Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "Some of the crew was decent others seemed annoyed they were doing their job."
Cons: "Some of the crew was decent others seemed annoyed they were doing their job. Two of the employees serving the cabin could use an attitude adjustment. The crew was late in getting food out but for a four hour flight there is no value in flying anymore. Airlines are just trying to rake in as much money as possible. When are they going to be responsible for everyone getting sick like cruise ships are? They should hand out masks and sanitizer because airlines are one of the dirtiest public spaces that there is! Show up late and barely clean the plane between its third or fourth leg of the day."
Pros: "Most of them were nice and willing to assist on the plane with nice smile and everything. There was this one lady who was being very arrogant, rude and also not nice with a bad attitude I asked for some water and ice she was being defensive about that. The other two were nice but her not at all !"
Cons: "Make sure the flights attendants do not give the people flying an hard time when they ask for something if they ask is because they need it dont make a big deal out of it plus they say that if we need anything let them know me needing some water and ice should not be an issue"
Cons: "Multiple delays and changing of gates. Sitting on the tarmac waiting to deplane for longer than communicated by pilot."
Pros: "That was great and amazing"

Cons: "The delay"
Pros: "Landed much earlier than expected!"
Pros: "The pilot made up time after taking off late, the coffe and popcorn was good"
Cons: "The cabin crew seemed to do nothing but try and sell you stuff from blankets, credit cards, lunch boxes they spent a lot of the flight just trying to get you to buy stuff. When we landed we landed so fast the pilot had to brake very hard that life jackets came out of the pockets under the seats."
Pros: "It was all good."
Cons: "The plane was miserably cold, with tempuratures dipping well into the 50s on the aircraft. I was shivering and sneezing the entire time, guests in the row in front of my had their leather jackets over their faces. Air was pummeling me in the window seat. It was the most miserable 2 hours on a plane I have ever experienced, and I have been on thousands. I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."
Pros: "On time and the comfort of legs room"
Pros: "Non chaotic boarding, efforts by gate agents to gate check carryon bags to ensure there would be enough space for those bags."
Pros: "I had 2 hours of napping which was very much needed."
Pros: "Left on time, arrived early. No disruptions. Nothing else to say' all good."
Cons: "there was no tv, no wifi, no food to even purchase, and no charging outlet by my seat."
Pros: "Even though I think of JetBlue as a economy carrier, it still felt very professional. It seemed more professional and less stressed than any carrier I have used of late, particularly through the boarding process."
Pros: "Everything was wonderful....Thank you for everything"
Pros: "That JetBlue had enclosed area"
Cons: "The enclosed area was too small. Also, we were not told we would have to go through security for a second time; some of us bought water after initially checking in, only to have them thrown out because of separate check-in at JetBlue. Also, due to other airlines boarding and crowded space, it was difficult to find "Gate 2" as there were no signs; one cannot see where JetBlue waiting area is until you pass it."
Pros: "All went well. No issues whatsoever even with the cold weather and snow all over the eastern seaboard."
Pros: "Yes, excelente"
Pros: "Efficient crew charge"
Cons: "Charge for earphones"

Pros: "The way their. Staff treated the customers."
Pros: "I liked everything about it"
Cons: "It was Good"
Pros: "On time. Very organized. Great price."
Pros: "The staff were sweet and knowledgeable."
Cons: "Due to hurricane Irma, people are flooding out of Florida like rats on a sinking ship. So, the security checkpoint is an absolute mess. Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."
Pros: "everything wap good.gerlande"
Cons: "a little bit late"
Cons: "The chips and soda"
Pros: "Comfort Price"
Pros: "Henri good job"
Pros: "More leg space"
Cons: "JetBlue make me pay extra $20 for more leg space and early boarding and guarantee to find space in overhead bin for cary on. The leg space was good. The boarding was bad. Instead of early boarding I was about the last person to get on board. There was not enough room in the overhead for my cary on. The depart room at the airport was over crowded and for that reason extremely dangerous in case of fire ore some other disaster. People for different flights where in the same room and did not understand this which gave problems at the boarding pass counter control. There is lots of room for improvement. But I am most frustrated about promise JetBlue make about early boarding and not doing this. Thanks, Cornelis de Gier."
Cons: "Old planes, disinterested crew, full flight"

Pros: "All great."
Pros: "That I got a soda"
Cons: "Delayed at Ohare by an hour. Sitting on the Tarmac for a half hour in Reagan, waiting for a gate. This was our leg back to DC, after our leg to Chicago four days previously. On that trip I did a review and gave the whole trip a 1 out of 5 stars. That trip was the trip from hell, with delays, waiting on the Tarmac, deplaning, almost cancelled, more waiting on the Tarmac, wheels up in Reagan, wheels down in ORD, and then more Tarmac waiting for a gate. So I was already more than perturbed when this trip had similar outcomes."
