Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
mandatory demand customer to check their carry on because not enough people check bags.
No trays in our seats, we sat in first row, purchased a business class fare. Had to hold our drinks and snack in our hands. No plugs for our cell phones. Had to pay for it a drink cocktail each. Seats so uncomfortable.
Bring back peanuts Take our drink orders when were all seated, especially after you switch to assigned seating.
It is southwest seat was ok. Not the most comfortable seat
The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.
Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.
Delayed 4 hours due to mechanical issues. No mention of compensation for being over 3 hours late
They wouldn’t serve us 🥤 drinks, said there was too much turbulence, I must have been on different plane ✈️
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
DL486 could not get to the gate due to jet bridge malfunction. We moved gates. The connecting flight of LAX to MCO was not communicated with. Even though we were in the same terminal, DL482 left without about 10 of us, including a mother and her 3 children. I got to the gate at 7:34 am which is past the 7:20 am last call for a 7:35 am departure. Had they waited 5 minutes, all of us would have made it on board.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

It was good delayed again but once on board the flight crew were very good the entertainment and wifi worked on this plane and we were offered snacks and drinks
We had a great experience with Delta. They helped us from the start at the kiosk all the way to our final destination, including help reassigning and upgrading our seats free of charge at the gates, escorts with the wheelchair for my brother and even getting our luggage at baggage claim for us. I also had special help because I forgot my pillow on the plane. The wheelchair escort contacted for associates at the check-in desk all the way back to the plane and retrieved my pillow for me.
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
I am so shocked at the service in first class. We were not greeted or offered a beverage for 45 minutes into the flight. She did however have time to write a long note. I just wanted a snack and something to drink. We were never offered coffee and the snacks came after dinner? It was the oddest flight I have ever been on. The gentleman next to me got up and gave our dinner box’s to the flight attendant and asked for a second glass of wine for each of us. Our dinner boxes sat on our tray for 20 minutes. She was rather distracted. He then asked another flight attendant for wine… finally we had a second glass. I was trying to give her some grace, she also told the man next me we couldn’t have any more wine because we drank it all… after landing the seasoned traveler next me ask for her employee number. Then it was a mutiny! She was refusing and it got tense. The captain came and asked what was happening, the flight attendants totally gave a biased account of the fact. The captain told the police the man I was seated next to was intoxicated! That was completely inaccurate and it really escalated things. I policeman found me at the luggage carousel to verify the facts. The flight attendants made false accusations that he touched them! That never happened. It was a very poorly trained crew. I am so anngry and shock by the entire experience! It was terrible service! I would like a refund for what I paid to be in first class and the most uncomfortable flight ever. I always fly Delta, it has been wonderful. I was so flustered by the entire experience! Please give me an update on this matter! Thank you, Kelle Myers
I understand that the plane is a regional jet, but American Airlines can do better! They have been operating these planes for 25 years by now. The seats are uncomfortable, and both boarding and deplaning are painful and waste a lot of time due to carry-on baggage.
Delays and multiple changes in gates. In accurate info sent to phone. Worst flight in years. With no apologies or recompense.
Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.
Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
