The plane was new and clean.

I received a 2.5 hour delay notification at 4:45AM the day of departure. Upon arrival to the airport, bag drop was a mess of people and I was charged $15 additional to switch from pre-paid checked bag to carry on. Then the flight was delayed another 2.5 hours and there was no update as to cause or anticipated time of departure. I will do all I can to not fly Fontier in the future.

They charge you for water $3. Even medical patient. Flight attendants were making joke and throwing flash light on inappropriate place of body on each other in middle of the Allie. They were cracking joke and laughing while showing security demo.

The crew was kind and professional

The in-flight experience, outside of the crew, is terrible. The seats are big enough only for infant children. They do not recline. Nothing is complimentary, including carry-ons, which cost the same as checked bags. Seats are assigned, but somehow checking in I still got slammed with an $18 per seat fee to pick seats for my wife and myself. On a cross-country flight, there was no included food or beverage, the flight attendant went so far as to announce "a cup of water costs money on this flight." Even the gate is bootleg - WTH is "Gate 9A?" I will tell everyone not to fly Spirit Airlines. Whatever the price difference is from Southwest, it is not worth it, and you'll probably end up paying it back anyway.

Great crew on Sacto flight. More comfortable than Phoenix flight because not full.

Had to wait for crew delayed by weather. No gate when we got to SMF. Luggage took way too long to come off. Lots of turbulence - not your fault - but I HATE it.

My flight got cancelled with zero notice and I almost ended up on a 18 hour layover which would have resulted me in missing work. The staff was very unsympathetic and not helpful. There were 10 people behind the counter and nobody could help us. They were all just spacing out. Ultimately, I was placed on the flight, but had to rush to every single one of my four connecting flights. I am a frequent traveler but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Avianca should be embarrassed to be associated with star alliances.

The flight attendants were very kind, welcoming and helpful. I didn't need much but watched as the were very accommodating to a older passenger who needed a lot of various things.

It was just silly that I needed to fly backwards to Boston in order to get to San Diego and I am was disappointed that when I asked about flying on the earlier flight with open seats that I couldn't fly on it without paying a fee. I feel that it a frivolous thing and a bit greedy to charge an additional fee. Why would it matter which flight I am on if it had an open seat and I paid my fair already it shouldn't matter.

The flight was delayed about an hour because the caterer was late in arriving to plenish the plane with supplies. The 'live TV" by DierectTV worked for about 10 minutes during the 4.5 hours of flight. The crew was at a loss of how to deal with the situation.

Should ask me what did I like instead. We arrived over an hour late in Orlando.

Seats don't recline - at all - and feel like they're made out of cardboard. Couldn't even rest my head on the fold-out table as it's about 5 inches diagonal! Another thing that will prevent me from flying with this airline is that the spirit (pun intended) of charging extra for everything always leaves you wondering where the next hidden fee will turn up.

7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV.

Arrived 40 minutes after scheduled arrival and never posted a delay greater than 16 minutes. Plane arrived and boarded almost an hour behind schedule with little communication. Carry on bags are now $38? Are you kidding me?

Almost a 9 hour ordeal. 4 hour delay because of weather for flight because one crew that was supposed to take our flight had “timed out.” Didn’t take off til after 1am. Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon.

Gate agent was the worst in two years..never smiled, never thanked anyone and didnt call me by name or recognize my diamond status. Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!

7.5 hr flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia on a dingy old plane that looks like it hasn’t been retrofitted in close to 20 years, with no charging ports for electronics, which seems insane in this day and age, especially for such long flights. Had no in-seat entertainment systems either, and only offered news and sports on the American wi-fi service — not their usual lineup of movies and TV.

The Entertainment was fine and I appreciated the Captain communicating with us that there would be bumps on the last part of the flight.

This was the most unnerving, uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. I really do love Jetblue and I know that this particular flight doesn't define you. That being said I was sorry to have to have experienced this. Even sitting on the runway before taking off the ride was uncomfortable as we swerved our way to the take off position. The weather was nice and it felt so strange that were going back and forth as if the path was filled with sharp S-curves. Then the entire flight was bumpy as we went up and down and all around. I would say there was about 20 mins of smooth air the entire flight. Then there was the last 90 minutes which was absolutely terrifying. I know that the turbulence can't be helped but I do feel the Flight attendants were not very accommodating during it. I sat near the back and they just sat there and chit chatted about something they were meeting up to do later while people were up and about when the seat belt sign was on. Then there was a baby screaming for many hours and they never tried at all to help the parents or anything calm them. They mostly just sat in the back, complained it was bumpy and laughed about how people were agitated because of it. I found it to be so much more frustrating that in addition to the bumpy air, crying baby and passengers just roaming around we also had to deal with the attendants laughing about how uncomfortable we were. It was not what I have ever experienced before and I truly hope I never have to experience again on JetBlue.

I booked this flight because it was going out late In the afternoon. Within two weeks I receIved notice that it was going two hours earlier so I had to use half a day of vacation. The flight was then delayed an hour and half. This was consistent for each of the four legs of round trip.

The flight was delayed about an hour because the caterer was late in arriving to plenish the plane with supplies. The 'live TV" by DierectTV worked for about 10 minutes during the 4.5 hours of flight. The crew was at a loss of how to deal with the situation.

Should ask me what did I like instead. We arrived over an hour late in Orlando.

I canceled this flight as well as another return flight from Frontier within 24 hours and was still charged $99 per flight for cancellations. I will never bother with Frontier again and was warned not to before hand.

The plane was new and clean.

I received a 2.5 hour delay notification at 4:45AM the day of departure. Upon arrival to the airport, bag drop was a mess of people and I was charged $15 additional to switch from pre-paid checked bag to carry on. Then the flight was delayed another 2.5 hours and there was no update as to cause or anticipated time of departure. I will do all I can to not fly Fontier in the future.

Business and Vacation truly my most negative Experience travelling a can remember I would not recommend this airline to no one Staff at the counter no professional do not even try to assist the passenger Very nasty and just care for charge monies In the cabin worth they just care make you feel bad I would not recommend any one to travel on this airline.

Loved all the available dedicated JetBlue staff available to answer questions. Have not flown JetBlue often but heard many great things.

Weather delay which is out of JetBlue’s control but once we landed (6 hours later) we sat on the runway for an additional hour because our gate had a disable airplane occupying it. I think JetBlue could have done a better job ensuring a back up gate was available or giving their passenger updates on the situation.

Almost a 9 hour ordeal. 4 hour delay because of weather for flight because one crew that was supposed to take our flight had “timed out.” Didn’t take off til after 1am. Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon.
