$169 Find Cheap Flights from Portland to San Jose

The flight was late. The crew was rude. There was no food. Cramped and uncomfortable. Nothing about this flight was good.

It was just okay, no frills, basic transportation with no luxury. No screens on the seats, no water or drinks on a short flight. Full flight but at least it was on time.

The Air hostess were very rude on my flight from Houston to Austin . Their regular communication itself felt a they are shouting at people.

The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.

Boarded the plane in Portland and sat on the tarmac for four hours before being given clearance to take off. Apparently a "scratch" was detected on the preflight inspection. This delay resulted in me missing my connection in Baltimore. I therefore had to stay overnight and then catch an early flight this morning, which resulted in my missing a mandatory class. I would like a refund / voucher to cover the cost of the missed flight. And additional voucher for the time spent on the plane in Portland would also be appreciated.

The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.

Flight was on time and the crew was very nice.

Flight was delayed for 1 hour. Otherwise it was a fairly normal Southwest experience

Main flight attendant made light of the delay and presented some humor to lighten the tempestuous situation. Delayed flight took off 2 hours after scheduled time.
