Flight went through a series of delays until we were finally informed that our flight would not make the flight departing Philly to SF. Rather than fly to Philly during the DNC, we decided to SPEND ANOTHER NIGHT IN PROVIDENCE and take the flight out the next day. This part of the trip caused me to lose a day of work and spend more money on a hotel and meals. This was very poor planning on your part since there were flights flying in and out of both places, but your company was short one aircraft that would have gotten my son and I home on time!!! This was my last flight on American Airlines and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and family that you have become too unreliable!!"

I am 3 minutes late, Frontier is 3 hours and 45 minutes late and i am the one who gets treated with disrespect . Horrible!!!!! Inexpensive airline, NO they are a CHEAP airline that doesn't give a damn about its customers. I will be going to the internet, the Points Guys, the FAA, and to their corporate offices next. Although I won't be expecting a response from their corporate offices because the culture of CHEAP customer service starts at the top!"

Normally most airlines do not charge for carry on bags and I was in the impression there would be no charge but when I asked whey did Frontier started charging for carry on bags. She said, "it has always been", which is not true. The carry on bag charge seems to start from March 4th, 2017 according to the Terms and Conditions in the ticket. I paid for the carry on after verifying it through google search and in my ticket which she could have easily explained to me. She chose not to. I think Frontier needs to train such staffs. I have flown few other airlines and they offer complimentary snacks although minimal. In case of Frontier you have to purchase everything except water. I was flabbergasted that you have to pay everything in-flight except water. I am from different country and I have always been offered good snacks, sodas, teas/coffees. It has been please flight experience, but man American airlines particularly with Frontier, don't even expect that. They only talk money. That is it. I probably will not travel with Frontier next time unless I find super cheap fare and I am carrying only a hand bag."

I was trying to make a flight home after driving into town to help a friend move and tried to check in online when I was 45 minutes out from the airport. The frontier app let me pay for my carry on (which, at the time of purchase, I had no idea that I would be charged for a carry on), but then wouldn't check me in. How is that ethical? Charge me for a carry on when checking in isn't even an option?? When I finally arrived at the airport, the Frontier staff was rude and unwilling to do anything to help me. No refunds, no options, nothing. I was told that I would need to pay a $99 re-booking fee and then pay for whatever additional costs would be to buy another flight. Had they helped me get my boarding pass, I would have made it to the gate and onto my flight. What a scam. It is complete bullshit to not be willing to work with your customers at all, especially if you want to retain business. Good luck with that, because you will not have my business or that of any of my friends and family after my experience yesterday."
