Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was greatRead more about Air Canada
Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great
Pros: Flight was on time and clean.
Cons: They missed by special meal once.
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hrs
Pros: the entertainment and food was good
Cons: our flight attendants were mostly absent -- the other side of the aisle had much more attentive attendants
Cons: Freezing in the cabin that morning.
Pros: Our plus seats were very comfortable. The service & demenour of the crew was mediocre. The evening meal was quite good although We were never offered a second glass of wine with our dinner.
Cons: The breakfast was terrible. The pastry was soggy & was served with a bottle of Yop. That was it. No coffee or anything else.
Pros: Very good on time, comfortable.
Pros: The flight was average. Small plane, short flight, no food or beverage service. Pretty average and nothing to complain about.
Cons: The food. Skip the cup of noodles.
Pros: Great value for the money, friendly staff.
Cons: No notification of 2 hour delay. Missed connection with 2 wrong rebooking on departed flight. No ticket to clear customs and no Air Canada help to rebook correctly.
Pros: I loved the entertainment options, especially that we could pull up the map & see where we were.
Cons: Online information was confusing & made it sound like we had to pay for our carry on, so we didn't bring a carry on (just personal item). It needs to be more clear.
Cons: I booked this flight a couple months ago to find no seat assignment which should be booked at Chechen but was not. Then I was given the back seat against the wall which does not recline. There were standby people on the flight who got much better seating than I. I seemed to get the last consideration. I am treated much better on other airlines with much less early booking. also later after take of it was made known to me there were empty seats further up in the cabin. When I email Air Canada they said they would get back to me within 30 days about my concerns.
Pros: Crew was lovely
Cons: Flight was delayed and everyone missed their connecting flights. Air Canada put us on British Airways instead but did not inform them and when we went to check in at the desk they did not have us in the system which stressed everyone out. We eventually got on the plane but I had to sit in the very uncomfortable middle seat rather than in my chosen seat by the window.
Pros: Crew was kind, helpful, respectful.
Cons: Not very comfortable.
Pros: Not much to compliment on. The flight did offer a great selection of movies to choose from during the trip.
Cons: Constant flight delays. We were left on the runway for two hours before taking off due to an issue with the laboratory. The plane was overpacked, not allowing much personal space even in the aisle seat. People were sleeping on the floor and some in the aisles, creating a tripping hazard to those wanting to stand and stretch or walk to the restrooms. Those who attempted to sleep in their seat found that the seats were very uncomfortable and had very little to no leg room. When it came time to land at our destination, we ended up having to circle the airport for an additional 35 mins waiting for the terminal to free up. It was a very long 10hr flight that even the nice selection of movies to choose from couldn't help. Terrible flight experience, Canadian Air has really gone down hill.
Pros: Nice crew- efficient boarding
Cons: One bathroom for all of economy. Poor snacks. No chance to get electronic boarding passes
Pros: Flight was quick, service was great, clean lavatories.
Cons: Would've appreciated more legroom, but the same can be said for just about any airline.
Cons: I really couldn't believe that I had a 13 hour flight on a brand new B787 with no WiFi capability. I travelled economy class and it was full, but it was obvious that 14 of 28 business class seats were empty. Well no wonder. If I were travelling 13 hours on business and couldn't connect, while on business it would be a time resource wasted. You should rethink your business plan. I suspect your losing fares to different carriers. Even travelling coach I will look for other carriers to compare to on future long haul flights. Too bad, you did everything else great. Pros: Very friendly flight attendants. Great food!
Pros: The flight was nice and smooth and the crew members were so nice.
Cons: Seats are small and these are the regular seats
Pros: Crews were very nice. I also liked biscuits.
Cons: Ground staff was not as nice as the crews.
Pros: Preflight very convenient.
Cons: Not able to see my booking on Air Canada, agent was less than helpful. Food okay, except breakfast was a small cold muffin.
Pros: I liked the flight crew. They were very friendly and attentive.
Pros: Crew were reasonably patient, but rather impossible to please passengers with type of flight and discomfort.
Cons: One bathroom for all of the plane? Perhaps 1st class (tiny) has its own bathroom, but otherwise, the aisle was 10+ people in-line for the ENTIRE flight, as 1 bathroom. Really miserable for all concerned. Seats are too tight, entertainment system works only some of the time, seats old and uncomfortable. Did not seat family together (flight full). Overall, one of the worst long-distance flights I have ever had. Should not fly this kind of plane with this many people and not enough facilities.
Pros: Plane was clean and offered a nice variety of food and snacks
Cons: Every flight was late boarding and arriving.
Pros: Preferred seating was comfy
Cons: 2 couples travelling together were assigned 4 seats I opposite ends of plane, no two together and no chg option. Discovered that seat next to my spouse was just assigned minutes before boarding. CSR at AC on phone was rude and unhelpful, boarding staff offered no help either.
Pros: comfortable seats and friendly staff
Cons: no problems with this flight
Cons: There was no TV on plane , the seats uncomfortable
Cons: 1 bathroom for entire coach class? Consistent line of 4-5 and sitting in the back meant someone standing next to me. Turbulence mandated seating generated overt unhappiness from many passengers.
Pros: I liked the fact that the seats had plenty of leg room as I am tall and hate having my knees hitting the seat in front of me.
Cons: Flying from US to Canada was a challenge because of all the customs requirements. But,. better safe than sorry . This four hour flight did not even offer pretzels
Cons: My bags were lost and no one would give me contact information for how to track them down. The only number I was give has not had anyone answer after I have called many times over the last several hours
Pros: Again, we arrived safely but a bit late.
Cons: We're on a flight for 10 hours and our breakfast was a piece of banana bread. After a very disappointing dinner. Really didn't cut it. Have to access entertainment on my device - no thanks. Overall they just did everything on the cheap.
Cons: They try to board by groups but unfortunately they get the entire plane trying to stand in there group lines and don't load anyone for 15 to 20 mins. It congested all the walkways and people just change to the shortest line
Pros: The flight was excellant. Something that horizon air needs to aspire too.
Pros: Great crew and good wine!
Pros: Generous seating. Decent food.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Cramped old plane loud and noisy. But it got me where i needed to be.
Cons: Was not told a transit visa was necessary to fly through Canada. Denied boarding in Nairobi on way over and had to book on another airline.
Pros: Newer plane, clean bathrooms for most of the flight. Good food choices for meals.
Cons: No amenities like eye mask, ear plugs, toothbrush etc. No snacks between meals except for pretzels. Armrest buttons get pressed all the time by accident.
Pros: Great service, on-time flight.
Cons: No complaints
Cons: Checking in was horrible. Lady at the counter was not helpful at all. Although my main carrier for the international flight allowed 2 checked baggage free of charge, Air Canada only allowed one free baggage and 2nd baggage for $100 for the connection.
Pros: Glad for this new route. Will make Europe easier to access from PDX.
Pros: Most things where fine. Slight delay in boarding but still made our connection.
Cons: Tried to signal stewards for another beverage but got no response. Lack of customer service.
Pros: The plane was clean and comfortable.
Cons: It's a long flight, unless you are flying first class it's not going to be amazing.
Cons: The flight was late
Pros: Clean, quick flight.
Cons: cramped, not enough carry-on room.
Cons: My suitcase did not arrive with me.
Pros: Touch screen monitor is much better than delta's. It made the navigate and game playing much easier. Also love the USB port for charging my phone.
Cons: Served breakfast before we landed, and it was 4 in the afternoon.
