Nothing worst flight I've ever had.
Everything Delta was so poor quality!!! The flight attendants were not helpful.
Delta never used to be my first choice in airlines, but of my recent experience with them has been excellent. The people from the counter to the plane have been professional and courteous. This is why I will fly with them more frequently.
Compared to previous flight - this was so much better with upgrade to first class and extra space.
Boarding was quick. Staff and crew were friendly. Everything went well despite the 30 min delay we had on the runway. They gave us snacks and we ended up still arriving on time.
Fligth were on time
My flight from Montreal to Atlanta was 2:30 min Left at 6:10 arrive at 8:30 roughly Tried twice to get to my connection earlier and get 9:30 instead of 12:09 fligth to Daytona Delta was not flexible to allow me to book saying i did not have 55 min in between fligth which i had than lear n it will cost $75.00 to change the fligth - What? Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today
Delay at gate....computer issues????
Flight said canceled but they rerouted it to Oakland but no where on any monitors does it say this. The screen for boarding said Cancun even while boarding to Oakland. No one helping people when they got off the plane to transport them to SFO. Standing in the rain waiting for shuttle.Poor experience
No crying babies and outlets at all seats.
I wish the seats reclined more or had more padding.
Airplane was dirty upon boarding - food and miscellaneous remnants on the seats and floor, used trash bag in the seat back in front of me

Service and food were great. Flight was smooth and a lot of leg room. Will definitely fly again.
Boarding seemed smother than usual. I had an issue with a large back pack that wouldn't fit in the overhead due to a smaller plane travelling to Houston from Des Moines, Flight attendant was extremely helpful as it was expensive camera equipment and was able to stow it so that i didn't have to check it at the door. Most appreciated their sensitivity.
There was a flight attendant who was a little rude.
