For longer trips, snacks are puny, boring and don’t have ANY nutritional value.
I paid an extra $100 for a seat upgrade including complimentary drinks, no drinks were served due to a few minutes of minor turbulence. They said they would return, they didn’t’. Sad…
They always change the schedule. My original flight got canceled. They put me up in the air flight. I had to stay seven hours in Seattle. That is bad.
One of crew 25 minutes late. Cant underdtand anything on sound system from pilot
No TSA pre check on boarding passes. Was told known traveler numbers are only kept with Alaska Airlines mileage plan members. Did not notice until reached the head of line, and then was sent back through the line to general boarding which took almost an hour. Learned two things: check our boarding passes, which we haven’t had to do with our other airlines, and don’t fly Alaska! You used to be much better!
The groups call was not clear or loud enough so a bit of confusion there. The plan sat on the axis way for over 35 minutes ( no fault of the pilot or the crew) but nevertheless a bit tiring. The crew were friendly and greeted us with smiles. Thank you for all that you do and put up with.

Good, but I had 3 hour layover after getting to phx from Everett. Can’t American have an earlier flight?
My as.com flight was too short to care (Tucson to phoenix) or comment.
The flight went smoothly, but I wore a down coat the entire time, the plane was frigid, the lead attendant seemed to be experiencing hot flashes lol, so no sympathy from her. Now, the PDX airport was another thing. It was a 12 minute walk from the gate to the baggage area, and I walk faster than most people. Seriously 12 minutes!
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time
Wonderful crew and early arrival to our destination. It was so nice to have free wifi access and movies too. Thank you!

Plane was pretty clean, staff was friendly and helpful, flight left about on time arrived early. Took a long time to board and get off the plane - carry on items didn't have enough room so people had to move all around to find places.
Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .
My seat was very worn. Otherwise I had an excellent flight
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.
Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.
also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!
