Plane got switched and I was moved to the back
Recovery is taking its toll, The Delta employees are burdened with the covid restrictions costing then undue time to make sure they are complaint and its hard to do. Federal law mandating restrictions above local law is ridiculous. I did like the new boarding back to front, been wondering a long time when airlines would figure that out, but drop all the categories for pre-boadrings, only have one: Special needs, Military and 1st class, one call then back to front, half the plane was onboard before it got efficient.
Pros: "One flight attendant was adamant about a passenger across from me, covering his nose AND mouth during the flight and constantly checked to make sure he was following the rules."
Cons: "The safety instructions portion of the flight was not thorough. They just held up the large card and stood there. No true demonstration which was important to me as I was sitting in the emergency exit row."

Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. If the airline would have given a realistic timetable, customers could have managed their time much easier. Instead, United Airlines kept delaying takeoff for 15-20 minutes, multiple times. When they finally get the customers into the boarding process, they act like they're doing you a favor. Poorly managed, customers manipulated."

So the ladies were not very understanding. At that age I do hope he makes it back in 6 months for us all to see him again! We've been issued passes before and their only excuse was it was busy which it was not at all, no lines anywhere."

Cons: "I was traveling for the first time in crutches. As soon as I approached the check-in counter, the lady at the counter asked me rudely "Are you checking in any luggage?". I first told her that I requested assistance getting to the gate and asked if it would be by a wheelchair or a cart. She didn't answer the question, and repeated the same question. Since I had one carry-on size bag, I asked if I need to check it in, or if I can bring it with me when they help me get to the gate. To which she replied in a very irritated tone, "I'm asking you if you need to check it in! Can you bring the bag on-board and put it away in the overhead bin YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY HELP?", hinting that no one will provide any help... At this point, I went ahead and checked in my bag. Thank God the wheelchair service is provided by a separate vendor, because he was wonderful and helpful. While we waited to board, the flight was delayed a few times. I could not hear the announcement from where I was sitting, but I noticed people started to make a line by the central info counter. 4:42pm, I received the cancellation notice via email. Because of my injury, I was unable to wait in line for long, so I chose to sit and wait next to the counter, until the line got shorter. 1 hour later, the line was growing even longer. 6pm, I re-booked a new flight for the next day via iPhone app, however, it was still showing the old boarding pass that I was automatically re-booked for. I still had to talk to someone from United to confirm, also to ask for wheelchair to get back to the main building, so I continued to wait. At one point, one of the United employees moved to the side counter to make a call re: another flight that arrived. I went and stood right in front of her and said "Excuse me, I have a quick question about wheelchair service". She looked at me right in my eyes, but she started talking to the other person on the phone. After she hung up, she ignored me and went back to the center counter, leaving me confused as to what just happened... At this point, I did not even want to make another attempt to ask for help. 7:20pm, the line went down to 3 people; a gentleman with a bad knee, another gentleman with a bad leg and myself on crutches... Am I the only one to think there is something wrong with this picture? 7:40pm, I was finally on the way back to the main building with a wheelchair service, which by the way is run by a group of amazing people. I am not complaining about the delays and cancellations. I understand it happens. I am not expecting that someone like me with temporary disability automatically receives first place in line. I do, however, wish United was more aware of some people who are in need of assistance, while being fair to other passengers. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for people with disabilities to travel with United Airlines."

Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."

The price was great. I have never sat in such a small seat and the folding tray was not big enough to balance my water bottle. But the Steelers won so that was good."

However, my entire flight waited over an hour at the baggage claim! the baggage claim was crammed with multiple flights and the Frontier personnel kept changing what baggage claim my bag was coming from (I literally was directed from baggage claim 1 to baggage claim 3 then back to baggage claim 1). This is unacceptable. Don't boast that you got us to our destination ahead of schedule and then make everyone wait over an hour just to get our bags."

When the plan landed at the exact time the pilot predicted 4.5 hours earlier, they told us that we were "early" and kept everyone waiting with seatbelts fastened. In fact the crew frequently abused the seatbelts fastened light during calm air. Don't fly Frontier unless it is severely cheaper; the experience is terrible."

I have never felt more like cattle on my life, and I have been packed into the metro in Rome at rush hour. And to top it all off, my flight was delayed 3 hours. I will never fly frontier again"

When you book the flight you are forced to choose a seat and every single seat on the airplane has an upcharge ($5 minimum but a lot more for the front of the plane). They also charge you to take a carry on ($60 at the gate). It was actually more money to carry a bag on that it was to check a bag. They artificially deflate their prices in search engines so they populate 1st and then up charge you when you get to the airport. The planes are dirty, seats are uncomfortable as the arms are still in your way when they fold up. I've now flown 3 times on frontier and the planes had terrible turbulence on the takeoff and landing. I have nothing good to say about my experience. Take another airline and at least you'll be paying the correct price up front, not weaseled into paying more when you check in for your flight."
