Flights were on time actually early service was good and crew cheerful
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.

Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
Flight left early and arrived 30 MINUTES early at the destination. Smooth trip.
Returned home with a blood clot from flight homes and the uncomfortable aircraft I was on.
Flight was 3 hours delayed. They gave our plan to two other routes. Need to knock that off.
The captain announced to the cabin there would be a delay because they observed a "cut" on a tire during precheck that needed to be cleared by maintenance. We were delayed during this inspection and allowed to proceed after maintenance "measured the cut and decided it was acceptable". My complaint is not about the delay or due diligence. I wish the captain had been more generic when making his announcement. I was a nervous wreck all the way to Charlotte worried that we would have a blowout when landing!
The flight was on time and the landing was very smooth. The crew and flight attendants were all very friendly and professional.
Seat was VERY uncomfortable. Flight was delayed and then boarded slowly. The crew was super helpful with boarding and supporting maximizing the luggage in the overhead.
Plane was super cold. No entertainment unless you were with mileage program Getting off the plane was super slow

Absolutely terrible. Would never fly American again. 2 deplaned incidents and delayed by close to 24 hours. $12 meal voucher for first class passengers was an insult to the injury. Pathetic.
Half of the TSA checkpoints at PHL are closed. Also, there is no standby for first class passengers. You can only standby for coach. Very dated policy and inconsistent with peers.
Great just wish they always had WiFi on every flight couldn’t even purchase it
They cancelled my flight with no reason affecting my travel plans and delaying it 24 hours.

The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.

Return flight was canceled. Needed to reschedule with another airline the next day. Cost an an additional $84. At another airport 45 miles further away
Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours
I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.
