Cons: "After calling United to change my seat to one in the same price category, I arrived on the airplane to find the attendants had no record of me having that seat. Which not only caused embarrassment for me and the other passenger but also held up the flight. Also this was the worst food I've ever had on a flight in my entire life even other United flights had much better meal choices."

Cons: "You had two excellent crew members and one who was in fact a little rude- was startled because usually flight attendants are very friendly. It made me even say something to the other crew member, who herself was incredibly nice, and eased the situation. Also, it was laughable how much leg room I had. I am not sure that I will fly united again for that reason. I normally don't ever write reviews, but the amount of space given was absolutely ridiculous."

Cons: "Both flights were INCREDIBLY delayed. First, the flight from San Jose was delayed 1.5 hours because they were "waiting for the aircraft." After everybody finally boarded the plane an announcement was made that somehow the luggage crew had damaged the cargo hold, and that everybody would have to deplane. It would take 45 minutes for maintenance crew to arrive to assess the situation. People got up, got their luggage out of the overhead bins, and started moving to the front of the plane. The pilot then came back on the intercom and told everyone they would have to return to their seats. Roughly an hour later we finally took off. It would have been the decent thing to do to AT LEAST offer the passengers something (i.e. comp drinks or snacks), but the cheapskates at United DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE. Multiple people missed their connections. Fast forward to IAH--> SAT. Another late flight. This time, everybody boarded the plane only to be informed that due to a problem with the plane's computer everybody would have to sit on the plane while they "rebooted" its computers. This was done TWICE. UNITED AIRLINES, GET IT TOGETHER. There is a very good reason you are consistently ranked one of the WORST US-flagged carriers, which makes you one of the MOST HATED AIRLINES ON THE PLANET. I really and truly pray that the US airlines and their lobbyists lose their battle to prevent foreign flagged carriers from operating within the US, because you all deserve to go bankrupt."

He made me feel like a human instead of an insignificant part of the herd of cattle. Thank God for that man."

Understand their job is difficult but a positive attitude can make everyone's situation better. Keep working toward better. Seeing the improvement is encouraging. Cons: "I booked my flight over 5 weeks ago, and was given an aisle seat. When I checked in online, my seat had been changed to a middle seat. I tried to change my seat online, and was only given the option of 1 other middle seat. I have to have an aisle seat because of arthritis, and I need to walk around during flight. There were long lines at the desk at the gate, and I couldn't stand there to get my seat changed. Now I'm dealing with lots of leg pain as a result. I NEVER would have booked this flight if I'd known I would'nt have an aisle seat. IT IS "BAIT AND SWITCH"!"
