Flight left on time and was early landing. Seats not comfortable and not enough space…
I don't know why flying out of Sarasota requires two plane changes.
mandatory demand customer to check their carry on because not enough people check bags.
No trays in our seats, we sat in first row, purchased a business class fare. Had to hold our drinks and snack in our hands. No plugs for our cell phones. Had to pay for it a drink cocktail each. Seats so uncomfortable.
Bring back peanuts Take our drink orders when were all seated, especially after you switch to assigned seating.
It is southwest seat was ok. Not the most comfortable seat
The last 30 min or so, they put the heat on full. We thought we were being basted.
Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.
Delayed 4 hours due to mechanical issues. No mention of compensation for being over 3 hours late
They wouldn’t serve us 🥤 drinks, said there was too much turbulence, I must have been on different plane ✈️
One of the restrooms didn’t work. The ones that did never got replenished. Flight attendant just sitting there on their phone. No notification that the bathroom was broken so long lines. Apathetic crew.
Pushing back flight and ultimately cancelling it after multiple changes and hours of delays. Comm were terrible as to what was going on and what options were available.
Even though we arrived early and checked in, for some unexplained reason, our bags were removed from the plane and put on the next flight. It took over 12 hours after arriving to get our bags.
Stewardess was not accommodating when I requested a second drink.
Some of the passengers are coming on board with luggage so overstuffed and/or too large that have no business going into the overhead bins.

It was good delayed again but once on board the flight crew were very good the entertainment and wifi worked on this plane and we were offered snacks and drinks
We had a great experience with Delta. They helped us from the start at the kiosk all the way to our final destination, including help reassigning and upgrading our seats free of charge at the gates, escorts with the wheelchair for my brother and even getting our luggage at baggage claim for us. I also had special help because I forgot my pillow on the plane. The wheelchair escort contacted for associates at the check-in desk all the way back to the plane and retrieved my pillow for me.
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
I am so shocked at the service in first class. We were not greeted or offered a beverage for 45 minutes into the flight. She did however have time to write a long note. I just wanted a snack and something to drink. We were never offered coffee and the snacks came after dinner? It was the oddest flight I have ever been on. The gentleman next to me got up and gave our dinner box’s to the flight attendant and asked for a second glass of wine for each of us. Our dinner boxes sat on our tray for 20 minutes. She was rather distracted. He then asked another flight attendant for wine… finally we had a second glass. I was trying to give her some grace, she also told the man next me we couldn’t have any more wine because we drank it all… after landing the seasoned traveler next me ask for her employee number. Then it was a mutiny! She was refusing and it got tense. The captain came and asked what was happening, the flight attendants totally gave a biased account of the fact. The captain told the police the man I was seated next to was intoxicated! That was completely inaccurate and it really escalated things. I policeman found me at the luggage carousel to verify the facts. The flight attendants made false accusations that he touched them! That never happened. It was a very poorly trained crew. I am so anngry and shock by the entire experience! It was terrible service! I would like a refund for what I paid to be in first class and the most uncomfortable flight ever. I always fly Delta, it has been wonderful. I was so flustered by the entire experience! Please give me an update on this matter! Thank you, Kelle Myers
Delays and multiple changes in gates. In accurate info sent to phone. Worst flight in years. With no apologies or recompense.
Flight was delayed for 2 hours, then last minute the change to on time. The satélite location is far and a nightmare to get to.
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.
This time there was nothing to be better, really! Boarding on time, taking off on time and arriving earlier. The only complain is about way too long line at pre-check security point at DFW. But this is the airport’s problem, not American Airline.
Terrible. I didn’t fly and I had an important meeting the next day.
Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight
Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
