Late boarding, had to check the bag even though there was space on the flight and I was I row 7

Our seats were moved for no reason. The plane was old and wifi and tv were slow. The flight was delayed over an hour for a paperwork issue. Only bright spot was the flight attendants good service.

Unacceptable pre-boarding ticket issues. Paid for and reserved Mint seat approximately a month in advance. Checked in to flight in Mint seat 24 hours before flight. Shortly before flight, was bumped out of Mint entirely, even though other Mint seats were still available and for sale. Was told it was "operational", however seats were still available/being sold. Got to gate and they could not explain it, but the gate agent was able to put me back into Mint (however to a different seat). Nothing proactive done by Jetblue, I would have been bumped had I not arrived at gate early enough to have a helpful gate agent rectify. No explanations from Jetblue.

The crew did not ensure the Evermore seats had their carry on space available. When my family and I boarded, we saw people putting their carry on suitcases in the overhead spaces above our seats and then proceed to the rear part of the plane. This resulted in us having to check our bags and being late to our meetings/events.

All the TV screens in my rows was non functional . The map shown for an international route was antiqued..

There was a fowl odour coming from the lavatory the entire flight

Overall was excellent. Will definitely us JetBlue in the future.

The flights are back on time and everything else runs perfectly.

Surly, unhelpful ground staff at JFK. There was a complete lack of empathy—a flawed check-in ordeal caused us to miss our flight. All airlines that I have ever flown would have worked to help me solve the ticket problem. Instead, frontline employees shrugged their shoulders and pointed fingers at us for having made an error. I will do anything to avoid EVER flying on Jet Blue again. It well deserves its low rank among airlines.

Did not wait long for wheelchair and attendant to arrive after checking in. Wheeled down to plane Was greeted with a smile when entering the plane Choice of snacks was very limited to 2 items. Seats are uncomfortable. My butt was sore after the 1st hour of flying. Needs better cushioning at seats.
