Flight was fine. Only thing was flight was delayed nearly 2 hours. Flight was originally scheduled to depart at 7:50pm but didn't depart until 9:50pm. I got home around midnight. It was later than desired and I had to get up early next day to take kids to practice. I have noticed that last flight of day on West Coast for Southwest always tend to have delays.
Wasn't expecting this, but, we actually ended up getting assigned to the first row of seats!!!!! The extra legroom came in handy
Trash experience on all my flights this week. Delay after delay. The flight I’m waiting for has been delayed 6 times and nearly 3 hours.
Southwest has been a nightmare. Delayed flights, missed connections, systems down. Never again am I flying southwest.
had to check bag at gate when there was still overhead bin space. As usual the WIFI didn't really work.
Terrible delay today. also, waited 90 minutes for baggage to unload in Seattle earlier in the week.

Flights delays were communicated timely and helpfully, but there was a significant delay without any real effort to make up for that. Also, the in-flight WiFi was very spotty. That said, this was my first time with Southwest and I was quite happy with the service and staff otherwise.

Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.
I somehow thought my food preferences was saved to my account— everything had dairy and couldn’t eat anything.
Breakfast before landing was a reheated breakfast “calzone” which was not good, at all. Otherwise, food was good. Crew not very attentive for taking trash from passengers being a little slow in eating.
Surprisingly the coffee was pretty good and they had a gluten free bar handy!
Gate agents call groups one and two and give about 3-5 minutes for each group to board, then the call groups three and four together and it causes a bottleneck in the line. Give each group 3-5 minutes to board before calling the next group.
We sat at the gate for over 30 minutes, with no indication as to why
I didn't really interact with any of the crew since we had a bumpy ride and no refreshments were distributed.
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
We had a great experience with Delta. They helped us from the start at the kiosk all the way to our final destination, including help reassigning and upgrading our seats free of charge at the gates, escorts with the wheelchair for my brother and even getting our luggage at baggage claim for us. I also had special help because I forgot my pillow on the plane. The wheelchair escort contacted for associates at the check-in desk all the way back to the plane and retrieved my pillow for me.
United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙
Smooth flight, easy boarding process. Made up time in the air with initial delay due to weather pass through
Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
Usual wait for over a half hour for a gate at Ohare. They tell you you'll get there early then sit on the plane and wait almost an hour
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Plane congestion resulted in a 1 hr wait from landing to arrival at the gate. This was in addition to also experiencing extreme delays on my incoming flight.
Delayed too much. 1.5 hrs in the airport and another 1 hr in the runway. Got too late in the night. There was no proper food available.

What's not to like? Value?definitely. Every JetBlue member was extremely friendly on this flight. Very very nice new-ish aircraft,plenty of room. GOOD coffee. Entertainment,I didn't need it,but I think its available. What to do better? Well,there's nothing we can do about the other people, unbelievable how some folks are operating. Just don't allow people to lug all their stuff onto the aircraft. 1 bag. That's it. Be easier for you too. I personally would enjoy more options in schedule. One flight in and out a day is warranted given the local,I understand, but the times are inconvenient. Again, I completely understand why it is that way,It would however be great to have different options.
Had to wait over an hour in line for a Jet Blue agent to appear at the the counter. Ended up a customer service agent from another airline lines helped to check us in, and boarding pass,
Thought the economy premium experience would match that of the Amsterdam to Boston flight. Aircraft was older: chair didn’t lean back. I had to buy a blanket, which on the flight over was complimentary. Flight crew seemed disinterested all around.
I propose enhancing the legroom across the entire cabin seating area and expanding the snack selection. The airline companies should prioritize customer needs over the extravagant and unjustified salaries of upper management.
KUDOS TO ALL THE CREW PROVIDING ASSISTANCE WITH PASSENGERS ON A WHEELCHAIR. ON BOTH FLIGHTS THEY HUSTLED TO TAKE MY RELATIVE TO CONNECTION ON TIME. THEY DESERVE A LOT OF CREDIT!
Good experience with this flight. Boarding was smooth with no issues. The short flight was good with quick drink & snack service. Nice easy way to get back from DC.
Very good flight that left on time and arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a plus! The crew members were very welcoming and helpful. However, the temperature on the flight was very cold - almost to the point of extreme discomfort. Additionally, requiring passengers to pay $8 for headphones to access the JetBlue entertainment was disappointing. Those earbud jacks are not used with most technology and would not be able to be used. There was no option to use Bluetooth for my own earbuds. Beyond those inconveniences, the flight was good.
My original flight was cancelled. My replacement flight was delayed over 2 hours. I lost my whole day in NY
Overall was excellent. Will definitely us JetBlue in the future.
Did not wait long for wheelchair and attendant to arrive after checking in. Wheeled down to plane Was greeted with a smile when entering the plane Choice of snacks was very limited to 2 items. Seats are uncomfortable. My butt was sore after the 1st hour of flying. Needs better cushioning at seats.
We waited over 30 minutes for a gate in Chicago and more than 15 minutes for the doors to open. Cookies were missing from the menu.
On-time, direct flight is great. Having one bathroom out of order was unfortunate.
I sat in seat 22D near the back right of the plane. My phone battery was getting low, so I plugged my charger into the power outlets below the seats in front of me. They did not work. When I asked the flight attendant whether this was the case for the whole plane he said, "No. It's only this one. It hasn't worked for months". This should be noted to whomever services this plane so that maintenance can fix this for future passengers. I was on Flight AA5614 from Grand Rapids to Philadelphia on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Weather delay for 2.5 hours followed by half hour crew delay, did not have ginger ale, uncomfortable seats
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Flight delayed on both ends - have a gate ready at DCA, don't make us sit for 30min after being late to take off as well.

Don't fly with American Airlines. My flight out was canceled and the only way I could get close was to go to a different airport and pay a lot of money on train tickets and lose my rental car. On the way back it was delayed and then we sat on the plane for 2 hours at the gate before they made us deplane go to a new gate wait an hour and reboard. Both of the flights were due to mechanical issues with nothing offered to travelers.
We sat on the runway for an hour after landing with few updates. I was not allowed to use the restroom during half the flight because of drink service. Flight attendants could not have showed less care.
