Students with an F-1 or M-1 visa and their F-2 and M-2 dependents, if they arrive from or have been in Ireland, the UK or Schengen Area in the past 14 days.
All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Travelers must complete a disclosure and attestation form before departure.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers arriving in New York State must complete the Traveler Health Form.
Travelers arriving in Massachusetts must complete the Massachusetts Health Form.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.

I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. The staff is not friendly. Food costs, they claim you can't consume your own alcohol, and they begrudgingly give you water if you press them. When the plan landed at the exact time the pilot predicted 4.5 hours earlier, they told us that we were "early" and kept everyone waiting with seatbelts fastened. In fact the crew frequently abused the seatbelts fastened light during calm air. Don't fly Frontier unless it is severely cheaper; the experience is terrible."

Pros: "Frontier is what it is, a no thrills get you to where you need to go and that is it. Half the plane seats aren't accounted for, but boarding is quick and efficient and they were 25 minutes early."
Cons: "Price was great until you check in the day before and realize they charge you for a bag, checked or not, plus they'll charge you if you want to pick a seat! Checkin counter had 2 employees for about 50 people in line. I'll probably never use this airline again."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed over 4 hours for "maintenance issues" and when it was delayed a final time, for an additional 30 minutes, they finally gave us a food voucher that none of us could use, having already eaten during the first 3.5 hours of waiting. First, and only, time I will ever fly with this airline."

Cons: "The flight was delayed what appeared to be three hours, but ended up being four hours. Luckily, there was no connection for me, so that wasnt an issue. I think my only issue is that no one apologized or expressed any feelings whatsoever for the inconvenience that a four hour delay caused the passengers. There were multiple chances, and no expression of gratitude for our patience, nothing. I understand that this happens, and was understanding at the time, but some expression to their customers would be nice."

Pros: "I was so turned off by Frontier! The crew was rude to my fellow passengers and their customer service before boarding, during the flight, and after was terrible! Both ways, my flight was delayed and the pilot gave unrealistic timeframes for takeoff (we waited on the plane over an over before take-off both times) it was definitely not worth the price and I would encourage anyone not to book a frontier flight."

The Boarding Manager Susan at the Pittsburgh Airport was saying to the woman are you sure you want to do this, it's not your business, it's his problem.. Looking him up and down. I commented on it then she blew up on me and she tried to stop me from boarding. She was so rude and bitter."
