The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.
I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale
If they can provide a direct luggage transit line at JFK airport for all connecting flights, that would be prefect,
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
I paid for premium and it’s wasn’t what I was told I would be getting. Food wasn’t good. Should be able to pick and not be served items you dislike. Very little leg room.
Their in0flight movie selection is limited in size and poor in quality.

The best way to travel a long intercontinental flight. Staff are kind, polite and welcoming. Passengers experience a comfortable low stress environment, Customers feel they are well cared for by a highly trained and professional staff. I will shout from the rooftops when I get back home, "Japan Air is the way to go!"
The biggest problem was that I originally had a seat in the first row of premium economy as I had booked months earlier. I checked in and my boarding pass showed the seat in the first row as I had specified. When I got to the gate, the agent took my boarding pass and changed my seat to one in the last row in premium economy against the window. I had specifically booked the first row early for the legroom and for my ability to easily get out and use the restroom when I needed, since I do that quite often. The gate agents explanation was that the food tray on the seat in the first row was not working, so they gave me the seat in the last row. However, when I got on the plane, somebody was sitting in my original seat, and they sat there for the whole 14-hour flight with the tray working perfectly well. I was cheated by someone at the Cathay gate in Hong Kong. It was an outright, unforgivable lie by the gate agent or someone else at Cathay Pacific. I think this is very poor and inexcusable conduct by the people at Cathay Pacific. Perhaps somebody paid the gate agent extra money (bribe)to switch my seat and make it very difficult for me, or something else, but t was a sad experience and a very negative mark on Cathay Pacific.
Good. However the passenger in the search next to mine kept coughing. When we landed in Dallas we had to pick up.bags instead of going strait to the destination (which passengers do in Atlanta)
In between two meals period they're not providing something like banana / cup noodles or bugger. It's really fell sad that I was asking have to wait for 3 hours for second meal. (breakfast)

They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.
Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again
Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.
Entertainment for non Arabic speakers is very limited. Seats were comfortable. Seat map while booking showed 2-2-2 config, but the flight had 1-2-1..
