Thankfully, on this flight we had people who were decent enough to trade seats with us (probably because it was only two seats to an aisle, and therefore, no middle seats) so we could be together. Shouldn't have to do this though. PUT FAMILIES TOGETHER ON PLANES, ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN."

The superior service began with the ticketing agent at Cleveland Hopkins airport and extended through to the flight crew. I am a convert. Whenever I can fly Jet Blue I will. I’ll tell all my friends and family that they should too."

The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times. And then as boarding began I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last row with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit."

Cons: "There were only two flights, one to my and one to Boston. My bag went to the wrong place and the way they handled it was disgusting. Making us run around the airport with no answers and nobody wanting to check the conveyer belt. Then they said if they found it they would let me know. They found the bag and they said by 6:30. Well, 6:30 passed and they had my bag but they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered and they use a third party company who they didn't have a contact number for or any answer as to when it would be delivered (I needed several things for work so it was a rush). Lastly, the lady I spoke to on the phone said it was my fault that I would not be there to receive the bag the following day as they did what they are supposed to. I was really surprised with how bad this customer service was as a whole. No communication and just nasty."
