed the flight time to wee hours, from decent time to red eye flight returning at 3 am the next day. We have a group of 10+ so we didnt want to switch to another airline and risk paying more or splitting the group. I received a couple of emails from travel agent regarding time changed, I confirmed. I called a day before to confirm but when we get to the airport, we found out the flight was cancelled, out travel agent wasn't notified. We met a couple of other groups who booked through Expedia with the same situation. My suspect is that they have few passengers left on the flight after time changed, so they cancelled the flight last minutes without notifying. I felt so bad for the check-in agent who took on the heat from mad passengers."
Cons: "Everything They cancelled the flight without any advanced noticed. They were others whose flight got cancelled the day before and came back to find out that this flight is cancelled again. It was a total disaster. No back up plan what so ever. No staff from dynamic except one who disappeared for hours and all she said was "I am waiting my boss to email me back" what?!!! There were cops from the airport to control the crowd who was righteously upset. The cops told me dynamics cancelled flights for weeks wihtout alternative plan during holiday season which led to a protest at JFK."

Cons: "- Luggage was lost on our direct flight (not sure I understand how luggage could be lost between check-in and the plane?) - Almost didn't board because their boarding procedure did not cover customers in certain rows - Called their customer service but they couldn't connect me to anyone who knew anything about my flight - Their customer service rep refused to connect me to a supervisor - There was no number to call about lost luggage - only an email address - Called JFK airport but they didn't have a direct line to the Dynamic airlines desk - Once we lost our luggage, Dynamic provided us with an email address to use to keep updated on the status of our baggage, but the email address didn't work. - No refunds have been issued yet for the inconvenience caused by the lost luggage"
Pros: "They don't give any food for the passengers to eat no tv not even radio very unprofessional they even had us sitting in the plane for 4 hours on the tarmac without saying anything the pilot didn't see anything or apologize for the delay would never use their services again"
Cons: "I received an email 2 weeks before my flight changing the flight times. Jfk to Cancun changed from 10 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. That was ok, but the flight time from Cancun to JFK was changed from 4:00 p.m. to 10:25 p..m. That means that we would land at JFK at 3:00 a.m.! When we got to JFK the morning of our flight, we found out that the plane that we were supposed to be flying on hadn't left Cancun. This delayed us for many hours. We ended up booking American Airlines at that point and didn't fly Dynamic at all. The only reason I gave them a mediocre overall rating is because I did receive a full refund."

Pros: "Direct Flight Crew was very professional despite challenges"
Cons: "Check-in process was chaotic There was not enough staff available to help or answer questions There was no clear delineation of lines, people were everywhere Checking in took almost 90 mins....and then there was Security As the time came closer to departure, there was no rep to help move Flight passengers to the top of the Security line. More poor planning considering the check-in. The boards through-out the airport showed a 3:45PM departure for my 4:30 PM flight. Lots of panic on the long security line."

I had to rebook a flight for that day at nearly 800.00 dollars!"

Cons: "30 hour delay They sent us to Miami airport and not to Fort Lauderdale, they told us on the airplane 20 minutes before landing (they did this with other flights) They sent us to 2 hotels moving us around Caracas to win time so they can find an airplane."

Pros: "The planes are large and comfortable. This is a no bells and whistles experience. An excellent price, a warm meal and a DIRECT flight to and from Venezuela and NY. I will use Dynamic again. Also, their phone customer service is excellent."
Cons: "Delayed boarding without announcement. No beverage service throughout the flight with the exception of the meal. Half a cup of water is not acceptable in several hour flights. Folks get dehydrated."
