Worst communication. Delayed boarding for two hours without a single announcement until hour 1 had passed - on time status showing until our flight was supposed to takeoff and the crew had already walked away. No one was boarding. Disgusting part of DFW overcrowded with no AC on a 97 degree day. Then the first app update is that we’d take off in 15 mins… but again no one had boarded a full flight. No announcement in the terminal so everyone is just crowded around a disgusting place with no info for over an hour which turned into two. This was an overfill flight and a disgrace to passenger decency all while likely just trying to fix their own issue of overbooking. The worst airline at the worst airport.

I’ve been on 8 flights with American Airlines in the last 2 months and 4 have been delayed.

Boarding was very efficient. Everyone got on board and we got on our way very quickly. It was frustrating that the entertainment app was not functioning properly. I was not able to activate some of the movies offered. The crew on this flight appears to be pretty grumpy. They had no smile on their faces. I felt like they were doing us a favor for being there.

Long 5 hour and 45 min flight and only one drink service and cookie snack

This flight didn’t happen because AA agents didn’t let us board the flight

Would have been good to have a meal since it was a 5.5 hour flight

Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

Poor availability of food. Cold cabin temperature. Extremely long waiting time for a flight attendant to respond to a call button signal.

Flflight crew were amazing, kind, and considerate. Fofood choices were limited, and didn’t have a variation.

I was hoping that the food would be a little bit more selection,, but I understand with the airlines what they are going through flight was excellent
