Flights were on time actually early service was good and crew cheerful
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
Experience was great - no complaints. Took off on time, landed early. Got to the gate relatively quickly - took a little bit of extra time to deplane but nothing excessive.
OK, we were delayed and had to de plane and reboard.

Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .
There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
2+ hours delayed Outlet in row 12 did not work Tv monitors did not work Lights kept off the entire flight for at 5pm-7pm flight
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
I upgraded my seat and was promised it would be next to the emergency door for extra leg room and they said it was premium plus but it was at the back of the plane...same thing happened from Newark to Dubai
Great just wish they always had WiFi on every flight couldn’t even purchase it
They cancelled my flight with no reason affecting my travel plans and delaying it 24 hours.
Everything was smooth sailing. Great crew, easy flight and was surprised with an upgraded seat. Thank you all!
The worst. My flight was canceled :-- by email! -- at 10pm, just 8 hours prior to departure. Normally, given the early departure time, I would've been asleep. I was lucky to be awake and to be able to take action. Even worse, it turns out that the flight wasn't canceled (confirmed because I was at the airport and saw it loading), Spirit just canceled my reservation, probably because I got such a good rate! Utterly appalling. Notably, Spirit did not inform you (Kayak) of the change, so I kept getting alerts from you.
Delayed over two hours. Only knew about a 30 minute delay in advance
The flight was a big joke very uncomfortable I had a horrible experience and I will never fly with them again everything about the flight was bogus and I’m not happy with it at all this experience makes me not want to fly ever again

Length of flight was fine Delay of over 3 hours was very bad!! Flight down was delayed 1.5 hours
I’m still waiting to get on the flight. No one knows what’s happening. The passengers have gotten no updates. We have been up all night and waiting at the airport. This is no way to operate and we should be refunded for this lack of respect for their passengers.
When I arrived at the airport at 4:00 in the morning, I was notified that I "hadn't paid" for my ticket (I had paid and had a boarding pass). Then I was told that while I had paid, the ticket was $600 more than it actually was, and that I needed to pay that so I could board. None of this was true, of course, but it took 20 minutes, two crew members behind the desk, and one on the phone to clear up.
