Everything. Had to sleep overnight in airport and was late coming home.
The crew could not have been better. I was really pleased with the movie selection. However, the food is really terrible. I got a dish that was chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans, which would have been acceptable had it not been covered in bbq sauce.
Everything about the flight was awful. Food pathetic, my monitor didn’t work, smooshed between 2 overweight passengers. Flight crew lacked simple etiquette.

Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight.
Per usual, KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Strange choice of in-flight movies; no accounting for taste, I guess.

Terrible legroom. Expensive meals and drinks for international flight. Very long line for boarding - waited in line nearly an hour.
Second time I have flown to Brussels with Iceland Air. I love their customer service and especially the flight route. My flight going over was cancelled due to weather. I called their reservation office , had to wait on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes , but it was worth it. The reservation agent found me a new flight on LH, she explained I would get a conformation about 3 hours after our conversation with the flight information and new txt information. I was able to check in with LH on line that evening. Iceland Air had every pre assigned seats for me.
The boarding process in Kevlavik is pretty awful. No seating around gate areas. You have to stand in line for about 30 minutes to then have to get on shuttle to be driven to plane where you have to walk on stairs to get to plane, or in some cases you actually get to board from the terminal, which happened yesterday. I have MS,and sometimes standing for long periods of time and then having to climb up stairs is difficult for me. I also see a lot of elderly people and parents with babies having difficulty with this boarding process. Their airport really needs major expansion for the amount of people that travel thru their. Seating araes around their gates should be a priority.

Seats too narrow and too close to row in front for a 10 hour flight. Should make it clearer on website that meals are included. Everything I saw suggested they cost €15 and had to be preordered or pay even more.
Vegan food wasn't actually vegan (yogurt is not vegan) and quality and taste were poor. Broken overhead compartment. Limited space to move about. More movies in economy (seriously ridiculous not to provide more entertainment to all classes on an overseas flight).
Cleanliness of the plane, fairly quiet ride.
The first meal was a bit bland but that could have been due to my exhaustion (overnight flight). The entertainment system only offers a very limited choice if you're not willing to pay for premium access.
After finding Condor nickel and diming us, were were surprised to have positive impressions of the plane, flight, and crew. The crew dealt with our issues as best they could in as friendly a manner as could be hoped for.
The weight allowed for carry-on luggage was confusing. I ordered a vegetarian meal for my wife when I made the reservations, but they ran not of these meals before getting to her. I also ordered their entertainment package for my wife; but when she tried to play a movie, it prompted her for a purchase code. I do not think I ever received such a code. Happily, the crew gave her access to the movies.
Jal is the best airline
The movies and tv shows could be different for inbound and outbound flies, or at least change them more often
I was running late to my flight, and I found the SAS customer service line exceptionally helpful in helping me make the right decisions regarding how best to deal with the risk of missing my flight. In the end, I made my flight in time, but I found customer service critical in making the best decisions regarding my pre-flight transportation. Additionally, the flight was smooth and enjoyable.
