Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
Wearing masks should be enforced in the lounge. There were a few patrons who just weren't wearing them even though it's mandatory in public places in Trinidad and Tobago. Other than that, it was a great experience.
The Wifi was not working. No screens and it was a very ancient plane
We were made to check our carry-on luggage because it did not fit the measurements. That’s what we were told, but I saw plenty of carry-on luggage on the plane that was the same size as ours
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!
stood in line to check in luggage for nearly an hour. very poor service and not excusable
Same as the previous flight as far as comfort and food. Entertainment didn’t have a watchable screen so everything would need to be watched on your own device in which they didn’t have a charging port that accommodated my iPhone. Seats were very uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Entire experience from check in to landing was amazing the flight crew was excellent and friendly. Seats were comfortable.

It was very good. the food was varied and tasty, the movie was the same, maybe I would recommend changing the movie selection every month because my flight to Amsterdam was in September and I came back from Munich en October they are flights so long and we need something to see. But however I liked flying with United
A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.
I especially enjoyed having a lightly packed flight which enabled me and my wife to occupy a three seat area with nobody in the middle seat.
Fantastic experience once again flying with United! There was great communication from the cockpit and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to get my two little kids some special treats which elevated our travel experience coming home.
The business class service was very good. The crew was helpful and the food was enjoyable. Boarding was well organized.
1) United economy seats barely recline. 2) I have yet to get United WiFi to work, after numerous flights.
Flight attendants need to know their plane. Seated in first row yesterday. The seat had about a 1 inch recline that was not adjustable. I don't appreciate being awakened to raise a seat that can't go any further forward and such a small recline is either irrelevant or the plane needs to be repaired. Not the way to treat any customer and especially the ones who have paid that level of money for the seats.
The experience was good overall; however, my United Airlines Mileage Plus Account didn't reflect my flights to Houston from Newark. In essence, my mileage rewards points do not reflect my actual travel. This should be corrected.
Delayed - leaving, delayed getting to the gate at destination. What should have been a very easy flight and experience was not.
Plane arrived an hour before departure. Plane was completely boarded and ready for push back when they decided they needed to change a tire. 1 hour delay on the plane when this could have been done before we got on the plane.
Our seats were moved for no reason. The plane was old and wifi and tv were slow. The flight was delayed over an hour for a paperwork issue. Only bright spot was the flight attendants good service.
Unacceptable pre-boarding ticket issues. Paid for and reserved Mint seat approximately a month in advance. Checked in to flight in Mint seat 24 hours before flight. Shortly before flight, was bumped out of Mint entirely, even though other Mint seats were still available and for sale. Was told it was "operational", however seats were still available/being sold. Got to gate and they could not explain it, but the gate agent was able to put me back into Mint (however to a different seat). Nothing proactive done by Jetblue, I would have been bumped had I not arrived at gate early enough to have a helpful gate agent rectify. No explanations from Jetblue.
The crew did not ensure the Evermore seats had their carry on space available. When my family and I boarded, we saw people putting their carry on suitcases in the overhead spaces above our seats and then proceed to the rear part of the plane. This resulted in us having to check our bags and being late to our meetings/events.
Crew was friendly. Free headphones would be nice. Free new movies would be better.
Diana at the gate was unhelpful which was fine, but she was also rude which I did not appreciate at all.
Multiple delays, poor communication, dismissive staff, chaotic boarding, broken seat back entertainment. Not really much to like.
The crew was friendly and helpful. The entertainment system in my row did not work for movies and TV shows and the Direct TV cut off in parts and stopped showing the baseball playoff game.
Non-stop commercials were frustrating when trying to view direct TV
Forced to check bag, even though plenty of space in overhead bins. Did not appreciate having to wait at baggage claim to retrieve suitcase.
To not have food or proper snacks on a 5 hour flight was the worst.

Cabin was bone dry, no humidity whatsoever, and pretty warm; and beverage service didn't start for at least an hour. I had to go to the back for water and the FAs tried telling me it was always this way for all Miami flights, which is complete nonsense. Avoid the MAX8 like the plague.
Business class flight attendant was very good. But our flight was delayed two hours for a “mechanical” bathroom issue that literally took 5 minutes to fix. Our plane landed early from its previous flight but still waited for a mechanic to show up to fix an obvious minor issue for almost three hours. This caused us to miss our connecting flight. They put us up in a Days Inn that was 17 miles away from the airport that took a half hour of driving just to get to and this was at 11pm at night. Then when we finally got back on a plane after a full day delay they left our luggage back in the airport. This was an international flight, so no luggage or belongings after flying 8 hours to a different country. We will NEVER fly American Airlines again.
12 hour wait in pdx to my initial flight to Dallas to hunstville
I was able to enlist on standby for an earlier flight, and eventually made it (last row). However, the experience was poor and felt unfair. On the standby list, I was ranked #2 (#1 had been cleared a seat). The person ranked as #3, who was also in the queue alongside me was given a seat much earlier - with group 4 boarding (a seat within the first 2 rows after business class). When inquired about why I was skipped-over on the priority list, the gate agent first paused (likely cuz she couldn't explain) - and then gave me the standard expectation that if a space opens up, she'll give me the seat. Despite my priority ranking being higher, I was unduly held-back, and could have missed the plane - unfairly giving advantage to someone else. Luckily one seat opened up; but given the unfair assignment of standby seat by gate-agent, this was a subpar boarding experience.
The airline was small and the seats were not comfortable to sit in for that length of time.
Everything was fine except they changed the gate number and we ended up running all over LAX because of it.
Flight DFW > CVG was delayed with late notice. My flight into DFW from CVG (previous) was delayed by multiple hours with very poor communication & advance notice. And having the flight attendants announce the credit card during the flight when I can't opt felt very insulting and cheap. I already paid you for the flight, you shouldn't be able to take my time and attention hostage for further advertising.
Im sitting here waiting over an hour for my golf clubs
Flight was 2+ hours delayed and they “misplaced” all 3 of our checked-in bags.
