Half the passengers were sleeping in rows to themselves. I’m 6’5” with a bad back and was stuck in an aisle seat, unable to even rest much less sleep. I get that those seats were available for purchase, but after the doors close it seems ridiculous to not let a customer sit there, ESPECIALLY is taller folks!!!! One could make the argument that it’s less safe as well, seeing how there’s no one IN the exit row to help open the window in the event of an emergency. I like Jetblue but this policy is likely to keep me from flying them if I can fly for just a bit more $ and have comfort.

Heartless rule, give the flight attendants power to make customers happy...healthy!

It's a budget carrier - I don't expect great food and brand new upholstery. I expect safe, on-time travel, and JetBlue meets and exceeds my expectations every time. Very happy. A great, community-involved company too.

When I scanned my boarding pass the Jetblue staff member told me my carry on was too big and had to be checked. This was puzzling to me because I travel often and do not have a problem with that bag. As I was sitting on the plane I saw everyone's bag's were bigger especially the man next to me. His was significantly larger and he had a large duffle bag between his legs causing him to manspread into my area. and yet i was told "make sure your purse is under the seat" seriously?! What about his giant duffle bag and huge carry on roller?!

I have always known of airlines to offer preboarding to those military members in uniform or on official orders. Delta took it one step further and allows prior service members to board also.

I've always wanted to go to all five Manhattan boroughs in one day. Thanks to Delta, that happened.

The plane broke down as we were about to take off. Delta rebooked everyone on to new flights because it was pretty obvious that plane was not going to be fixed in time. The crew did their best given the situation. The situation was absolute bs though - we had to take a cab to JFK for our new flight and do the whole security thing again and all that annoying stuff. Thanks for wasting 8 hours of my life, Delta.

I like that I was able to get on the plane, and get to my destination.

I was the ONLY seat overbooked on the flight. The crew basically told me I was out of luck and that I had to be rescheduled for tomorrow. In the last minute, someone didn't show up, and I got on the flight. I don't believe they tried hard enough to give vouchers away to the passengers. In addition to that, why was it overbooked to begin with? This is either a major error by KAYAK or United. Either way - awful experience to go through at 6:30am.

After boarding late, e erroneous finally got seated. Then announcement that due to weather delays (snow flurries) Newark, we were delayed and had to deplane! So, everyone gets off, slowly. Long story short we were late by about just an hour. The crew, the plane were fine, just tough to have to spend so much time at the airport sitting around and then to be delayed ( on, off and on again) is what made it a just ok trip.

The fact that I finally reached my destination

The flight was delayed. The gate changed. The flight did not leave until an hour later a AFTER the delay. My seat was switched and the new seat DID NOT recline. I paid more for this flight because I didn’t want to reach me destination late at night. I still reached my destination at 10:00pm. I could have save $50.00 with the later flight, but I ended up paying more for less.

Delay in departing Pittsburgh and also in landing in Newark. Boarding in Newark was put in a corner and United personal at the alternate counter was not polite. Delay landing in Venice and apparently at higher speed than normal, which created alarm at the firefighting statin in Marco Polo's airport.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

Seating is so close you can count the hairs on the passenger in front of you. Tray is too close to you and uncomfortable to even eat or drink anything. Overseas and international seating needs to be larger than short domestic flights.

Pittsburgh International Airport's wheelchair service was excellent (provided separate from United Airlines).

I was traveling for the first time in crutches. As soon as I approached the check-in counter, the lady at the counter asked me rudely "Are you checking in any luggage?". I first told her that I requested assistance getting to the gate and asked if it would be by a wheelchair or a cart. She didn't answer the question, and repeated the same question. Since I had one carry-on size bag, I asked if I need to check it in, or if I can bring it with me when they help me get to the gate. To which she replied in a very irritated tone, "I'm asking you if you need to check it in! Can you bring the bag on-board and put it away in the overhead bin YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP?", hinting that no one will provide any help... At this point, I went ahead and checked in my bag. Thank God the wheelchair service is provided by a separate vendor, because he was wonderful and helpful. While we waited to board, the flight was delayed a few times. I could not hear the announcement from where I was sitting, but I noticed people started to make a line by the central info counter. 4:42pm, I received the cancellation notice via email. Because of my injury, I was unable to wait in line for long, so I chose to sit and wait next to the counter, until the line got shorter. 1 hour later, the line was growing even longer. 6pm, I re-booked a new flight for the next day via iPhone app, however, it was still showing the old boarding pass that I was automatically re-booked for. I still had to talk to someone from United to confirm, also to ask for wheelchair to get back to the main building, so I continued to wait. At one point, one of the United employees moved to the side counter to make a call re: another flight that arrived. I went and stood right in front of her and said "Excuse me, I have a quick question about wheelchair service". She looked at me right in my eyes, but she started talking to the other person on the phone. After she hung up, she ignored me and went back to the center counter, leaving me confused as to what just happened... At this point, I did not even want to make another attempt to ask for help. 7:20pm, the line went down to 3 people; a gentleman with a bad knee, another gentleman with a bad leg and myself on crutches... Am I the only one to think there is something wrong with this picture? 7:40pm, I was finally on the way back to the main building with a wheelchair service, which by the way is run by a group of amazing people. I am not complaining about the delays and cancellations. I understand it happens. I am not expecting that someone like me with temporary disability automatically receives first place in line. I do, however, wish United was more aware of some people who are in need of assistance, while being fair to other passengers. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for people with disabilities to travel with United Airlines.

I liked the check-in kiosk, but only because I had no bags to check. I liked being able to choose my own seat. I liked that the flight was uneventful. I liked the staff at all stages, they were friendly and helpful.

They made me shove my purse into my knapsack to fit within their two bag policy. That's a first for me. My Delta flight did not do that.

I like that I was able to get on the plane, and get to my destination.

I was the ONLY seat overbooked on the flight. The crew basically told me I was out of luck and that I had to be rescheduled for tomorrow. In the last minute, someone didn't show up, and I got on the flight. I don't believe they tried hard enough to give vouchers away to the passengers. In addition to that, why was it overbooked to begin with? This is either a major error by KAYAK or United. Either way - awful experience to go through at 6:30am.

After boarding late, e erroneous finally got seated. Then announcement that due to weather delays (snow flurries) Newark, we were delayed and had to deplane! So, everyone gets off, slowly. Long story short we were late by about just an hour. The crew, the plane were fine, just tough to have to spend so much time at the airport sitting around and then to be delayed ( on, off and on again) is what made it a just ok trip.

Delay in departing Pittsburgh and also in landing in Newark. Boarding in Newark was put in a corner and United personal at the alternate counter was not polite. Delay landing in Venice and apparently at higher speed than normal, which created alarm at the firefighting statin in Marco Polo's airport.

Everything was on-time and we arrived early with no problems. Wasn't expecting even snacks/drinks on a 45 minute flight, but they served them. Crew was even more friendly and helpful than usual.

E-mailed me advertising a free drink on BOS-->LGA flights, but I didn't see that.

I have always known of airlines to offer preboarding to those military members in uniform or on official orders. Delta took it one step further and allows prior service members to board also.

Despite having 15 open seats on the earlier flight, I needed to pay $75/person to take the earlier flight. I chose not to do this. Would I have loved to get home 2 hours earlier.
