The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious
The food was horrible. There was no. Wifi, and it was just terrible from bangkok to d. C
My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.
food /beverage service was limited to one time which was unexpected for a flight that long. food wasn't very good.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour

Flight took additional prep time since plane came from Mexico, which resultrd in boarding and plane prep being delayed for additional cleaning procedures. Once boarded, plane tire was identified as being low on air and needed to be replaced, which creared the need to deboard and further delays for what was already a late night flight. Would have expected a better scheduled turn around and prep buffer that would have not created that degree of delay and deboarding
Very cold on board it was like having 16hours sitting in a fridge
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.
Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
