Seats were nice and enjoyed the entertainment. Late flight meant loads of open seats and everyone was very happy about that.

Delayed a half hour to board because flight attendants other flight was late getting in, but they kept us informed the entire time. Wasn’t their faults. Once we were on the plane, our flight was delayed for an hour, once again the pilots kept us informed and it wasn’t their faults. But it was kinda annoying.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Such cave men they are!

The delayed of this flight. No explanation was provided. After boarding they decided to “fix” two of the luggage cabinets. And they fix nothing, they juat put tape on it. This flight delayed was three hour of nothing. My entertainment (screen) was damaged.

Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations

The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

Despite having 15 open seats on the earlier flight, I needed to pay $75/person to take the earlier flight. I chose not to do this. Would I have loved to get home 2 hours earlier.

When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!

The ticket price was amazing. It made the negatives acceptable. Friendly but scarce attendants. Although there was no electronic boarding pass for my phone, the printed one did contain useful information.

I was unable to find out how the $9 Club could save on baggage fees. No answer from online help. I thought baggage fee would be in line with American. But NO it was twice as expensive. Next time I will wear camping clothes and pack everything in my personal carry on. Web site is difficult to navigate.

Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated.

That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control.

Everything ran smoothly on this flight. No delays before, pleasant staff, great entertainment selection, okay food options, working equipment (e.g., tv in the headrest worked, seatbelts worked, lavatories were operational, etc.). This flight met all my expectations

The only hiccup was the wait time on the runway before take off. Not sure if that was the airport’s fault or the airline’s fault. We must have waited 45 minutes.

When I arrived at JFK after 14 hours long flight on Emirates, the service counter was understaffed with 1 hour long lines! Un-acceptable! Especially, since all I needed is to re-print my boarding pass, because US TSA would not accept the boarding pass printed by Emirates in India. The kiosk would not recognize my name on reservation! The kiosk did not recognize my recently issued US passport! Bloody annoying! Only able to print the pass after keying reservation code - yet, again not acceptable! The other, earlier attempts should have recognized me and found my reservation! Very upset with quality of service on the ground!

I like that I was able to get on the plane, and get to my destination.

I was the ONLY seat overbooked on the flight. The crew basically told me I was out of luck and that I had to be rescheduled for tomorrow. In the last minute, someone didn't show up, and I got on the flight. I don't believe they tried hard enough to give vouchers away to the passengers. In addition to that, why was it overbooked to begin with? This is either a major error by KAYAK or United. Either way - awful experience to go through at 6:30am.

Delay in departing Pittsburgh and also in landing in Newark. Boarding in Newark was put in a corner and United personal at the alternate counter was not polite. Delay landing in Venice and apparently at higher speed than normal, which created alarm at the firefighting statin in Marco Polo's airport.

After boarding late, e erroneous finally got seated. Then announcement that due to weather delays (snow flurries) Newark, we were delayed and had to deplane! So, everyone gets off, slowly. Long story short we were late by about just an hour. The crew, the plane were fine, just tough to have to spend so much time at the airport sitting around and then to be delayed ( on, off and on again) is what made it a just ok trip.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

The seat.

The delayed of this flight. No explanation was provided. After boarding they decided to “fix” two of the luggage cabinets. And they fix nothing, they juat put tape on it. This flight delayed was three hour of nothing. My entertainment (screen) was damaged.

The prompt transfer

My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted.
