I couldn’t give an honest evaluation, because the Houston airport has a problem and I was stand up for several hours and after a long trip from Munich I feel really very tired

A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.

I especially enjoyed having a lightly packed flight which enabled me and my wife to occupy a three seat area with nobody in the middle seat.

Fantastic experience once again flying with United! There was great communication from the cockpit and one of the flight attendants went out of her way to get my two little kids some special treats which elevated our travel experience coming home.

1) United economy seats barely recline. 2) I have yet to get United WiFi to work, after numerous flights.

No water or beverage was provided. I had to ask for water. The sole flight attendant had more interest in selling the credit card. In addition when we got to Dulles the plane and gate were misaligned and it took at least 15 minutes to get off the plane.

I initially boarded in a very comfortable and large plane and was told there was a mechanical issue with a waste receptacle. We sat on the plan for a good few hours, then were told we can deplane and that we would take off shortly. Delays continued and four hours later my flight was cancelled, and I had to quickly rebook another. The flight I rebooked was also delayed, and I when we boarded, I wound up on a small plane in a middle seat for the 6-hour journey and it was extremely uncomfortable. No issues with the staff in any way, just the overall experience of the delays, cancellations, and downgrade in comfort on such a long flight. It is significantly impactful on how you feel post travel and I was exhausted and sore from the experience.

It was pretty good, they give a small blanket, neck pillow and earphones. The only bad thing was not big enough leg room for your bag and feet. They gave us a snack, dinner, and breakfast on flight and food was good considering it was on a plane

I bought this ticket for my daughter. She had to pay for her carry on bag to be checked. My understanding is that transatlantic flights included carry on and personal item The nickeling and diming fo legacy carriers has stooped to an all time low. So sad.

The Economy Plus rows weren’t as roomy as expected, and the meal service left a lot to be desired for.
