Further complicating the problem is that the clearance under the seat varies depending where in the cabin you're seated. It's become an extremely stressful proposition for which I have the privilege of paying an extra +$100 each way whilst having to give up one of my carry ons. As far as I can see, the charge is just straight up greed, since no one would be able to use the space beneath the seat in front of me, anyway, and carrying on my cat cause zero extra work for the crew. I'm going to have rethink my loyalty to Delta. At least with Southwest, they'll let me check two bags for no additional cost."

I walked down the ramp with my extra pair of shoes and a book in my hands. As a result, I had to place my bag far from my seat due to the added time. My bag easily fit in the overhead compartment with room to spare and my being made an example was a completely pointless exercise."

Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. What baggage office??????"
Cons: "Every time they delay in flight this is happened 20 days before on same flight"

Horrible seats that are so piled on top of each other that I felt like cattle; nickel and dining us every chance you had; poor communication via email and text that the flights are delayed; HORRIBLE customer service online and via phone (I'd rather talk to Comcast than Frontier); no wifi or entertainment on the flight, which for a 2.5 HR flights is rediculous. One of the worst flight experience ever."
Cons: "The return flight was delayed and there was no one there to let us know. We had to go online to figure it out."

Cons: "Terrible airline experience. There was a charge for all bags, even carryons! Did not like being charged $40 per carry on bag - I purposefully packed a small bag so I could carry it on; however, they charged me and my family for each carry on bag. Also, no leg room at all...my knees were against the seat in front of me (I am average size). Will NOT fly on Frontier again!!"
Pros: "Even after a 2 hour delay on a 7am flight, no effort was made to board the plane any faster. Staff appeared uninterested in customers"

Cons: "Flight was five hours late due to maintenance problem. This could happen to any airline, but is apparently not at all unusual for Frontier. They did give vouchers for dinner at the airport, but continued to charge for even water once on the plane. Frontier prices are good, but not worth the hassle to me. I will choose Delta or American next time."
Pros: "The time of the flights, and the quick security at the terminal."
Cons: "Hidden fees for everything. You book your flight for one price. (mine was about 100$ less than other airlines at time of booking) -Then they have you pick your seat (charge) -Then if you want to check a bag (charge) -Then if you want to BRING A CARRY ON (CHARGE) It ended up being way MORE than the other flights I could have just booked on other airlines. (I booked at $220.00 and by the end of my trip spent $373.00 with Frontier) Also, the returning flight was delayed 45 minutes but I received no notifications."
Cons: "At no time was I ever advised I would be charged for carry on luggage."
Cons: "I don't like paying for my seat or a cup of coffee. Hate paying for my bags, yes, even the carry on. Just give us honest fares and make it a nice trip - you're going there anyway, right?"
